This is by far the worse smoothie king I ever been too and will never go to this location again. My church had an electronic gift card to show appreciation to fathers for Father’s Day and they will not honor the coupon at all said it’s only for the Bowie MD location when I told them it was all locations. So i went to the Chinatown location 3 mins away and they honored the same gift card with no issues. I don’t know if it was the staff, management, or the owner but definitely felt discriminated at this location based on religion

Went here a few times during my trip to D.C. Smoothies are great but the service was slow and far from friendly. On one mobile order, I ordered 10 minutes ahead and walked to their store only to find the counter person sitting down looking at their phone having no idea a mobile order came in...so I had to wait another 5 minutes or so for them to make my smoothie. What is the point of ordering ahead?

Jania Janaj I cant remember. The girl was on the phone the whole time chatting away. I waited at the register for her to come. Was still chatting on her Airpods and then came to the register, said nothing to me, continued on the phone, tapped the register screen a few times & then walked away. I said excuse me, can I place an order? The girl gonna say oh I was waiting on you. I simply said that I didnt know because you were talking on the phone. No acknowledgment at all. Said nothing, took the order gave me the smoothie and left. Customer service: HIGHLY LACKING = 1 star. Smoothie: tastes good.

The ladies were really nice & helpful when it came to helping me decide which smoothie to get & i appreciated that cause i am very picky lol. but they made my visit really enjoyable so thank you ladies!

Online hours said open until 8pm. Paper posted in the window said temporary hours open until 7pm. Arrived at 650pm, they were closed.

Terrible Customer Service...they dont know how to make Smoothies and I can guarantee the people thats leaving them 5 stars are family and friends of the staff...there was know washing hands ( No Gloves ) the have Nasty attitude and they probably wont last

As I walked to the door a woman walked out empty handed. Then I walked inside and understood why. There were 3 young ladies surrounding the front of the line. One was sitting on the counter where the card reader is, another was sitting on a table in front of the reader and the last was standing.My fiance and I stood behind them and the only worker inside waiting for them to complete their conversation. I assume their orders had already been taken because after 3 minutes of them standing and sitting around he began to make their drinks and they moved away to the lounge area of the store.After another 4 minutes he came to the front to take our orders. He was extremely impatient with us as if we hadnt waited for him to finish fraternizing with customers. While we ordered one of the girls that had previously been lounging at the front of the store kept calling to him and he responded every time. Eventually he explained to her that he needed to take our orders, this was the only pleasant part of this experience. We paid, received our order and left. Unfortunately I didnt feel comfortable conversing with him about making a larger order so I went with my go to and left it at that.He didnt offer a receipt and I dont have the gall to reach across a barrier to retrieve what would be considered mine so I left it but we were there today from about 11:45 to 12:05.I think better supervision and customer interaction training would be adequate. Underwhelming and Ill-mannered employees make for failed businesses, or in this case franchises.

Terrible Customer Service, Really Ghetto and the Smoothies are nasty...youve been warned...

Great smoothies and staff.

At this location, the posted menu does not match the prices that they are charging at the register. When the store manager was asked to address the glaring discrepancy, they said that the menu was wrong and they aren’t updating the menu board.I’d skip the establishment and go to any other store that charges the posted price for their products.
