What a fun shop! Great variety of high quality goods, but what is even better is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere the staff create. I walked out of the store not only with some beautiful gifts but also a welcome to my new neighborhood & also some restaurant recommendations!

Amazing gift shop! You can truly find something unique for everyone here. The store is super kid and dog friendly, to include changing tables in the restrooms. This could be a lifesaver for parents in the busy navy yard neighborhood! They offer events and classes for kids and adults alike! Checkout the music class on Sundays!

Recently utilized their personal shopping service and they virtually shopped for my gifts, had them waiting in a basket when I picked up. Can’t recommend enough! Ive enjoyed this shop very much since they opened. I try to stop in every time I go down to the Yards and am always happy to support a local business that is rooted in supporting local artists. Sometimes that will come at a premium but I have never once regretted any purchase. There is a great selection of goods and friendly staff that is there to help should you need it. The store has so much to look at so I appreciate not feeling like I have to hurry when inside.Thank you Steadfast Supply, I will continue to come by and support your shop.

This was the first place I thought of when I needed to get a gift for a friend, especially when trying to support small businesses in the area. The shops website is easy to navigate and before the pandemic when I was able to shop in-store, the associates were friendly and they have the coolest stuff for sale!After I placed my online order the store personally emailed me to tell me that the items I ordered were shipped along with the personalized note I had asked for. The fact that they took the time to let me know my order was taken care of really shows me how much they care about their business and their customers. I highly recommend checking them out - you will not be disappointed!

Steadfast consistently has the best selection of high quality, largely locally sourced gifts, home decor, clothing, and necessities (even masks!). The staff is always super friendly, and incredibly helpful in finding exactly what you need for any occasion. We’re lucky to have a place like this in the neighborhood, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Very disappointed with the lack of transparent pricing. Check your receipt to make sure everything rings up as marked. Prices are already inflated. Don’t let them take more than what is marked!Very rude cashier when I pointed out the mistake and wouldn’t honor the marked price. I will not be returning here. There are many other gift shops with novelty items. I suggest trying those before coming here unless you like being taken advantage of.

Make the trek down to the Navy Yard, grab something to eat and hit up Steadfast Supply. This place has a great concept to showcase locally made products - and not just food! The jewelry selection is especially impressive and you can find some very unique pieces at a decent price point. Theyre still relatively new and it seems like they host some kind of event or special guest almost every day to try to bring in more customers. I just hope its working as I would hate to see it close. Yay for local retailers!

Although they have really great assortment of goods made locally and other small known brands, the staff did not greet me or approach me at all. I was the only customer at one point and the 2 women working just chatted among themselves. Besides that, its a great place to shop for gifts, add some flair to your home, and support local businesses in the area.

Its especially a great place to go when youre looking for some*thing* for some*one* where you dont have much direction or insight into what theyd like. Youll find some inspiration here and will not leave empty handed.Last I was here, I purchased some earrings, a few healing crystals, a candle and a sweatshirt that says Productive AF. Nice little hodge-podge of a bounty I came up with, ay?!Additionally, the staff here is always so kind and so willing to help. I totally forgot that they offer a check-in discount on Yelp and remembered literally right after being rung up. I asked it if was too late to use (because no biggie if it was) and she gladly corrected the transaction to reflect that discount. She really didnt have to, but she wanted to and it was just one more thing for me to appreciate about the business.If youre in or around The Navy Yard, make sure to pop in to see whats new. Theyre constantly getting new inventory, so if you havent been recently make sure to keep it on your list as a gifting destination!

Got an item the wrong size and the store has a final sale policy that they don’t really advertise very obviously. I’m from out of town and they never said that I would be able to get a refund for my wrong product. After calling the store several times expressing my frustration, I did get a reply from the store owner herself offering to make an exception for me if my friend brought back the item with an email copy of my receipt since I was literally sitting in the airport when I got the shop owners reply. Ultimately I have seen the credit go back to my account and the shop owner explained her sales policy very thoroughly since she buys from local vendors who are smaller and therefore cannot shuffle inventory around like a standard retail operation (which is why sales are final - more or less). I am very happy with the final outcome of this situation but will pay more attention to sales policies in any store I shop from going forward and actually ask a human being working there (whether it is posted via signage or or not). I would kindly suggest to this store and any store that this type of sales policy is communicated to customers more obviously, especially since DC is a very touristy area, which could lead to similar situations.FYI - I see no option to reply to the owners note, but I have edited my comment accordingly since my issue was handled well in the end. I never meant my comments to be hurtful, but do not appreciate situations where I could have possibly avoided a hassle had store policies been communicated more transparently. Hopefully better, proactive communication from both parties can be a positive outcome from this.

Such a cute shop that supports local artists with wide variety available. took a watercolor class there and it’s a great spot to learn some new stuff.

This is a really cool shop with small brands tending toward gifty small-run shop-local goods like stationery, prints, some clothes, fun toys, etc. Many items relate to DC in a non-touristy & hip way. They change locations over time so they are set up to be modular and move in to activate new developments.

Such a great location and so many great options! Went here for last-minute Christmas shopping and found everything I need. Everything is a little pricey, but its worth it to shop locally!

Steadfast Supply is the most hipster thing in the very yuppie neighborhood of Navy Yard. Its in an industrial space right across the street from Blue Jacket and next to Philz Coffee.The concept behind Steadfast Supply is great! Its a collection of LOCAL designers and creatives under one roof selling a variety of goods from baby clothes to tables to artisan chocolate (From DCs Harper Macaw).The space is open and clean and the back corner has a variety of beautifully designed tables for anyone to sit at and bum their free wifi. The manager told us, My home is your home.Based on the look of this place, youd imagine the price tags are super expensive. In some cases, yes. A bar of chocolate is $12. However, they had designer t-shirts for $25 and a quality mens jacket for $85. Not bad!If youre in the area, definitely stop by! Its the beginning of SE turning hipster.
