This shop is amazing! I will no longer go somewhere else. These guys are professional, on-time and trustworthy. I have been here multiple times to get work done on my Nissan Altima and they have always been honest with me about everything. Their customer service is also fantastic. I have always been a apprehensive about auto repair shops. For fear of being screwed over. Especially as a woman with no car knowledge. I have had experience with dishonest mechanics. One more recent experience brought me here. I needed to find a trustworthy place. A friend told about this shop. I noticed how professional they were right off the bat over the phone. They ordered the taillight I told them needed to be replaced and got the work done the following day. They were honest though and informed me I didn’t actually need the entire taillight replaced. So originally I was quoted $400 over the phone to replace a taillight. Turns out all I needed was the bulb replaced. So it was only $25. These men could’ve easy scammed me but They didn’t. I will be coming here from now on. And referring my friends and family as well. Thank you!

I went in to Universal Auto Care for the first time in February 4, 2021. I knew the owner, Salvador, previously because we attend the same church and he’s the uncle of a friend of mine. I didn’t know too much of either him or the place. When I walked in, however, I felt very comfortable and welcomed by Salvador, and by the other individuals that worked there. I got to know his story and the story of the auto shop. To keep it brief, the place has been through a lot, yet I believe it is the good people and quality of care, in and out of the shop, that has kept it open over the last 5 years, especially through “2020”. I was taken care of very well, and the results from my brake job were excellent. I highly recommend going to this place. The reason why it’s not 5 stars is because people usually don’t take the time to read those reviews, and I want people to understand why I had a great experience. All in all, good people, good work, good time!

This place have been referred to me by a friend... I called and explained and got a quote from Erin. Then i called the next day to make an appointment for the job another person picked up the phone and i did explained him all the things need to be done and also mentioned that i talked to Erin who gave me a quote. So as promised i drove on the appointment day ( By the way before i forget i drove 40 miles ) from my place to them. Once there they made a new quote which is $250 more than the actual quote i asked them why Erin and your quite is different. He said this the quote... And also insisted to have a complete check up for the car that will cost me $90 more... Which i have already told him that i have checked already thats how i know whats the problems in the car...Bottom line very unprofessional and if any had a time and read my whole review. I request please do not go there ever...it will save your time and money...I am totally honest i dont know how they have this many reviews i think those are fake....

I will only go to Salvador at UNIVERSAL AUTO REPAIR! First time I met Salvador, was because I needed a total brake replacement on my Ford E-250. Salvador was HONEST!!! He pays attention to “everything”. He earned my TRUST!! I just went back to him for the 1st tune up on my van.THE WORD IS OUT ON HOW GOOD THIS PLACE IS!!Call in advance . This place has very loyal customers!!! I know my truthful opinion will make more people come to this place. It’s already “THE PLACE TO GO!” But, finding a good, honest mechanic is the cause for fear and anxiety. Salvador M. has become my only mechanic for life!

Visited Universal to get an alignment on one of my “custom cars” and I’m glad I did! As an auto technician myself it is very hard to find and trust a shop to work on my own vehicle. Aaron was very profesional and took care of the alignment with no issues. Price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning for all my tire and alignment needs!

Had something going on with the engine whenever the AC was on. Guy called me the next day and told me to replace ac compressor, harmonic balancer, and many more things which added up to $1400 and he still said it wouldnt cover another problem I had that caused an engine light. Took my car somewhere else and got it fixed for 1% of what this guy quoted me. Avoid these crooks.

They don’t know how to fix cars I had a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and they had suggested that it was OK to switch my gas but didn’t tell me I had to flush my car first so when I switch gas my head gasket blew after 3,000 was spent on Struts tuneup brakes tires converter & so on now I just got a Magna & I brought it in because I was having problems they changed me 1,045 to fix something that messed my car up even more now I just spent 1000 just for my car to sit in my drive way yeah I’m getting a lawyer that shop gone be mine I just wanted my cars fixed & not have to come back

This shop is amazing. The pricing is reasonable and they know what they are doing, unlike other shops who try to rip you off. So thank you for the work you guys put in my truck. They never turn me down when it needs service. Chava, Sam, And Aaron are the best... thanks again for your work..

Just got my 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee fixed! Salvador and his team are great!! I only go to Universal Auto Care because the prices are affordable and their work is grade A. I highly recommend checking them out for your auto care needs.

Screw you over with a smile. Went in for a bad tire one day was told it was OK but I needed $200+ worth of other work done ..well OK so I bring the car back get the $200 worth of work done only to have them tell me I did need a new tire plus the car is still messed up all they can say is whats wrong trying to further intimidate me knowing anyone would be upset about that situation.. Never again!
