Really nice people but I have had issues getting my equipment since the beginning. The first month I was told my address was never updated in the system, which at that point I thought it was and was good to go. Two months later, no monthly equipment has shown up. I call back and once again the issue is my address. My correct address was on all of the paperwork and was updated not once but twice via telephone and still nothing. My insurance and myself are getting billed for equipment I have yet to receive. I keep getting forwarded to a line that never picks up and when you leave a message they never call back. Very frustrating. I have only had my cpap machine for 4 months and I already regret using this company.
Watch you accounts with these thevives they will send you a bill in the mail and take the money out of your account all so this has happened to us three times since January of this year ....nothing but thieves.....
The worst professional people I have ever seen in my life I paid $23 for a 5 cent strap When I got there they were closing in 5 minutes but wouldnt take cash had to go across town to get a money order because I didnt have a card with me $23 for a 5 cent strap What kind of company is that gouging gouging gouging
If your doctor suggests Medical West as a CPAP supplier ask them, BEG them, to recommend someone else. We have absolutely NOTHING good to say about them. Poor service, have to have my husband confirm EVERY SINGLE TIME that I am an authorized person to answer questions, etc., send the wrong things, etc., etc. I cannot think of one single thing good to say. I only can scratch my head wondering about how they manage to stay in business. One star because its the only way I can get to the post button
Go anywhere but here for your equipment. Had a broken piece when I called to replace was told my insurance company cancelled due to lack of wearing it. It wasnt the insurance companies issue it was Lin Care decision. Who in the hell are they to worry about if I am compliant? That is between my doctor, insurance company and myself not some money making Corporation. Just so you know I was compliant after the first few weeks of getting use to it so I guess the machine was throwing out wrong readings. Dont know dont care. So I call my insurance company she has never heard of such a thing. She puts me on hold and they tell her they have been trying to get a hold of me to pick up the machine. I have had same phone number, email for years. Really. I asked the insurance lady why after paying for it for almost two years they need the machine back. Of course the young lady at the insurance company didnt know and reiterated she never heard of such a thing. So when I hang up I call Lin Care to find out how to send it back to them. The young lady from Lin Care never heard of such a thing neither and informed me the machine was paid for since 8/2019. She calls this office to find out what was going on and was told the person answering the phone will have to speak with the manager. Lin Care told me not to worry about the machine is paid for. So not only does Medical West Respiratory Service have horrible service, they lie, and try double selling their equipment. I did let Lin Care know the should read some of these reviews because this office is giving Lin Care a really bad reputation.
Called on Wed to order cpap mask supplies they had all my husbands info and said they have to submit authorization to insurance then 3-7 days for shipment. Im like WHAT??? My husbands mask was broke so we needed this asap. On Monday I followed up talked with 3 different people being transferred all over with no help other than they are waiting on authorization. I asked to talk to someone higher up they said I needed to call Carecentrix. After they transferred me to Carecentrix I explained whats going on she had no record of authorization but processed this on her end and it was approve immediate while we were talking and she had no idea why they didnt do this. She then contacted Medical West while I was on hold and they told her the same thing they are waiting for authorization. She informed them its been authorized (the lady at Carecentrix didnt have to call Medical West but offered) good thing too because she told them what Ive been going through and gave them the authorization numbers so they could process this.They finally said they would escalate this request. Ill believe it when I see it and will have to follow up later today to see if they have. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing at Medical West. My husband has a heart condition and is doing without. They could of submitted this but I believe nobody did and it just was left unfinished and didnt bother to submit it. Im about to take the info for the mask and see if I can order it on Amazon or something so I can get it fast. I dont care what it cost at this time. Good Luck dealing with this company. Would help if staff knew what requires a prescription and what does not. Wanted to purchase replacement head gear. Not the full mask, just the strap. NOT required to have a prescription anywhere else. Just tried this place due to lack of options.
Place is a JOKE.COULDNT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO START SET UP.WAS CHARGED $193.WOULDNT RECAMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.
If I could give this place no stars I would! I was a client for less then a month. The office staff are misleading and you cant place order for new supplies at the local office. Instead you have to call this 800 number in order to get new supplies. I wait on the phone for a while and if you leave a message they wont return your call. When I spoke with a representative she was very rude and incoherent. After that call I was done and went back to my old CPAP company.
It took three weeks for them to verify I have insurance before I could come in for an appointment. Finally received equipment but got a bill without insurance payment. Bill states primary insurance: customer pay. Called them and they said they dont handle insurance but told me who to call. After 10 calls being placed on hold and three bill saying the same nothing has changed.
When I walked in the door, the employees stopped what they were doing and began chanting my name and clapping. It felt very welcoming. I had tear of happiness welling up in my eyes.The pulmonary specialist that met with me was very nice and did a good job of making a boring subject fun and interesting.When we finished, the whole crew of employees rallied around me and hoisted me up on their shoulders, while singing the 80s rock ballad We are the champions. The carried me to my car and just as I turned to say goodbye to them, POOF. Just like that, they vanished in an instant. Id fallen asleep in the parking lot and dreamt the whole thing. Sleep Apnea stay hating on us everyday.But seriouly, the place was easy to locate and the staff were friendly and gorgeous.

Very very RUDE! TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED THROWED IT ON THE TABLE AND WHEN I TRIED THE MASK ON AND IT LEEKED JUST KEPT PULLING IT TIGHTER. THEY FORCE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL NO CONCERN FOR THE PATIENT . EAGER TO GET YOU OUT THE DOOR MOST OF TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL STUPID! I WANTED TO GET A MASK THAT FIT AND THOUGHT I COULD TRY A COUPLE TO SEE WHAT I LIKED. HE SAID NO THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED SCRIBLED OUT SOME PAPER WORK AND CHARGED ME MORE THAN IF I WOULDVE BOUGHT THE SAME MASK ON AMAZON. ACTUALLY 49 DOLLARS MORE. JUST SHAMEFUL HOW YOU FEEL WHEN YOU LEAVE THERE AND IT ALL HAPPENS SO FAST YOU DONT REALIZE IT TILL YOUR GONE. BEEN THERE 2 TIMES IN 3YRS SAME BOTH TIMES PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I’ve been trying to get a C-Pap from them for 8 weeks and every time I called to check what was going on it was the DR flat or my Insurance funny thing is that when I would contact either of them they would tell me they have turn in all paperwork for the machine I personally was on hold with my insurance company why they called Midwest medical supply will never use these people again I placed a new order with A Nother medical supply and I will be picking that up in two days I am now using provider plus they are great people customer service at Midwest medical supply are very rude and untruthful very unprofessional
