My wife and I visited the Washington, Missouri office yesterday and had the best experience with Dustin and his receptionist, Kathryn. They were both warm and inviting and calmed my nerves from the second we stepped into Beltone. Kathryn was very considerate and offered us a cup of coffee or a bottle of water. Dustin was extremely thorough on what he was going to do before he even started the exam. I knew what to expect and how each instrument worked. He explained the ear and how it is supposed to work in the correct way. During the exam Dustin was patient and very kind. When talking about pricing, he never was pushy and let me make up my mind on what I wanted and what I did not want. I would recommend Washington Beltone, not only on their amazing hearing aids, but because of Dustin and Kathryn and their kindness.

I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Barrett! He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skills are excellent. He gave me the most comprehensive hearing test Ive ever had. He spent a lot of time determining my exact hearing needs and demonstrated the quality of Beltones products. I cant wait for my hearing aids to arrive and I will definitely recommend his office to others who need hearing assistance.

Dustin is absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond what I could ever expect anyone to do on my behalf. I left upset and deflated prior to my last visit and he went the extra mile to see that I was taken care of.I can hear my grandbabies laughter and have conversations with my children like never before.I am so beyond elated and forever grateful for everything Dustin.You’re the best!!

I have always had good service at Beltone.

First of all, Beltone of Washington is close to home and I feel welcome there and dont have to travel to the county for service. The Audiologist is a very caring, concern, and patience person as well as his receptionist. They would go out of their way to meet your needs. This is a honest service as far as Im concerned and would recommend this place to everyone.

Take care of their customers and really listen to your needs. Works you into their schedule to fit you with the right device. Glad to answer your questions and dont rush you out the door.I have the Beltone Amaze and very satisfied with it.

In these trying times having to wear face masks are a new essential form of social interaction.While shopping for my elderly Mother a few weaks ago I moved my mask while at the store and lost my very expensive hearing aid and could not find it.Luckily I had the foresight to have a back up(a right side one at that) Now,Im an old boyscout and the mottoBe Prepared has been etched in my brain forever.My hearing aid back up was old 2014 model and I was sweating finding s hearing place that would help me tune it etc..i called Dustin @ Beltone Washington and he had me make an appt.The store was clean and the lady in front took my info and i waited,not to long,for Dustin to come get me.He brought me to his well appt office and had me at ease right away.He looked into my ear and found,a used piece of my last hearing aid IN MY CANAL!.He didnt flinch and found me an adapter for my back-up hearing aid.I was agast @ how my ear was so dirty but Dustin,a pro for sure just plugged my aid in and tuned it to perfection!And he didnt charge me a thing for being able to hear again! (right ear was the worst being a Rock Drummer)If you need any type of hearing aid or might need to consult with a pro,This is the place.Iam impressed and relieved I can hear my grandkids talking to me know and my wife likes i can turn down the TV.God Bless.
