Such a great appointment at Bliss Design Center! First impression when you walk in is just how organized the place is and our expectations of their samples was greatly exceeded! We were a few minutes early and our design associate was still wrapping up. But, that didn’t stop another associate from greeting us and starting the appointment. With so many choices to choose from for many areas of a home, it can be overwhelming. With Bliss Design Center, that is not the case. Our associates made the experience fun and easy and in no way was it overwhelming! Their feedback and design suggestions were professional and constructive. They really had our best interest in mind and listened to our needs and wants and we never felt pressured or were criticized for any design choices we did or didn’t make! It was such a fun appointment!

Great experience with Meghan at Bliss Design Center as we chose flooring, colors, tiles, etc., etc. for a new home. She provided a great combination of listening to our needs and ideas with adding just the right amount of her expertise and recommendations. ZERO STARS.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXTREMELY RUDE to my elderly parents after the sale was completed. Stay away from this place!Update after response below: This pertains to a warranty situation where my parents were told by owners that they would not help them. This ended with the owner leaving a profanity laden voicemail on my elderly father’s phone. I am absolutely horrified by how my parents have been treated and we are pursuing alternative solutions.

Ive been very impressed with the customer service, personalization and knowledge Ive experienced working with Bliss. Meghan is very talented and has been a pleasure to work with.
