Had a oil change done. They were very professional and on-time. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend them.

I always go there to get my oil changes done and their customer service is great! Why it is not a 5 star, is some of the pricing. Some things are reasonable and some things are not. But overall would still recommend this place

Hi World. I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey every time I bring my car here to be serviced they treat my car with just as must care and respect as any other car. The manager there took time for me to make sure I got my power steering fixed before this big snow storm. I highly recommend this location. Jeremy and Tom will make sure you get taken care of. To the single parents out there, they have a really comfortable waiting area to make yourself at home while car is being serviced.🙂🙂🙂

I thought I had a mechanical problem with my vehicle’s heater. They addressed the issue without needing any additional parts and didn’t charge me for the service. I was out the door within 15 minutes and the heater now works great. Very professional and honest service!

These place is a RIP off. Stay far away from them they will sucform reThey definitely wont have any service again life time Warranty or not. I dropped my car off at 9am didnt get it back til almost 4p, but before I stopped her off I asked how much should i bring back they said 741 well when i get there they said it would be 74q.00$ when I get there it was 1148$ if it wasnt for them having my banking info I would have never even went back to pick my car up that I just bought two days prior ... yes a brand new car.

I have been bring my vehicles here for years. The mechanics are very skilled and always take time to show you where the problem is (if you have one.) The prices are great and everyone is friendly.

I took my car there for an oill change..they broke the handle on my drivers side door..and tried telling me it was like that when i dropped it off..i was told to come back the next day to review the video of themvtrying to open my door..of course the next day i was told by the manager it would take a couple days to get the video..and it wasnt up for debate any how..i work right acrois the street from them and at my business i have video as well..showing my husband opening my door and driving over there..the manager had no professional curtosity..or ethics..who doesnt kniw how to talk in an adult and professional manner..i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone until it gets under new management..i have contacted their corpirate office and an investigation has started!

I called here to make an appt. I let them know that my belief was that I was having issues with my alternator and that I had an extended warranty. I arrive for appt and mention the warranty and they tell me they need a printed copy (but normally they simply called). This gentleman actually sent me home to print a copy. On my way home I called PepBoys & they didnt need a printout, so I went to them. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with my alternator, but what I needed was not covered under warranty... it didnt matter... they earned my business that day and going forward. Thanks Midas for introducing me to PepBoys.

Exceptional service. Tom Hays was very professional and he went above what is expected of a car repair shop manager. I was offered a very reasonable price for my services and Tom was kind enough to work around my schedule. I would recommend this location and I will be a repeat customer. Even after my services were completed, I had a small issue that Tom helped me with, in a very promptly manner.

Every woman fears being taken advantage of and having unnecessary work done at an auto repair shop. This was not my experience today at Midas. I had an appointment for 7:30 am to get my brakes inspected, despite being six minutes late I was waited on immediately. Tom the manager greeted me and walked me through everything. Tom explained how long the inspection may take, he showed me what the issues were and the cost to repair them, and he answered all my questions honestly. At 9:48 am, I was out the door. Integrity is everything to me! Thank you, Tom and staff. I appreciate your professionalism I had a very pleasant experience.

The manager Tom has been repairing my vehicles since my 2002 S10 blew a head gasket. The work has always been completed on time without problems. Highly recommend Tom and Waukegan Midas to anyone needing a car repaired.

Tom the manager is great. Always accomadates. I had a light bulb out and didnt want to drive at night. Was worried about getting pulling over by the police. Tom got me in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday!!

Came here several months ago because I had a dent on a rim lip from a pothole I ran through and the tire air was escaping from it. Manager was trying to charge me $200 for a brand new rim. He said he couldnt fix it because it was too risky and he also wanted me to leave my car there because they didnt have it in stock. I need my car to get to work. He told me he would give me a call when he finds a place where they have it. 2 days never got a call back. Went across the street to Waukegan tire and they fixed the dent with a hammer for 20 bucks. LOL!Watch out for these greedy scumbags.

I called for an appointment and got in the same day. The crew at Midas replaced my rear brakes for less than the price quoted from nearby competitors. The waiting room was clean and I was there for about an hour. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic service goes the extra mile friendly and working people sensitive. They fixed stuff I knew were a problem (hood latch) without charge cause they new it needed fixing. However, it was a 40 second adjustment no parts involved,IE they care they dont give away free stuff! They care about the situation.

Should give 0 STARS...NEVER EVER go to this location, they are cheaters. i paid $45 to get an oil change just to find out that they never put any oil in my car. they drained the old oil but never put new oil in my car, just after a day service engine soon light came on and when i checked there was no oil in my car. i dont know how much damage is already done to the engine but im sure its enough.

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change that lasted 1.5 hours and while I was waiting I could see all the guys standing in the shop talking instead of working on the care they had in the bays. Needless to say probably will never be returning.
