We purchased a pre-owned GMC Sierra from Budd Baer. It was a smooth process from Eryk in sales explaining everything about the truck to Ray in finance getting us a better interest rate than we thought possible. Really nice people there.
I was scheduled to drop off my car and went to drop it off. When I got there 2 guys were helping a woman clean out an Acadia. I was waiting in the office with my keys. They seemed entertained and asked if I needed help, I explained I am here to drop off my car and gave them the spot number it was in. They told me I needed to get in the car and get in line. By that time other cars got in front of me. It was not a smooth process. Then I paid $120 to diagnose a problem that exists. A recent noise coming from the rear, the recommendation was that I change the rear gear differential fluid, which I routinely do and had done less then 5000 miles prior, and they didn’t suggest any other fixes. I would love to know what the diagnosis is. If I pay to see a doctor, I don’t leave without a diagnosis and if they don’t know what it is, they continue to troubleshoot

There wasnt any rush, they made sure we were happy with everything we looked at, and they answered all of our questions. On October 10th, 2021 I was looking at some trucks at Budd Baer that caught my eye.I have always wanted the GMC 6.2 liter Denali truck,I shot a message late on the 10th, of what I was looking for in a truck, this was Sunday night.Monday morning the 11th, actually 20 minutes after the dealership opened I got a text from Troy saying that the truck was available to look at, to stop in and check it out.I told him to let me know if it sales, because it was really the truck I wanted.It was honestly around 3:00 pm, when Troy had informed me that the Truck may be sold. He said to still stop in because they had other trucks available, and even sent pictures of what they had there!After that, I got a text from TJ, who has over 20 + years in car and truck sales… This guy was TOP NOTCH, we went there and looked at many trucks, then he showed me a Sierra that caught my eye, beautiful shape, low miles, and he worked with us to make a deal that I was comfortable with.We went and picked our truck up, and then had another Great experience, also from Dexter in the finance and warranty department.I have nothing but good things to say about the way we were treated from everyone there!I actually got the 5.3 Sierra, and I love this truck!Thank you ALL for your hard work, it is very much appreciated!
Great experience. We had some complications due to the global chip shortage but TJ was a great salesman and did everything in his power to make us happy and get the situation handled as quickly as possible. Customer service is a priority here and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Your site says you offer shuttle service but it doesn’t tell you that you have to physically request a pick up to get your car when done. I was assuming since I was shuttled to work someone would be picking me up. I was wrong. I had to quickly find a coworker that could bring me there before you closed at 5 or I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my car and find a ride home.
They are courteous and professional. The work is done well and in a timely manner. I appreciate the way they treat me.
Went up to a Washington Chevy to Pick up a New Suburban... however, during the test drive we saw the GMC Yukon Denali at Budd Baer Buick. Needless to say, We left the Chevy dealership, found a better dear for the Yukon at Budd Bear. The people were extremely friendly and personable. They made the whole process extremely satisfying.
Had a questionable experience in service my first trip around but overall not bad. 2nd time around recently was very good. I was promptly greeted with freidly porters and the service advisor was very friendly. They took care of my oil change in a timely fashion and rotated the tires. No issues here. Coming from the heavy side as a service manager I was pleased and I am not easily pleased.

I wanted to share my experience with purchasing my new 2021 GMC 2500HD with you all. I was told by my local dealer That I had to order a truck and none are available. Ordering a new truck would take 8 to 12 weeks. So I decided to go on GMC website and track down what I wanted within a 300 mile range. I was fortunate to find Budd Baer in Washington Pa. I spoke with Beth, confirmed the truck was still available. I sent photos of my trade, a very fair deal was made. She was not in on Saturday so Beth put me in touch with Walter the GM Sales Manager and Bob Sekora to arrange a visit. What a fantastic friendly dealership to work with. We ended up purchasing the truck and drove back to Ohio..easy peasy out of state transaction..I would so highly recommend them that when I’m ready to trade out of this truck I will be back..
I had my vehicle inspected, 2015 low millage 28,000 miles Encore. I went to pick it up and was given a list of filters, filter compartment and air filter that needed attention. extremely high priced filters That I decided to replace myself. I purchased these filters and when I went to install them, these filters were like brand new! So it makes me feel that the service Department was charging me for parts and labor I did not NEED! So I will go elsewhere!

My Buick had 110,000 miles on it. Just a few weeks ago, I had to replace an engine belt and on this 3/4 visit, i was given an estimate to replace the power steering pump for another $1200. Even with keeping up on regular maintenance I’ve had to put extra costs into the car for repairs. I very much liked the car (look & feel, ride, comfort, amenities) but i should be able to get more than 110,000 and 6 years from a $50k car.
We recently bought out our lease. They were very busy and we had to make several trips and had a long wait for the final paperwork. This is where our issue started as we were rushed thru signing. Although we made it abundantly clear prior to and at signing we wanted it titled in one name this did not happen. Many messages(unreturned) and over a month later we were told so sorry too late. If you want it changed you will need to contact the bank and pay any additional fees. Sorry nothing we can do. I will say we got a great rate but I am disappointed in the lack of response and service after even though we bought an extended warranty. We also should not have allowed ourselves to be rushed and checked the paperwork more closely. We were focused on the bank loan and warranty papers. This was a big disappointment in a previous stellar performance while in the lease. Guess don’t so much once they get their money.

I wasn’t happy at all. They gave me an appointment and then they told me I was there the wrong day but I was there when they told me to be. Then I was there because of a tire sensor gone bad but I never had any problems with that until they put new tires on but I got charged for the broken sensor which I think is complete bull.
I went in and got my inspection, fluid changes, filters, etc and everything was done right. My truck has been doing an idle regen for awhile now and no ones been able to fix it, so they did a manual regen to clear it out. Less than a week later its still doing the idle regen or else I wouldve given 5 stars. Everyone here communicates very well, Alyssa is awesome, Mike the service manager was very helpful and the diesel tech is very good and does his due diligence.
My AC was working intermittent and I had a valve that was leaking and needed replaced for the air conditioner. This was covered under my extended warranty. It should have only been $100 deductible, Due to the part malfunction I do not feel I should have paid for Evac and Recharge.

I had a car that had not be inspected since 2019. There was nothing wrong with the car mechanically. The computer system needed reset. I had taken it to 3 other mechanics in 2 yrs and I finally got it done at Budd Baer!! Super happy with the service and results!!
The experience was good, no issues, it just took a lot longer than what they told me was going to be an hour and it was almost two but I get it, everyone is short -staffed but they took care of it. I had a second key fob programmed to my car. Staff was very friendly. Waiting area is great. I have had no problems at all with this dealership.

My friend just leased a Mazda from here & is very pleased with the car & with the way he was treated.
They wasted my time by misleading me about the color of the vehicle I saw online on CarGurus. I saw the vehicle on Thursday evening and submitted a request I was interested. There was 1 picture showing a red vehicle but the picture was not of the actual vehicle. When Troy called me shortly thereafter, I was very specific about the color needed - the pure red color that Chevy offers, not burgundy, not off-red - he told me it was the right red and asked about scheduling an appointment. I originally scheduled the appointment for Saturday but was told if they sell the vehicle on Friday, they will call. So I re-arranged my schedule to go there on Friday afternoon. Salesman Carlo called to tell me he would be assisting and insisted I call when on my way because Fridays are very busy there. After a 1 hour drive, I found the dealership empty of customers. I became troubled when Carlo was trying to sell me on newer versions of the vehicle I came to see that were not red. After waiting for a while the vehicle appeared. It was not the true red, it was copper in color. I told them they had wasted my time. Carlo and the others with him did not apologize. They blamed it on their call center.

Customer service is the single most important asset any business can have. Max and TJ from the GMC dealership have exactly that. After visiting all the dealerships in Washington this was the only place that were completely customer service driven. They went out of their way to make certain I felt good about my purchase and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Bravo Budd Bear and bravo TJ and Max. I understand that the our truck buying experience was not the norm due to this pandemic, however, weve had multiple issues that could have and should have been easily resolved. Initially, we agreed to financial terms that they changed when signing papers. Made a special trip out to the dealership to resign papers with the terms we kind of agreed to, but still different and more of a monthly payment, and no one knew what was going on.After multiple calls, someone agreed to mail is the corrected terms. They sent corrected papers that took almost a week to get here (I just received them today).. We contacted the salesman in regards to the roof lights not working, he told us to push a button that we cant find, made ANOTHER special trip to the dealership and, with the salesman sitting right in the lobby on the phone, a kid told me no one could help me and basically told me to leave, even after I pointed to the salesman, named him by name, and suggested he could help. I have never been so dissatisfied in a dealership as I am right now. I know that if we bought this truck at Bowser, 8 people would have been trying to help us correct things and get everything to work properly.Third trip out and NOTHING resolved or fixed!!!
I came in for an oil change, and didnt realize that I also needed a state inspection. Both were done in a very short period of time and I was on my way. Its good to use the dealership where you purchased your car for service. They take good care of you.

We had our GMC Acadia in for service for a transmission issue. We live in the Ohio Valley so we took it to two other local dealers first due to our location. One mis-diagnosed the issue, the other took 3-4 weeks and never even diagnosed it. Once we brought it here the service team was friendly, helpful, and got our issue resolved quickly. They gave us a brand new loaner car as well. I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be looking here first for our next car.

I purchased a Buick Cascada here, which I absolutely love. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They sent the paperwork very fast which enabled me to get my title, registration and plates right away.
Had service don’t to vehicle, said it would be 30 min. It ended up being 2 1/2 hours. Not happy about that
