I will never order from them again. I order a 1.75ml E&J from Drizly and they gave me 750ml saying they gave me the right bottle instead of coming to my house and exchanging what I ask for you going keep telling me you gave me the right bottle knowing you didn’t. Do that look like a 1.75ml. Now the owner calling me cursing me out cause your worker gave me the wrong order if I could I will give 0 stars who does that calling customers cursing them out. Poor customer service you suppose to make your customers happy no matter if they right or wrong. Customer is always right. Drizly gave me back my refund and gave me 10 dollars off my next order at least they know how to treat their customers happy and the information not false I’m a very honest person I dont need to lie

In my opinion 84 East Wine & Liquor is by far the best and most accommodating liquor store in Waterbury. Their prices are great and they have an extensive selection of all spirits.But the best part of this place begins and starts with their manager, Carrie.From the second you walk in the door till you cash out and pay, Carrie and her staff are concerned about helping you leave happy.If they dont have what you want, Carrie will order it for you and make sure she calls you when its in.84 East is my go-to one stop place for all liquor needs!

The management is awesome. Helped me with great wine knowledge and attentive customer service.The wine tasting was awesome. Been there every other Friday and the products are great with awesome prices. Guy that does the wine tasting is knowledgeable and cute!!

Today I went in to really just buy Don Julio but I ended up seeing a rack that said $2.75 ALL OVER IT (literally x4 on this rack) and had beer on it. I brought that in addition to a rose beer that I saw on another sale rack marked 4.95 to the register. The guy asked me where I got the items so I told him where and how much it stated. He yells over to the woman who works there what is the price. It takes her awhile and she looks puzzled but eventually says all the beers were misplaced. So instead of honoring the price like a normal business person they tell me someone mustve spun the entire rack around to display wrong prices and dont honor the price. I wont be spending money here again. This is actually the second poor experience Ive had here. But it will be the last.

I enjoy coming to 84 they know what I want as soon as I walk threw the door staff is very friendly, this is my go to place and they welcome me by name when I walk in that is the best part of going there.

Its my go to place if im going to stop for drinks... its great place so much to choose from & friendly workers &atmosphere. Edit now as times gone on this place is 1 of the worst & has become extremely expensive compared to places close by or not far from. Also some of workers are half asleep or passing out. Idk why thats always the new thing but maybe drug testing should happen j.s.
