Lax has the Best prices in DC and I think even better than Costcos or MAYBE the same. Anyway, Im upset they took their website down, which was useful for business purposes and avoiding the lines for fast ordering & pickup. The staff is super fast & helpful and theres nothing they dont carry in the store. I dont purchase alcohol from ANYWHERE but here!

I heard they had a decent bourbon collection. I went to check it out and it was a decent bourbon selection but good luck if you need to ask a question. I stood at the end of the counter looking at bourbons for a while and then had a question. I tried to wait for the 4 people working at the counter to finish with other customers in hopes someone would initiate some form of contact with someone standing at the counter for 20 minutes. For 20 minutes the staff walked back and forth pass me without saying a word or when they were done helping customers they would look my way and walk in a different direction until I finally had to flag someone down. I dont expect to be treated like royalty but I would expect a potential customer standing at the counter for an extended period of time someone would ask if they could help or if I had a question or anything. Almost felt like they were trying to avoid me.

Lax is the best go to for liquor in the DMV. Its prices are only matched or barely beaten by Costco. They have a large selection and even some hard to find liquors. They also take online orders and ship.

Its clean,well stocked all employees are kind and helpful.

This liquor store is in one of the most sketchiest neighborhoods Ive ever been but the prices speak for itself. Visiting this liquor store would, if your not one of the brave at heart, have you feeling as if you needed a bulletproof vest on. They do have a wide array of spirits and the people around the store and inside where a little over the top but ok. I would go back so that says a lot.

Great prices - like the cheapest in DC. The lines are long (and confusing) but they move quickly. Good service. My only semi complaint would be the parking situation. Expect madness in the lot.

I really, really liked this place. They did an amazing job at improving things since buying the store. Then I came here tonight while an employee is not wearing his mask. Youve got to be kidding me. At least pretend you care beyond putting stickers on the floor for social distancing. No idea what his name was, after he walked by me I got away from him. Short, older man. When I was walking out he was at the desk behind the main counter up front. A giant shame. I came here to spend money. Not gonna happen now.

If you are looking for a place to buy cheap, this is the liquor store of choice. It is not pretty and the selections are a bit limited, however if your list is not too eccentric, you will save tons! It is by far the busiest liquor store I have ever been in.

Lot of parking available but other stores share the lot so you may have to drive around the lot looking for a space on weekends, holidays but its not too bad. The Lstore itself is pretty professional and convenient. The downer is the congested parking lot. Its so small but has a heavy traffic flow. Otherwise its a good place to grab a bottle of your favorite spirits or smokes.

LAX is always stocked with various types of wine and spirits that a customer could desire. It was not crowded the day I went,, so it was in and out. Apologies, no photos!!

I expected this spirits shop to be out of stock due to the current situation. But they had everything I was looking for. The line was outside and there only going to let you in a few at a time so be prepare for a little wait. But I guess its better to be safe than fast.

Liquor superstore best prices in DC also always crowded with 5 lines open at most times i visited. The store is well stocked and security present also they will assist in loading you purchase. Only downside is the parking lot is too small and shared with others. There can easily be more patrons in the store than parking spaces on the lot.
