This place has everything. Quality parts and tires are hard to come by. I have been going to this company for several years and have never ever had a problem with either their product or their service. Their office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I cant picture buying any other used parts anywhere else

Now I didnt have Amanda where she is now but I had her at the other company she worked at . She hands down saved our life by giving her honest input on a car that we had endless trouble with. She was very professional and gave us advice on our safety and not A large work job. Being that kind of real with your customers will bring them back to your shop. I always went to Amandas shop because I know I was being told facts and not dollar signs.

My tire blew on the way to work. My husband came and put my spare on. When I came home he had a new used tire he got from Eiss. It was the same exact brand and size as the other 3 I have on my car and was only $20. Dan helped him find an exact match and I am glad Im safely back on the road like nothing ever happened.

I hit a deer 2 weeks ago. I called Eiss brothers and was able to get a color matching hood and bumper for my car. I saved a lot of money not having to get them painted. Dan helped me load the parts in the truck when I came to pick them up. A great experience overall.

Anytime I need a part for any of my vehicles, I call Fenix Parts - Watertown and speak to one of their friendly sales people and they are very helpful at getting me what I need. If they dont have the part locally they are able to get it for me from one of their many locations. They make shopping for used parts convenient, easy and stress free.

Needed a part for my bmw. Was able to call and pay over the phone. My body control module was ready within the hour. Dan brought it out to me and helped me match the part numbers to make sure I got what I needed. Would recommend to anyone needing car parts!

My back window broke when a branch fell on it. I called the windshield people and it was really expensive. I was able to get one from eiss for $125, way cheaper than anyone else. Dan brought it out for me and told me how I could install it myself and what epoxy to use. I saved a ton of money and will be back if I ever need any car parts.

I was supposed to get a grade A lift tailgate shipped from a different location. I drove 5 hours the glass was smashed the wires cut. They wanted me to pay for the glass to be put in and get my own wiring and install. I had to take day off from work because they are not opened on the weekend. It cost me a day pay 500.00 plus gas 60.00 gas and 10 hours to drive both ways.

Hard to understand why some people get so bent?! Read your warranty! Hold on to your receipts! Of all the used parts dealers that I have done business with over the last 10 years, Eiss Brothers has consistently been the most helpful, knowledge and easy to deal with. Good selection, competitive prices. Always honest, seriously surprised when I saw any negative reviews. So here is mine!

First set of tires we bought couldnt be used because they were torn so we go back for another set and again a tire that cant be used because it has a hole it in. Then they made returning it seem like an impossible feat. Not impressed and sick of wasting my time. Also not friendly at all.

When you call them they wont answer the phone instead leaving you on hold and disconnecting you back to the options menu to make you lose your spot and continue to have to wait.

HORRIBLE customer service! Called this morning looking for used rims for my car. After waiting on hold for 10 minuets, then once someone finally answered, I got immediately put back on hold three more times... supposedly because his computer kept crashing… Finally, Hi, Im looking for 17 Rims for a Chevy Cruze, Then he asked me what year to which I said, “It doesn’t matter.” “I’m sorry, I can’t just put doesn’t matter into my computer and we’re out anyway,” then he hung up. Whats that about? Real Nice! Hope that made you feel better tough guy! Your job is to sell used auto parts to customers who want to buy them, not to go out of your way being condescending to people. If youre looking for used parts, go elsewhere.

Eiss Brothers have TERRIBLE customer service, and there prices are way too high for used car parts! I went there four different times, each time thinking they would get better… Nope, they only got worse and worse. I highly recommend finding another place to go.

The service has most auto parts used and they can probably get it even if they dont have it. I use them often for tires and that was what the strip was about.

Got 4 OEM aluminium wheels for my car for way cheaper then quoted by a dealer. They also had a set of tires that were the right size for for my new wheels at a fraction of the cost from online dealers and local.
