I love this store they have some cool stuff and decent prices on pet products

Amongst having a lot of necessities for our home & garden, they have a great variety of outdoor decorations . Here are a couple of items that we got that help make us the talk of the neighborhood!!

This Tractor Supply store has earned a customer for life. Brendan had been extraordinarily helpful every time I go in. Im new to mowing my own lawn after spending the last 10 years in Arizona, and he has helped me to understand how to use my new mower as well as provided tips on other things Ive been working on. This place has taken great care of me and I cant reccomend them enough.

Has everything I need when it comes to buying and type of feed for my animals(ducks, chickens,cats, and dogs). Also we are making an acre run for our chickens with horse fencing since my litter ducks can get though almost everything but this fence. Plus horse fencing is much strong than chicken wire. Never know I might get me a few lambs or a goat or two so its always good to go with stronger fencing if you ever change your mind and want a bigger animal. I love the staff as well too. They know there stuff and can get you everything you need for your whole project and they are fast so you never have to be in there long unless you really want to! They have cloths, boots for all ages and girls and boys. You just gotta go and check them out!!! Once you do you just might find you new favorite place:)) I know I did.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Some places you go to have staff that ask you if you need help but you can clearly see they dont even want to be there, much less help you.

Nice little farm store with a good selection of stuff that I need for my horses. The staff at the TSC stores are always ready to help if needed.

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. They double charged me for a product that was over 320 dollars. Because they used a palm piolt to run the transaction and it screwed everything up. And i could not get anything back for 24 hours.I asked the manager for a way to contact him if my money wasnt reimbursed and he said i wont be available during the weekend to contact but he reiterated the fact he is customer oriented.., b/s!!!! I wont go back!

Purchased a exide battery from them in 2017. It stated it had a 30 month free replacement warranty. The manager in Washington Indiana refused to offer a replacement. Will not go back. Just a few days within the warranty period. Totally unfair and the manager argued with me about the warranty, whenit clearly stated on the battery 30 month free replacement. Just a note, TSC no longer carries Exide batteries. Congratulations, TSC GET NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME, and no recommendations as well. I truly hate it, but the smug young manger made it easier.
