I have had a new car itch since moving to DC. I was working with Lauren,Dylan, and Jack. Dylan and Jack were my technologists and Lauren was my coordinator. I’m assuming that’s their titles, but regardless it was a awesome experience dealing with them. I’m currently in the market for a performance model Y and they were extremely accommodating me with a test drive of the Y and 3! It’s extremely refreshing to walking into a car dealership and not get a cold shoulder just because you decided to wear sweatpants. Highly recommend coming here!

Just had the worst experience. I needed help with my application and wanted to know a little more about the model 3. Two of the employees left out when I came in and the one that was left never got off the phone so I had to wait around for the other employee to come back, which was about 15 minutes. Once she was there she basically told me to redo the application on my phone and awkwardly sat navigating on her computer as I struggled through. I ended up just leaving with no real assistance. TWO other people came in and got served immediately and had a completely different experience than myself. I will never go back to this location ever again. BLACK AND BROWN people proceed with caution.

What is wrong with this locations phone? Is the ringer at a decibel only heard by dogs? I had a very simple question about my car and tried every single option on the pre-recorded message trying to get through over the course of a few hours and seemingly every single one of them routed me towards someone who views picking up phone calls as optional and couldnt be bothered to do so a single time. I called enough times to comfortably rule out the possibility that they were simply busy at the time, so I can only conclude this was pure laziness or that they just did not care enough to answer. This was also the case for several other locations, both stores and service centers, which is mind boggling and simply appalling for a company who I just bought a car from for $60,000 to display such apathy towards providing even the most baseline level of customer service and support. Teslas are incredible, but the service is amongst the worst of any company I have ever experienced in my entire life. Get it together and pick up the phone.

The location was a mixed bag for me. I was straight up ignored for the first 45 minutes. The reps looked at me but didnt acknowledge me at all until they realized that I was not leaving. #CameWithAPurpose. Ultimately I test drove the vehicle and ordered it that day. Responsiveness from our rep, J., has been lackluster at best but to God be all the glory, we are getting it done! Count down to ownership.

Yesterday I called the DC location to schedule a test drive of the Y model. I spoke to Matt who was very professional and set me up to come in within a few hours. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff. Matt was still working with another customer (I arrived a few minutes early) and he asked Shaun (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) to take me to the car. This young man was cool, knowledgeable and professional! He answered my questions and provided directions on how to operate the vehicle. I was nervous because I had never driven an electric car before but he patiently explained everything that I needed to know!When I returned from test driving, Matt was ready, and we started the ordering process. In all of my car buying experiences, I have to say this was the fastest, and easiest experience ever! As Matt was entering my information, I would stop him if a question came to mind and he would stop and answer. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and satisfactorily answered my questions. He also walked me around to show me some of the accessories, specifically the charger and outlet options.In closing, I am a very observant person and appreciated how each customer was attended to as soon as the entered the store! I am happy that I chose this location, and can’t wait to take possession of my beautiful candy apple red Tesla🙌🏾🙌🏾

I made an appointment to test drive a car and had planned on putting in an order to purchase one today. When I arrived, I was told that they didn’t have any cars to test drive. I told him I had a confirmation email and he said if they don’t call it’s not confirmed. How is anyone supposed to know that? An emailed confirmation means you’re confirmed. Absolutely useless and wasted time when I could’ve gone to another location.

Great buying experience. The model y is my first tesla and I love it. Haste free car with zero maintenance other than brakes and tires. Will be selling my other car to order the truck.

I requested a callback last week about a Tesla I was interested in and was promptly contacted by Lauren. She was extremely helpful, and had no trouble answering my questions, as well as guiding me through the purchase and delivery processes. It was a pleasure working with her!

Bad service, uninformed, lazy staff. I scheduled a test drive. They didnt show me around the car, didnt even offer. They even incorrectly answered some really basic questions that I verified later.I scheduled a test drive and specifically wanted to test the self driving feature. It was disabled for my test drive... I told them when I got back, they seemed to not care.Also, they didnt check for an ID or a license before the test drive. Doesnt impact me, but really doesnt seem like the greatest corporate security let alone the danger someone can do.

Tesla makes great cars, can’t say enough about the company but the staff at the DC showroom was just rude. Employees are rude and very condescending. They were just huddled around their front desk chatting with each other and didn’t offer to walk us through the car they had on display so we were looking through the car blindly. Assuming because of our young appearance. There was one rep that was very thoroughly going through the details of the car with another customer, but we were never once offered that level of service. We later found out through their conversations that she was a reservation holder. Seems like the only way these reps will help is if they see $$$. No point of going to the store to learn about these cars unless you want to waste your time and be treated like you’re inferior. It’s better to just research on your own. Tesla makes awesome cars but their staff needs to learn the importance that great customer service plays in a business.

Uninformed and lazy staff. I knew a lot more about the vehicle than sales people. Asked about rebate programs and his answer was ‘’you should search the web and find out about that; I’m not too sure.’’ Ok, what were the required qualifications to hire you? Unbelievable. It’s managers job to train the staff and obviously they don’t care because it sells good

The cars were Beautiful!!! The representative Dylan was very knowledgeable and able to share information about the car we were interested in.

What an amazing experience. When you go for a visit or test drive as for Kameron, she is the best. She knows 100% of the information and she knows and showcases all of the cool features of the vehicle. This was truly an enjoyable experience, thanks Kameron.

The cars, the ambiance, the customer service. All A++. Stopped by today to discuss cars. Ended up taking a test drive and signing up for solar panels. If you are able to save the environment and save a little money while also driving a nice car why not?!

Its been a while since I stopped at this store, and Tyler and the other folks there were helpful and answered all my questions. I since bought a Model X and cant say enough good things about it... And the ones Tesla makes now get over 10% better mileage than mine, as Tesla is constantly improving their cars rather than waiting for a Model year to come around

I really like this Tesla showroom. The staff is very nice. They know everything about these electric cars and the Supercharger network. Their no pressure, educational approach is very refreshing. Nice to see in the nations capitol!

This was an extremely disappointing visit for my family, overall. The tesla itself was impressive, which is what matters, but with the late opening and rude, uninterested employees, we left feeling very let down and upset enough to leave a review:/An example of the rudeness was one of the two employees telling me, without looking up from his computer, that the restroom was not open to “just anyone from the public”, obviously not recognizing that we had been looking around for almost 30 minutes prior. I would hope that this establishment can improve from my review.

Great showroom. As of 11/2/17, they had no Tesla 3 in their fleet. Test drove a Tesla S here. Very prompt care and attention to visitors. If you are a Tesla geek, you will find that you might have more information than the staff here or have questions they may not know the answers to.

My advice: sign up for a test drive! You will no doubt be a believer after that. I hope my next car is a Tesla.

Great location to stop in and learn about Tesla. Staff is friendly and there to answer any questions you may have. Tesla showrooms dont work like other car dealerships. There is no sales pressure. The showrooms are more for education.

My Tesla Experience was Paramount! I was greeted with excellent Service and many of mu questions were answered. I am grateful to Jessica Liu for being knowledgeable about the Tesla S. I have requested a test drive, I have a super-hype attitude about the vehicle, it has a futuristic interior display and controls, fully upgradeable to suit future needs, a bit of a sticker shock, but in time all prices dive with supply and demand, I want to know more and satisfy my quest for Zero Emission vehicles.

They only have a model Y on display but that was my reason for going there to see the latest model

Bought a car here. Sales rep told me the range was 270. The range barely goes over 180 miles. Just awful, they’re not transparent about the product at all. Very attractive car that turns head but not very practical

Very personable staff. Nice to be able to interact with and sit in the models. Small corner showroom.

Marcus was fantastic! He had lots of knowledge about all of the Tesla offers, cars and solar panels and batteries as well.

I was just checking out the cars and I am sure they get hundreds of those types of people but the staff there barely acknowledged I was there. I would have stuck around and interacted more if the staff didnt act like I was in the way.

My mom has a model x and she pre ordered the 3 And the x is amazing, I love how the doors go up, not to mention she saved a lot of money since they dont use gas.

Best test drive of my life. Incredible vehicle. Rory did a fantastic job.

A car shopping experience that is futuristic

Tesla is THE car. Tesla employees were extremely helpful to a person they knew was not going to be a buyer at that moment.

Salemens treated me like I did not belong in the same room with them.

Definitely something to check out even if youre not in the market for a car, especially one this expensive. Great glimpse into the future of cars, especially with the Model 3 being announced

We went into the Tesla, DC showroom 6 days before Christmas and there were no cars to sit in, or drive. The one Tesla Model S was roped off and no one could go near it, touch it or sit in it. It had been sold days earlier and The sakes people would not let anyone near it. The showroom is big-- K street has a very high price per sq/foot rent. No cars to look at. We were directed to look online. No thanks, I need to sit in and get a feel for any car I purchase, especially a $100K car. If they cant keep a tester car or two in a showroom, perhaps they should save that High K street rent because 4 walls and no cars is bad business. It is not a smart move to have an high rent, empty showroom in DC, yet NOT have a Tesla charging station in DC.

Test drove both the S & X models. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff to help answer all of my questions. No sales pressure.
