Typical hotel place to get expensive food and drinks.

That was a great idea the Washington Hilton l Hotel had to put that place. Theyre very good coffee and food. The people who work there are very nice. Its very easy and convenient.

While I am huge fan of Coffee Bean, this is just a smaller hotel version. That doesnt mean it is bad, just you are missing the full experience. The price is pretty steep but the quality is top-notch. Make sure to give yourself a few moments as it is busy in the mornings.

I really wish there were more outlets of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in DC. Honestly, they have amazing coffees and are very under-rated. Their NSA (no-sugar added) options distinguish them from others in the country. Have been here on multiple occasions when I was living in DC, and this coffee chain is one of the things I miss the most about being in the US! Have always had a good experience at this outlet, staff has been amazing, they have nice seating arrangements (and TVs). This is in a hotel so you have a good mix of business-touristy crowd.

Just had here today one of the best cappuccino I had lately. Strong, double shot of Espresso but you do not taste the bitter side of double shot. I am impressed.

The food was phenomenal, I had the Breakfast Burrito and some home fries. I highly suggest trying the peanut butter chocolate frappuccino. The server was enjoyable and helpful with menu recommendations. My only comment was that our server seemed a little disorganized, and our side orders were plated for one person instead of multiple people. This did not detract from our experience as he was a very good server otherwise. The environment was eclectic and well worth the visit!

The place I go to when I want something a bit different. When I feel like I had too much coffee that taste the same, I will choose The coffee bean for where I will get some good coffee that taste different.

The food here will send your wallet running to the hills. $14 USD for a salad with no meat, no dressing? Basically $14 for plain lettuce? The staff here are very fast, efficient and friendly. I had a very nice frappuccino with matcha flavour. A little too sweet, but was nicely blended and I enjoyed the service and walking around looking at the expensive salads. Its a Hilton, thats whats expected I guess. Come here for a nice drink but have lunch elsewhere I recommend!

The Washington Hilton is a great place to stay and for conventions. Its in the heart of downtown DC.

Be prepared to be fleeced. Very expensive coffee / convenience store at the Washington Hilton. Starbucks is much cheaper option for coffee or snacks.

We love it so much weve travelled hours to arrive at this singular location in DC. Reminiscent of good times in California :)

Have latte ever so often.

Overpriced and low quality. I purchased a vanilla latte here and almost spit it out. I thought it would be a coffee shop -type latte but it tasted like something you would get at a 7-Eleven. It was pure sugar, couldnt even taste coffee. There had some salads and they were like $11.Also, why dont you have refills for CBTL coffee machines? If i went to a Keurig store I would expect there to be K-Cups there.Staff was friendly.

Delicious cafe drinks -- my partner loves the frozen hot chocolate -- but a bit more expensive than Id like to pay in a cafe setting.

The cream of crab soup is excellent! I get it everytime I visit!

Honestly they arent the best...they got my order wrong twice. And I asked for specifics and made it very clear what I wanted and still got it wrong. I would go again but I would make sure they know what they are doing

The staff arent terribly knowledgeable and the bagels often taste stale. The coffee was okay, but there were grounds in the drink as well.

A horrible experience with the cashier. He was very rude implying if I paid for the drink .
