Great food and quality. Rarely out of stock on anything, however they are definitely overpriced for no apparent reason. The store always looks pretty clean as well and i love that you can earn gas points especially with the way gas prices continue to keep raising

Visit Brian C., the Butcher In the Meat Department. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time out of his day to talk to the customers requesting special cuts of meat. A great person that went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations were met and exceeded.

I come here monthly for the Starbucks inside here.. its one of my fave places!! This is one of the BEST STARBUCKS LOCATIONS!! Ill always come back here when Im in the area!!

Great grocer. blows Walmart out of the water in that department. Really the place to go if you can afford it, as its well kept And reliable.

Tons have reviewed this particular Giant Eagle and have high praise for the staff here, I would like to join in and say every employee that I have asked for help from has been kind and patient. The selection is incredible and they often have products we can not find elsewhere. The meat department is hugh. And every Giant Eagle item we have tried has been great.Thank you for providing wonderful food to us with kindness.

Good food choices but the staff is very rude at least the 3 different people I talked to are very rude. One to be exact is the heavier lady at the self checkout, she if one of the rudest people Ive ever met.

Besides the line in customer service, it was a clean environment and friendly.

Went for Covid vaccine clinic. Very organized and efficient. Looking forward to my 2nd dose at same site three weeks from now. Thanks Giant Eagle Rx.

The pharmacy is great!

The layout is pretty easy to navigate when looking for a particular item. The selection is nice and prices are roughly average (some things may be more pricey than other places - some things less).The workers are helpful. And can point you in the direction of whatever it is that you are looking for.They have a new scan as you go feature - I plan to try it soon - where you pick up a scanner in the entrance and as you shop you scan and bag items right into your cart as you go. This seems like its more efficient by removing need to unload your cart to check out - you just go to a checkout kiosk and load your scanner and pay.Also with the fuel perks program you can save money on gas.

I love their variety of healthy foods; supplements & fresh meat! However I do feel they are pricey!

Giant Eagle is by far the nicest grocery chain in the Pittsburgh area. The only thing that isnt very nice are the prices.

Nice Giant Eagle. Well maintained, great selection, up to date, energy efficient. Plus theres a Get-go right outside and a Starbucks.

That was my first trip to this particular giant eagle and I must say that by far it was definitely the best one Ive seen yet. Very clean and lots of different things a whole variety of different foods in this establishment than what Ive seen inside the others.

Will not shop here ever again since they decided to get into politics by choosing not to sell the post gazette over social issues. Cant you just be a store without making a political statement??? I dont even read the post gazette but its all to much. Stay in your lane!!

They will give a Hassel about chipping Islays chipped ham like mush. Washington Giant Eagle does it with no problem, so does Uniontown. Bentleyville wont either. I stopped going there. I thought this was for Belle Vernon Giant Eagle. Washington is very good.

The staff was friendly. Theres a tesla charger at the end of the parking lot and the store was well stocked. What more could a guy want? Oh, low prices well you cant have it all!

I swore to God I would never use Giant Eagle delivery again. Every time we placed an order there were mistakes. One time they forgot the entire frozen orders.So I figured I figured I would give it one last shot. After reminding the assistant manager 20 minutes before the order was charged to use my fuel perks, guess what. No fuel perks were used. I am so irritated right now if they wouldnt have already charged my card I would have cancelled the entire order. Please beware and if you use these people check your receipts.

So I have shopped at this store a rather large part of my life and have always had a decent experience, the employees left me alone and I left them alone, it was a win win situation. This time my experience was quite the opposite. I was in the market for dinner this evening with my significant other. We were making our adult beverage purchase when one individual from the back was quite loud, obnoxious, and quite frankly, embarrassing. I have never had an employee react that strongly towards me or anyone I was with. In this situation she was quite vocal about my significant other not wearing a mask, which I get that right now alot if places enforce this, but this was a bit extreme, and even though I was wearing one, I was quite embarrassed. She involved two different managers and he ended up getting escorted out of the building while I finished buying the couple items in my hands only to get followed around like a person of interest. Like I said, the entire situation was embarrassing. It might be a while before I go back ...if I ever do.

This is a standard supermarket with nothing special to reccomend it. It does have a built in Starbucks outlet which is unusual in this area. However the employees there are very very Very VERY slow. I stopped there today and had to wait for 10 minutes to give my order because the two employees could not figure out which of them was going to pour the coffee the previous customer ordered!! I pitied the people behind me who ordered a new drink that just came out! 😀The store itself is well stocked with a lot of employees milling about. All the basics are there.

Giant Eagle is over priced. Walmart or Shop n Save have more food options.Not a bad grocery store in a pinch.

Its always nice to visit this amazing store. The prices are great and there are plenty of selections. Store is clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Giant Eagle is usually a pretty decent store. Today I was disappointed when I went to get the meat specials at 4:30 and there were none. When I asked the meat department about this I was told to get a rain check. They were already setting up for the next weeks sale paper and not worried at 4:30 about this weeks specials. Why wouldnt you stop at a certain time, then start stocking for the next sale add. Im sure the people who came in at midnight were able to get what they wanted. All that is...a price change in the computer system. But, the product is there 😯🙄

When in in Washington this is where I grocery shop. Just like the other stores. Maybe a little smaller but still plenty.

It is a good grocery store, with a decent selection and ok prices.

Went to GE Rx drive thru as I cant walk all the way thru the store and back out the front. The drive thru is always busy and takes forever to get to the window. Attendant was nice and polite but the wait time makes me question the usage of GE for my Rx. If you could enter the pharmacy door it would be better served.

This store is confusing and it sucks.. its set up wrong I spend too much time looking for items shop n save is do much better ....

Same manager for 47 years I think he said. The pick 5 selection is average but acceptable. Perks are nice and save some cash on groceries and gas.

Great Giant Eagle. Store layout is very good with a center aisle running parallel half way between the front and back of the store. Pretty good selection of non store brand products for this size store.

Very nice and large supermarket with deli, hot foods, etc. I stopped by because its pretty close to where I work, so I grabbed a familiar bag salad, some fresh produce, and some chicken from the hot-serve area. Checkout experience was fast and very pleasant. I will definitely come back to this location.

Consistently good experiences. Wide variety of merchandise and user friendly self scan registers make the shopping trips a rather seamless task. This store is also conveniently located next to the Get Go gas station, making it easy to redeem fuel perks earned during shopping trips. I highly recommend this store.

The store itself is very nicely laid out. The people in produce are very nice and helpful. As were the employees in the meat department. But the second you get to the front of the store they are RUDE, IMPATIENT AND DOWN RIGHT IGNORANT. I thought it was just a bad day at the customer service desk. Until I went back two days later and received the cold shoulder and arrogant attitude from a cashier and a lady who did customer service. I would rather drive out of my way to go to another G.E. then deal with these people again. Its amazing what a few people can do to drive out customers.

I tried to check out at a Self serve check-out and because I did not have a Giant Eagle Advantage card I could not check out. A sweet girl behind me used her card so that I could check out, my six boxes of lemon pudding! There wasnt one employee who came to our Aid! I have had many lousy past experiences with Giant Eagle in Washington PA and I will not go back to that store ever again. I have not been in that store for many years. Next time I will drive across town to Shop and Save or Foodland and buy what I need.

Sad to say it was annoying! While I love my G E, it is frustrating when people get into self checkout lines where it is clearly posted: max 12 items and they have a careful of 30+ items. The store should have the latitude of asking them to move to a regular checkout instead of holding others up.

You can find a good variety of fresh meats and veggies. The frozen dinner section has items I had not seen at my local grocery store. Whats also gr8 is theres a small wine and beer outlet. You have to show ID so be prepared. Also good bakery and cheese section.

No matter what I need, they have it. Sales are great sometime, but they do have quality. Plus their employees are always attentive to help you find something.

No comparison to Wegmans...... Produce is 3rd world quality and customer service is sub par. Only shop at GE when Im trying to save timeNeed a Wegmans here to put this place out of business.

Walmart had one register oped at little after 12 am, so I decided not to wait forever to get checked out and go accross the street, Even this late there was still staff trying to help me. The store was clean and I was impressed with ever after midnight how friendly staff was!

This is a beautiful Giant Eagle. This is what a grocery store should look like. It is huge with an enormous selection of items. Huge produce area with lots of organic items. Equally impressive bakery and deli. It is beautifully designed, kept very clean and has a huge selection.

Wife just uses the Western Union only. Food shopping is too expensive.

My experience with GE was pleasant. No hassles whatsoever. The manager Rick. Has always had a kind word for me every time I have been there.

They have the best meats in the immediate area. The meat counter is great quality but also anything in the cooler. Always friendly staff. Easy to navigate once you shop a time or two!

Always a good selection of food. We run here for everything plus the curbside pick up is very useful as well!

Usually stop in here for sushi and a drink on my lunch. Place is packed but is big enough to support the crowds. Location is great too to make it a stop on my way out of Washington to get some gas. The self check-outs require a member card but dont prompt for one before beginning. Kind of like letting you sit in a roller coaster but not letting you ride it until you join some riders club or something.

Love Giant Eagle! Always have what I need and their weekly sales are great! Always the freshest produce too. Customer service is always a pleasure too!

Good food prices

Very nice place, Im from Delaware and here visiting friends and I was extremely impressed. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is the layout by the registers. There was barely any room to walk but standees in clear walking paths. Just annoying is all.

Everything is good in this store, workers are always friendly, fruits and veggies are fresh and the lunch meat its delicious

Got my daughter a pumpkin spice latte,and a 🦊 shaped cake pop at Starbucks,and was looking for coffee cake ice cream,but didnt have any,but always great staff there!!!
