Love a great indie bookstore. This place has an interesting curated selection, charm & the staff are very helpful. It’s located in the wharf which is very cool to walk around day or night. Highly recommend- support local bookstores!

Visited on Sunday, Oct 17 a bit after 7pm. For some reason, an employee was sitting behind the front desk, loudly playing some random YouTube show. You could hear it through the entire bookstore and it ruined the atmosphere.

Great merchandise and books. Friendly staff. Great location. Too small to handle a large event. No bathrooms for customers. They are not able to currently validate your parking ticket which makes parking expensive here.

Very polite helpful staff who take time providing top notch customer service. The store is managing COVID-19 precautions better than anywhere else I’ve experienced so far. Thank you!Nice selection of new and relevant material in the children’s section. Great to see current events presented sensibly in kids’ terms.

Standard bookstore with fun knickknacks for sale alongside bestsellers and top new releases. I appreciate the wide variety of genres with the mixture of both emerging and established writers. I do wish there was more space to sit an enjoy a few pages. Im not sure what I was expecting exactly. I had hoped to be blown away by something fabulous, but instead I just found your average shop. It is kept nice and clean though.

Open every day of the week from 10am-10pm, this local bookstore is more than a place that sells books. It sells local crafts, toys, and other items. They also host author events throughout the month. The store itself is HUGE and sells any book you can imagine. If they dont have it, they can order it for you.

There are so many books to look at and choose from. Tucked away at the district wharf, this is a great place to come and find a new read (with all of the sections neatly marked) or find the perfect gift. There are other small items sold here that are so interesting to look at and fiddle with. If youre looking for a unique gift look no further!

This is a fantastic bookstore - something that’s missing nowadays. Their curated sections are worth your time. Their selection tends to focus around social justice, current events, US history, and DC history. I’m a sci-fi / fantasy nerd, and honestly their selection in those areas are reasonable. They are not a huge store so I don’t expect them to have everything. Also, they do have graphic novels hidden in the back area which is a treat! The staff is always friendly and helps when I’m looking for something. No bathroom.
