I took my car to get the windshield replaced. Upon picking upon picking up my car I noticed that the molding was cracked, it was not liked that when I dropped off my car. When I presented this to the they claim that they did not do it. The reason theyre saying that they were not responsible for the damage that they caused was the fact that can see a fingerprint across the molding. Which they blamed my wife for doing this. Glass City is suppose to be a business, but blaming there mistakes on the customer is not right. If you want your vehicle to not be done properly and damaged when you get it back feel free to take it to them. look for my review on Facebook and yelp, pics will be there as well.

Worst place ever. Guy behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional. For 50$ more I went up the street and got my winshield. Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Oh. And make sure you keep a checklist of your belongings
I came here after having to replace my entire windshield. Not only were they very friendly but this was the best price I could ever come by. Entire process was completely easy and I was out of there in about 45 mins. Great experience and will come here for now on with any replacements I need in the future.

They were running a few minutes behind schedule to no fault of their own and once they pulled my car in, it only took about 45 minutes to get my windshield replaced and get me back on the road!Safelite quoted me over $350!!!! But I left Glass City only paying $135. What a steal! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately my car was burglarized I had my window smashed in while in Milwaukee. I needed my window replaced quickly and didnt want to spend too much. They did an incredible job. Took care of it in exactly 45 minutes and were so nice! Perfect place when youre looking for as little hassle as possible.

My glass was fixed more than year ago. But I am writing only now. The total price was 170 including new glass. It could be less if glass was used. Quality was amazing. They even reused the old molding without any leaks. Everybody around gave me about 270-330, but only glass city gave a normal price. Thank you very much guys. You are the best.

The waiting area was a living room setting which made it more comfortable than most waiting rooms. It took a little less time than they said I would have to wait, which was a big plus. I called a number of places for pricing and they were the cheapest by at least $100. Not only were they cheaper, they did great work.

Had my windshield replaced and my experience was great from start to finish. When I first called to get information, they were very friendly and helpful over the phone. They were able to find and have a new windshield delivered in one day and gave me several appointment options to choose from for installation. Upon arrival, I was greeted when I came in and they were right on schedule, so I wasnt there for several hours like I have experienced with other places in the past. The price they quoted was over $100 less than all the other places that I called and it didnt change with a bunch of add ons when the job was done and it came time to pay. They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Only 1 problem..that they LEFT FINE FRAGMENTS OF GLASS ON THE DASH,CENTER CONSOLE & FRONT SEAT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT VACUUM THE INTERIOR ! other than that,they were quick,got job done in about 35 mins,& were priced good. I had to vacuum it myself. By the time I noticed it, it was about 1235pm on Saturday,after which they were already closed for me to call & complain.I will call them on Monday to let then know. It is not competent for them to do business this way,because someone can get glass splinters on their person & you know that is not fun.If you go there,dont pay until you inspect your car first for glass splinters in the car interior.That is my suggestion.

Really pleased with the HEADLIGHT RESTORATION from A Glass City.Their price was the best in town & their service is always friendly.
First off I want to say how this place was the cheapest price I found and I called every windshield repair shop from Waukegan to Kenosha and these guys are the cheapest. Secondly I had an appt made for 1045am on a Sat and by 1115am they had installed my new windshield. They told me it was gonna be an hour wait but that was a nice surprise. Besides being cash only I think that was my only negative. It was a good experience and would use them again.

Could not have been better. They removed and replaced the damaged windshield in my 2000 xterra. 135 bucks out the door. Less than one hour waiting time. Now of course for 135 you dont get OEM replacement glass, however glass is very decent and again look at that price. Highly recommend these guys if you dont want to spend a ton of cash.
My Mechanic recommended this company when my daughters car windshield got a ding - I had looked around and had gotten other quotes - talked with my Mechanic and then checked this place out. WOW GLAD I DID - I made an appointment with Blanca to get a used windshield and have it replaced. I arrived - the gentleman who would be doing the work took the car into the garage and when he came into the waiting room - he told me that I really didnt need a whole replacement done - that they could inject that gel stuff - he explained it in better detail but this gentleman did not want to do a replacement when a gel injection would work just as well- he saved me over $50.00 and Im confident that the windshield is ok. Thanks you guys are Great!!!! If I could give more stars I would - they are great to work with and would recommend this company for anyone needing car window replacement done. Thanks guys you rock. Youve got my vote if this should happen again.
