I used Advanced Air Solutions after I moved into an older house that needed a new HVAC unit. They advised which unit I would need, installed it, and were highly professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I had used him for a few little things before, and had always been happy so I had no reservations about calling them when I needed an entirely new unit. A couple months after the service was performed, I got a gift certificate in the mail for a local shop thanking me for my business. Handwritten note and everything! Very very very satisfied with his business and would highly recommend.
Chris was at my house within 1 hour of my call. It was a very hot Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend and my AC had gone out. Within an hour of his arrival, Chris had my 85 degree house cooling down. He gave me a great explanation of exactly what was wrong and how he repaired my system. This is the third time I have utilized Advanced Air Solutions and I highly recommend them!
Everyone was very professional, polite and courteous! They told us what they were going to do every step of the way and performed the work with the professionalism expected and more. I highly recommend this group for any of your HVAC needs.
My husband called this AM to have someone come and check out our AC unit. They told us that they would have someone out to our house around 4. They never showed up. This is very unprofessional and we will definitely be calling a more reliable company to give our money to.

My AC had stopped blowing cold air on the hottest day, it was 94 degrees in the house. I called and spoke with Kathy. She was so nice and helpful. Mike showed up in a very timely manner and he had it blowing cold in less than 30 minutes. He also was very helpful and friendly. I also signed up for the yearly service agreement. It costs nothing but they keep track of when your unit needs serving and will contact you. You also get 10% off parts if any are needed. Just call and talk to Kathy she will be glad to help you. She is very patient and helpful.
In response to Meredith Robertson. Our company did HVAC inspection on 10/12/17 for a realtor. His customer was Lucia Robertson .At that time everything was in working order.On busy days our customers do come first and they as a non-customer was informed of that at the time. They were told when they called that we would try to get them worked in. When they called about pipes being frozen-it was implied that our company should have to be responsible. I in return called the realtor and he agreed with our company that it was not our fault and that he would handle it. We all know purchasing a new home is very stressful. Ive found a new company to take care of my heating and air equipment!! Even on a Saturday, Josh was here really fast and took care of the problem just as quickly. If youre in the Washington area, call them!!

The thermostat was not working in my house. I called this company since they had done the initial inspection before I moved in. On the inspection, they noted everything was in working condition. I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They did not show for the scheduled time and did not call to let me know they were running late. My realtor called their office and Betty advised that they were attending to other customers and would see if they could fit me in.The temperature in my house was around 50 degrees and the pipes froze. When I called to follow up after my realtor called, Betty informed me that they had customers for 10+ years that were more important and would be handled first. I highly doubt those customers made an appointment. Also, Betty was quick to let me know that it didnt help for my realtor or me to follow up. She was very rude and lacked customer service.
