Fast and friendly. I thought the restaurant was pretty clean. They have a drive thru and some seating outdoors.Prices seemed fair.

They work hard for alot of customers. They use real banana for milkshakes so I come from several towns away. Peanut butter banana malt any day.. I hope they stay open I love this place. Recommend it to everyone. I will bring more people here I promise

Its alright. I think it gets alot hype just bc its the only ice cream shop in town. Im rating 3 stars bc I went while pregnant and was craving nachos a hotdogs and milkshake. According to their menu they had these items but thats a lie lol. The girls working werent very friendly either. The ice cream is idk 7/10.

Usually, everything is pretty good... but today wasnt that day.Shaved ice was all ice...and the scoop of ice cream at the bottom was only an 1/8 layer.Unfortunately, the time it will take to get a new one isnt worth the money....

Terrible wait time. I was in line waiting over 30 minutes for my order to even be taken. I dont know what is going on with this place but light a fire under your employees butts and get them moving a bit. maybe lower their pay until they can be more efficient. Good food tho was kinda worth the wait ngl. Im just not happy with the waiting period sorry

Always a good selection of items. The only 8 is great when you want something lighter than ice cream. Employees are very friendly. Prices are good. Never disappoints! Just wish they were open year round.

Not sure what happened. We loved scoops when we first moved here. We still do like the ice cream there, but we dont enjoy 40 minute waits. No ice cream is worth listening to the kids whine for that long. Bummed.

We love Scoops and have gone quite often but it’s aggravating that they close the drive thru around 8:30 when their hours say they close at 9. Normally there wouldn’t be any issue with that but when the drive thru is what people are opting for during this covid situation, you’d think they’d keep it open.

Great place,great shakes and great customer service..I heard it’s a seasonal bussiness sadly but I’m glad I got here on the right season to try it and as soon it keep open I’ll keep coming (my 3rd time on this week actually).Staff wear face mask all the time and for know are delivering order to the parking at your car,it does have a drive thru to order.

They need some ole time favs.Choc chip, rocky road and such.

Ice Cream & the service there is great! My only complaint would be, when you order the hard, (scoopable), ice cream & you first get it, when its really cold, their spoons are a little too flimsy & you cant get spoon into it to get a bite.

My mom and I stopped in as we were traveling through from Iowa to North Carolina. We got a dish and as we were taking a selfie to remember our trip a nice lady in the dining room asked if we would like help with the picture. Turned out she and her husband were the owners! What nice people! I had the chocolate covered strawberry and it was the best Ive ever had! The lady who we talked to said her husband makes all the ice cream. No kidding, this is great stuff! Thank you!

Very good home made hard and soft serve ice cream. They also have a variety of other items like slushes, smoothies, and treats for dogs. Their flavors to change but there is always something delicious available.

Theyve got everything ice cream, its seasonal and usually only open from April - October 😢, but maybe thats what makes it so great😋. Its locally owned and it has to be the best ice cream next to Ben and Jerrys. Thats just me though 🐄🍨🍦
