As I just moved to the area this was my first time in the store. The gentleman at the cash register was extremely helpful. I appreciated the suggestion and information he gave me.

This place has a great selection. I was impressed by the mix of attire, toys, gear, and novelties that they managed to display in the small space while maintaining merchandise shopability.Leather, rubber, neoprene/ clothing that covers, some that reveals/ straps, restraints, harnesses/ fetish, fashion, and the functional...And the guy at the counter was not only helpful but he knew what he was talking about..

While the store at times can get a little expensive, it’s worth it for the amazing selection of items from all over the world. Everything you could ever want for your bedroom (or kitchen...I don’t judge) — Pleae support this LGBTQIA+ owned and operated store in the heart of Dupont.

Small and cute store, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I lost the receipt for a purchase from half a year ago --needed to cash in on a warranty--and the owner was nothing but pleasant helping me retrieve it. Really just a great place to go. Highly recommended!

The owners of this store need to re-evaluate their policy and how they treat paying customers. I walked in this store fully intentioned to shop and was asked by the woman behind the counter to leave my PURSE. My purse, that contains my wallet and all of my personal effects in it. If it was a shopping bag or anything of that nature I can fully understand but in this day and age no one should feel comfortable leaving their purse ANYWHERE. I was really excited to shop at this store but was disappointed by their lack of customer service.

The white guy is Extremely RUDE.1.He don’t mean what he say.2.He will keep asking you what can i help you but when you ask him he shows frustration.3.He will give you pressure to leave if you don’t make a purchase.4.No personal space for customers.*If you just want to have a look or do a survey, DO NOT visit this shop.BECAUSE IF YOU DON’T BUY IT, YOU CAN’T ASK THE WHITE GUY QUESTION.Otherwise, Great collection compared to other shops in DC and Sex Museum, NYC .The black is far more experienced and helpful.

The super rush poppers they sell are not authentic. They were not double sealed like authentic PWD products are, they were weak and weren’t even worth using.

Purposely deceptive practices, when displaying sale items. I heard the older man, NOT gentleman tell a young couple that everything on a rack was included in the sale. This was after they mentioned that many items had no blue dot. They didnt buy anything, but I attempted to. Unfortunately for them, I noticed that I didnt receive the discount. When I confronted the jerk, as to why he was lying about the sale area, he said that he told us this area, making a ridiculous gesture, that implied only the very center of the rack was included. That was the only area with blue dots, but there is no doubt that he was being deceptive. I have been going a few times per year, since I moved to the area. Never again.Now, they tried to buy off my bad review, by offering me the discount. No way. They arent sorry about their deception. They are only sorry that I called them on it. Wouldnt go back, even for free.
