Gina is great! So friendly, kind, and helpful. She made a point to come greet me on my arrival and showed me where to find carts to move my items. I didn’t need much help with anything else but I’m confident if I did Gina would have been able to assist me!

Clean and secure property to leave my personal property . also a great associate named Isidro was a great help and was very patient to help me.

I had excellent customer service through the online chat that lead me to a person who helped me find out what was best for my needs. She answered my questions and took the time to let me know how everything worked. This was my first time here and it has been very successful.

The staff at Extra Space Storage in Watsonville is first rate. I had to change my situation twice before I moved in and both times Justine and Jordan handled the change quickly, efficiently and with no problems. They are both excellent to work with. When I moved out, Gina went out if her way to confirm I had moved and to make sure there were no misunderstandings. Again my experience was the best.
