Very respectful and willing to accommodate a customer. Price I wouldn’t say cheap, definitely not cheaper than other places but very professional, and trust worthy. They did recommended to do other things, that I didn’t think I needed, but that’s their job to keep the customer aware of future repairs. Will keep coming here for sure. 👍🏼

Disappointing service. First time coming here. I needed one tire checked and replaced due to having a flat. In total this took 2 hours, due to techs not able to locate the proper tire for my car. Said they had one in the warehouse, but it was “lost.” Said their other store had 4 but couldn’t locate them. Had to wait for my one tire from yet another location. People came in after me and were serviced and out before. I need to replace my other 3 tires soon but sadly, will not be going back here to do so.

Brought in car when they opened for slow leak in front driver tire. Was able to leave car there. Leak was not fixable due to location of nail, so they replaced with used tire after consulting us - great communication, quick and efficient service, great price. Highly recommend!

Big disapointment… took car into get alignment.. told me i had a tiny play in balljoints.. told them to fix them so i can get aligned, then they couldnt even get my camber correct on my alignemnt!! i was charged over 700$ and couldnt even get a call before doing the work to inform me cus they were to “busy” to call me.. i got robbed for 700 plus

This place is awesome. Found a screw in my rear tire and took it in before it went flat. They checked my tire after pulling a small screw out and told me my tire was ok, that it didnt penetrate to the inside. Checked for a leak and air pressure was good. Even though they took the time to do this, they did not charge for it. Thank you guys for easing my mind!

I came in for winter tires and the staff pointed me in a direction that would make my purchase more effective and economical for me by showing me all-season + winter tires in one. The wait was a little lengthy but that was my fault because I just walked in on a Saturday at peak hour when others had reservations.

We are from out of state and blew a tire on our trip through Illinois, after we put on our spare, we stopped at several places to find someone who could get us in quickly. They were able to get us in right away, they were the best price we found and we got great customer service from Jorge Parra. They have a room with toys to entertain the kids. They even had a stash of diapers and wipes just in case anyone who was there needed some but didnt have any. Im not one to write reviews, but this place deserved it!

Didnt get a chance to use there services. I got a quote on four new tires with install. Price was a little higher than other places though. I asked if the matched others prices and I was told that they couldnt. The staff was very kind and answered all my questions.

I was recommended here by a friend and I am so glad I stopped in when I did. My tire was in need of some TLC. It was almost closing time when I asked Rigo if it was possible to do an oil change and without hesitation he said they could do it. A few minutes later he informed me that all 4 of my tires were in need of TLC ( I knew this but thought it could wait ) so he explained to me how he had another tire and if I was interested they could do it that same day & Id just come back for the other 2. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but I ended up paying less than what I expected. Ill definitely be going back soon. UPDATE: The tires I bought are doing great (my brother got tires from pep boys a month ago and they have been giving him trouble ever since), I am happy with the outcome and can totally feel the difference when driving. Cant wait to go back and get my baby another pair of shoes.

Got a nail in my tire and put the spare on my truck. Brought it into Waukegan Tire. They didn’t have the tire in stock at the store but got it from another location. Took a while but after the tire finally came everything went pretty smoothly. Prices are fair. Jorge was my sales person and was a helpful guy.

From Kenosha, WI.I damaged 1 of my 4 rims and was going to replace just the 1 that needed replacing but instead got all new ones custom in matte black. After getting these rims done I had forgotten about my old ones. Apparently due to their 14 days policy, they were able to keep my perfectly fine 3 old rims that i couldve gotten back and resold for about $700, because I had paid for them to begin with, my property and definitely not cheap. I wasnt told once that I had left the old ones after getting the new rims and I even came back to the shop to get bolts tightened within the 14 days. After realizing maybe 3 months or so later that I hadnt gotten them back, they tell me about the 14 days policy and refused to give me my old property back or give me what they were worth. So Im out at least $700 and got ripped off of my own property. Youd think they wouldve been courteous enough to let me know i left my old rims when I returned or at least called me within the 14 days.. definitely learned my lesson and will never come back again. 👎I couldve scrapped them for money... Regardless I wasnt told that I had left them when I couldve definitely made money off of them. Too late now though. Like I said, lesson learned.

Garbage. Been over 2 hours for an alignment and then get my bmw back with break lights and 4x4 light on the dash and try to tell me it was already on. Horrible service. Took 25 minutes for the manager to ask the mechanic about my car

I came here after a flat on my car. I went there and bought 4 new tires but there was an issue. Their manager had 1 of my tires i bought before i went on my trip.The day before i left the management still never got my brand new tire from the manager. So i got a replacement tire before i drove out.Now while on my trip i didnt have any issues with my tire but during the trip i got a call from the business and they told me the tire i ordered still was not in. It took almost a week from the time i drove out.When i came back from the trip the tire was put back on but i noticed that my tire sensor was still on. The mechanic didnt know what to do so they reseted everything on my car. Not a great place to do business again.
