Highly recommend Straatmann Toyota, especially for anyone out of state looking to buy a vehicle. Im thrilled that I was able to find find the exact truck I wanted for a fair price. My vehicle is in excellent condition, and the car buying process was quick and painless. The only fee the dealer charged, was $99 for administration; which Lauren was upfront about, and was explicitly included in the overall vehicle price.

My fiance and I went to Straatmann one Saturday about 30 minutes before they closed to just look at what they had, and we were approached by Nolyn. At first we were thinking great another pushy salesman. Well we couldnt have been more wrong. He was great at explaining our options and was pretty much the only reason we went back that next Tuesday. We came just to test drive the car i had my eye on and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lauren. She was amazing. We did our financing paperwork with Ken and he made the boring, hassle part of the process enjoyable and unforgetable! We werent even there for 3 hours from the moment we pulled into the parking lot till the moment we walked out with our 2021 Toyota Camry LE! I only went here for my Toyota to be repaired. I went in to have my airbag sensor recalibrated little did I know when they went in there they found out I had a deffective airbag. They made a terrible experience bearable considering the fact that I just bought my van and I was getting screwed over by the dealership where I got it from. Thankfully if it wasnt for them I wouldnt have even known to call the dealership and complain. Now I get my Toyota fixed by said dealership and if it wasnt for this dealership especially Mark Brumley I would be out of a $1000. The next time I need a car Im definitely going to this dealership.

I would give them no stars if I could. I live about 30 minutes from Washington. I took my car there to get worked on got all the way back home. They call me and say that bc I ran the wire for my subwoofers under my car that it wasnt safe to work on even after I told them it was in the car. I also asked if he would work on it if I unwired it but they made me come all the way back to get it. Wouldnt even let me leave the car there for the night. He said it was unsafe to work on even if I unhooked the system. Wich makes no sense to me. Definitely will not be recommending this place.

Always fast and easy to pick up parts. Today I purchased a gallon of Toyota Super Long Life Coolant. After draining and filling, I was a few ounces short. Went back thinking I was going to have to purchase another gallon, (as that is the only size available). When I told them I only needed a few ounces, they topped it off! Now that is service.

On a 1600 mile road trip and hit some debris on the road. Noticed that a plastic fairing was hanging low on my sienna and stopped in here. They popped everything back into place, did a quick inspection and sent me on my way. Friendly people and quick service.60,000 miles into this vehicle - the first New vehicle Ive ever purchased. We have purchased all our vehicles here for years. The sales staff is great. They are informative and in no ways pushy. They work hard to find what you want. The service department is beyond helpful. We drive past many other Toyota dealers to have our vehicles serviced here. We have tried much closer service departments and have always made the drive out to Washington for Straatmanns superior service. They have always been extremely helpful and honest. I like they make a point to get to know us by name. Mike, Jeff and especially Mark in the service department are always great to work with. I would highly recommend them!

They were very helpful with my many questions. I was talking with one of the mechanics and he was trying to help save me a huge amount of money. Unfortunately, I was still unable to make my check engine light go off, so I now have an appointment with them next week.

We purchased our Toyota Highlander last year and are very satisfied with our purchase. This is our second purchase from Straatmann and it was the same experience. Fair and painless. In and out in around 2 hours. To be fair, we did our homework before we went and knew where we wanted to be in pricing and options. We came back to Straatman after a 7 hour ordeal at another dealership in St. Peters and a snobby experience off Manchester. We will be back!

I had the blower motor resistor replaced and when I got the bill it was almost $100.00 LESS, yes, I said LESS than what I was quoted on the phone the day before. The service staff is very professional, courteous, and sensitive to my needs!

5 Stars all the way for Straatmann Toyota! The truck I wanted is rare and hard to find. Even though I was unwilling to compromise, Mike Ide never gave up on me. He kept looking till he found exactly what I wanted. Not only did Mike find my truck, Straatmanns even gave me an awesome deal on it!And if that wasnt enough, Ken Meyers got me financed at 1.9%! I cant say enough good things about the whole Straatmann Team. They totally hooked me up.

At first they seemed rather nice about working/adusting their charges. But they kept adjusting it up and down finally ending up with it being more expensive then they said it would be. This was bad enough but then I found out they performed a replacement of several brackets without my consent and charged me for it. I do not like this keep you guessing practice and was very put off by them illegally performing replacements.

Just another dealer who will go out of there way to lowball a trade in. Was insulted w their first offer. 3700 under what the trade w as worth, 2nd wasnt any better..

Im very unhappy with the service department at this particular dealership. I used to be a very frequent customer getting oil changes almost every other month. They were very rude and never helpful. I had an issue with my alarm going off randomly and they didnt offer any solutions and just said that it didnt go off for them. Since that incident, I have purchased a new car and decided not to purchase a Toyota because I didnt want to have to deal with this department.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would The experience I had there was absolutely awful I was lied to repeatedly Was completely stressed and a stressful situation They tried to charge me $600 for a shipping fee to bring the vehicle to their dealership went to the one in Saint Peters they do not charge you for that nor does any other dealership One of the salesman had absolutely no idea what they were doing It was such a bad experience We told them we wanted a v6 Camry and they tried to put us in a 4 cylinder without us knowing Again it was just an absolute awful experience will never go back here again If I was you Id go to papas in Saint Peters absolute wonderful place will bend over backwards for you

Very unhappy with the service department. They don’t listen to what the customer is requesting or bother to look up the service history. They forgot to check torque on the lug nuts and lost some of them, wheel was loose.

Great service and will go out of their way to get the car you want. Bought my 2014 Scion Tc from them.

The new building is terrible. They have a TV, but are only allowed to play fox news. I had a small child with me and the waiting room was empty. Once in the waiting room there are no tables for your drinks to even sit on. Half of the building seemed empty, like they ates building poor.

Vehicle was as described and got top dollar for trade in!

I bought a car from here and within 6 months of me having the car, which is only 5 years old, I have had electrical issues and transmission issues I only drove 10000 miles on it and I need to replace coolant lines, transmission lines, and the oil in the engine is leaking and countless electrical issues and I confronted them and all they said was basically you guys are screwed you bought this car you should have known what you were buying.
