Pretty chill vibes, not the usual pushy hype beast vibe which makes you uncomfortable and feel forced to buy something. They also have some cool unique options and prices that are not uncommon - meaning theyre not anything crazier than what youd expect considering the sneakers.

Sent me a stained item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the CS team with no reply.[I recognize that they are probably operating with a smaller team, but given other negative reviews, it seems that CS is poor even in the best circumstances]

Everything was just common, nothing unique really. Visually uninspiring, boring compared to many streetwear stores. And also the workers are there to chat among themselves. What’s the point of working for sales?? Chat at home lol

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website. After having issues of having my street name be considered valid on their website. I had issues when the delivery. UPS was unable to deliver the item and it was shipped back to them. After having very short-lived communication with a customer service rep about getting a refund. I lost all contact with the individual and would’ve never gotten my refund if I hadn’t paid through PayPal and put in a claim. Horrible service. Will never order from them again.

Dope ass spot with some really cool stuff. Tons of new and hyped sneaker releases were just chilling when I went in. The store is really dope and has a rustic vibe with old brick walls. Furnishings are new and very nice. Everything was well displayed and they had brands like pleasures, raised by wolves, reigning champ, a couple stone island pieces (some even on sale!) they had tons of coffee table books too and some small accessories like glasses, coffee mugs etc.

Worst customer service of all time. You will not get any type of decent customer service unless you personally know the employees of this store. Any good reviews on here are probably by employees themselves or friends of the employees. All they do is backdoor sales of exclusives and lie to customers they don’t know so that they don’t sell the shoes to people who aren’t personal friends. Don’t even bother. Their “raffles” are just a rigged system for them to pick and choose the people they know to “win” exclusive shoes

The most unprofessional and rude staff, definitely made me think twice about purchasing anything. They made the shopping experience highly uncomfortable and appeared bothered that we even came in. Maybe they’re upset because A Ma Maniere is around now.

The most disturbing and disgusting shopping experience ever. No one reminds you about no-return policy. And when i offered for exchange, the sales girl literally sniffed my never-worn-shoes and said “ew”. So disturbing. And I just dumped that brand new AJ into trash cans. DISGUSTING!

Everything about this store was terrible. I walked in to find a shoe for my boyfriend, because they dont sell womens shoes (another downer) and not one person greeted me or asked me for help. You also couldnt tell who worked there because there was no uniform so it was even harder to ask for help. The options were very slim and I have also heard they make you wait outside the store sometimes when they have people in the store. Overall my experience was not satisfactory and I ended up just going to Nike. Costumer service was great there.

A hour and half late after the release of the “Gym Red 11s” aka “Win Like 96” and my store UBIQ came through for me and supplied me with the LAST pair. Much love, I will remain loyal and rely on UBIQ

The employees look at you dead in your face and dont say anything. Theyre to busy talking with themselves rather then ask if you need any help or at least say hi. Ordered a shoe from this establishment online on 31 May via PayPal. Money was taken out and processed. On June 4th I sent an email inquiring about the shoe due to the order having no updated status. On June 5th after receiving no email I decided to call the store since I couldn’t find a customer service number. They gave me customer service number I contacted them and the lady informed me my order had been cancelled this morning due to an inventory error. I received no email replying to my inquiry, no cancellation email, no my money back. This shoe was also a special release meaning it’s no longer available. App she said was sorry. After holding my money for a week, telling me PayPal will take 1-3 days to receive it then saying the email should’ve been sent to me and there’s nothing she can do. Smdh worse customer service I’ve ever received. Only reason I gave one stars is because I had amazing service in store but I will never recommend this store again!!!!

Went on opening day and everybody was on point! Very nice individuals, manager was very friendly despite the mayhem he took the time to welcome us. Keep doin what you doin guys! Thanks for being customer service oriented unlike these other places, puts you above the rest. Will be coming back to do business.

Rarely have I ever received worse service than in Ubiq Georgetown. The employees act as if they are doing you a favor by interacting with you. I once stood in line for Jordans, I was the 8th person, and when I got in they didnt have my size. While I was in line I was chatting with the guys in front of me and no one wore my size, plus all but one were there to claim their off-whites. This leads me to believe that at this store they are cutting deals with people before the releases. Essentially they are hooking up their friends, or resellers for a price. Bad in store selection and bad attitudes are the only things that are in abundance at this store.

Solid collection of shoes and clothes. Only room for improvement is friendlier staff.
