They don’t even deserve the one star. No star. Not sure if they WANT to go out of business since I have never been treated this poorly, honestly the WORST customer service. The employees are friendly (I feel bad for them tbh) but the manager is horrible. He has really bad manners and he does not treat his customers well. He cut me off multiple times when I was trying to explain what I needed to get printed. He hung up on me while I was still talking. I can not believe they are still in business. Also the quality is not good. I could’ve printed with my own paper and printer and the color quality would’ve came out way better. VERY disappointed. Never again am I ordering from here. I advise you also not to. Go to ABC imaging. Much nicer and helpful!! This guy needs to fix his attitude or he’s going to go out business, seriously.AND just recently -- they tried to charge me for another book that I have NEVER confirmed on. I am warning you, if you do not want to deal with this I strongly recommend you avoiding going to this print shop. Really bad customer service.

These guys were so great to work with (I worked primarily with Sam)! We had a couple of large, rush jobs and they were able to get them done same-day and even stayed a little beyond close when our guy was late picking them up. I also needed guidance on how to create bleeds and crop lines in Adobe InDesign which they were able to provide with ease. Couldnt be happier with our experience with this shop!
