After waiting 30min on the phone, I arrive at the Verizon store located at 1318 F Street NW and they have no idea of what Im talking about nor can they assist me like I was told. Reginald greeted me at the store and immediately showed a short temperament. Reginald is not customer oriented. After realizing that they cant assist me, I was told that I have to call customer service again and wait for another 20min +. This is quite a frustrating experience After simply taking Verizon up on an off from the Verizon offer up program. I immediately regret it
I went into the store to setup up service with Joseph on 4/20 and he was amazing!!! I got what I needed in and out in an efficient manner.
I went into the Verizon Store to upgrade my little android phone. I was assisted by Phil and Adan with buying a new Samsung A20. They were extremely helpful in giving me advice and honest opinions on newer phones like the A21 which they mentioned cost the same. I declined on the newer phone even though they were very transparent with me but what was important is that they didnt push me to buy something I didnt want. Very respectful and professional.
Adan is a lifesaver! He was able to get my iPhone unlocked when the Apple store couldn’t. He helped me reset my iPhone and recover my data the way it was before. He is an asset to Verizon and should be commended.

A young man named Young helped me, fixed the phone and sent me on my way. He was so polite, helpful and understanding, right before closing time at that! I love D.C and I love Verizon! I bought a phone from Adan At the Verizon store on F St. and 12th NW. DC. They seemed very nice and the store until my phone didn’t work which is an iPhone X 11X Pro Max. I turned on the existing update and it cycle for an hour and 10 minutes which is never happened since 2004 on any of my iPhones. I took the phone back to the Verizon store at that same location and Joseph was a rude he was behind the counter told me to be a $50 charge to swap out my phone but that they didn’t even have any more iPhone 11. Then I spoke to Antonio who would even help me because he said I offended him and I’m trying to still figure out how I offended him. I asked who are the manager who happened to be Charlie Kulu. I told him how rude Joseph and Antonio we’re.. Nobody would help me and I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes which shouldn’t happened because the phone was defective and they should’ve taken care of me first, According to Jenna at the corporate office at Verizon.Finally, a very nice lady at the same Verizon store named Judy turned my phone back on but I asked for a new phone because this phone is not working-correctly.Charlie, the manager said he would order me a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, but when I called the corporate office and spoke to Jenna she said there’s no order for a new phone for me so Charlie lied. It’s almost like they’re used car salesman but in a Verizon storeI asked for my trade-in to be given back to me so I can get out of my contract with Verizon because you have 14 days to do so. They didn’t know what happened to my phone they think it might’ve been sent back to the company but they’re not sure. Their attention to detail is horrendous. So now I’m stuck at Verizon for two years.
Most of us head to phone stores looking for fast, friendly, and efficient service. This DC Verizon store struggles to do that. Took a long time to solve minor problems, most of staff was apathetic throughout our interactions/noticeably apatethic during other customers interactions, and we were given the wrong iPhone model. However, Thomas and Steve (who we did not work with, but noticed) seemed very helpful and kind with the other customers!
I had excellent service today from Joesph ... very knowledgeable and helpful with my upgrade to the new iPhone . The whole store was great as well great customer service !!!! I truly appreciate it !! Fast service!!!!
Terrible service. Covered my bill with confusing credits and charges so it wasnt clear how much Ive actually paid and what my refunds were. One of the managers tried to sell me a $100 phone case that I didnt even want! They are scheming and sneaky and not clear about all of the random extra fees and charges. I think there are 2 good employees there but the managers are surely the weak links.
I absolutely love this store. VZW is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Every time I come in to this store I get exactly what I need. Even though I know what Im looking for the folks at this store take the time to make sure. They are quick, friendly, and are hands down absolutely the best. Thank you VZW, again, you come through when I needed you guys.
Got swindled at this store. They offered a tablet for free and I ended up paying $200 plus $40 per month for the line. After 2 hours on the phone with Verizon, the reduced the upfront payment and got to pay only $10/mo for a product I thought I was getting for free.

Went today and had to wait and wait and wait due to technical difficulties getting a legacy phone plan put on my new phone. my connector was broken, so there was going to be a problem switching my contacts until IRIS showed up. She got it done in 5 minutes and had several helpful suggestions to switch over my other information without using a chord. If you want to get things done, talk to her. Thanks IRIS, these stars are for you.
The staff here is very uninterested in helping. I had to return to the store multiple times for a problem they claimed couldnt be fixed even after calling Verizon to confirm that the fix was in the store. After asking for employee ID numbers to report to the corporate office they were suddenly able to resolve my issue. The entire experience was very off-putting. The manager is extremely irritable and unhelpful. I hope to never need their services in the future.

Horrible customer service. I went there for a few questions about my bill and the guy that helped me almost immediately got defensive when he couldnt actually answer my questions. He then told me it was my choice to stay with Verizon. I eventually had to ask him to print off my bills and I stood there and called the customer service hotline for Verizon to fix my problem while the employees offered no other assistance and talked about me within earshot. Dont waste your time, just call the customer service phone number instead.
Great location and impressive store. The staff here is very personable, and I like the associate who assisted me--he is awesome (Thomas). My 3-star rating is because overall (Thomas excepted) the staff was not as knowledgeable as I needed. I had to visit the store 3 times to have my phone activated. I have an old 4S, which was mis-identified as a 3G that does not take a SIM. So, I left the store without a SIM. I then went online by entering my model number into Google, I was able to identify that I have an iPhone 4S. I called immediately to apprise Verizon store staff, and asked if I needed to come back for a SIM card, but the associate I spoke with told me NO. The 4S doesnt take a SIM card. Thomas was out that day. Unable to activate service and having wasted my whole day, I called Verizons Customer Service (VCS) . VCS told me that my iPhone needs a SIM and thats why my phone would not activate. Not happy having to go back to the F Street store again. If you go there, ask for Thomas.

Lied to by salespeople. I was told that because Im due for an upgrade the phone fee is $20 off per month. Told this by multiple salespeople Friday evening and Saturday evening. When I went to check out, they tried to rush the process and claimed that they had no idea what I was talking about when I repeated their words back to them. Theres a difference between being a salesperson and lying to people. Just wasted my time driving here on a Saturday for no reason.

My SIM card was busted so I needed a replacement. I was in and out of the store is less than five minutes.
I went to this store to get a wireless modem for my laptop. I was told by the representative that its a month-2-month contract with no obligation. I asked several times and he smiled and told me not to worry. I was asked to pay 50$ for the wireless modem and sign the contract papers. It was my mistake not to read the contract line-by-line and trusting this person blindly. Since i was not using my wirelss modem last 6months, i decided to cancel it. when i called the verizon wireless, i found out that i had to pay 220$ extra for the contract. I tried to explain the customer service person, she said she will check with the store.Anyway, nothing happend, i paid extra 220$. Beware of this verizon and especially this store.
They have a nice variety eating places. I ended up getting pizza.
This is the worst place I have ever been in the USA store. People are very aggressive and they do not listen to your request.I waited almost 2 hours and none had been resolved here.
