I came to FastSigns because I needed on oversized political poster made quickly. I expected it would take the better part of a day.The job took just under two hours from the time I walked into their warehouse.The poster was of exceptional quality and extremely effective. My one problem was self-made. It wouldn’t fit in my car. Antonio figured out a way to lash it to my roof with shrink tape around a large cardboard cover. Very clever.Political Washington runs on signs. I recommend these people because they helped me figure out my idea, made the poster in record time, and figured out an answer instead of politely giving me a shrug. I made an online quote for a hard plastic sign. After a quick phone call response and an offer for cheaper prices when buying more, I decided to get more. I accepted the online order, but did not notice it was corruplast?, which I never even mentioned I wanted. I used the signs because they arrived when I needed them and they looked great. I spent over $500 in products. After a satisfaction survey, I explained I did not get exactly what I wanted and they called to ask what they could do to fix it. I suggested making one or two of the signs in the material I originally wanted. They said they wouldn’t, but they would give me a 10% discount the next time I buy from them. I don’t think there will be a next time, though. They are real “fast signs” and deliver on time. It may not be what you want, though.

I didnt even use their services. I called on the recommendation of another printing company in Maryland, as I am in DC. My request was straight forward and though I explained what I needed the lady on the phone kept asking me questions with an attitude I couldnt understand! I finally got her to realize what I was saying/asking in the beginning. At this point I just told her she had horrible customer service and hung up. Never will I use them or recommend them. FYI this was a job that would have lead to additional jobs of the same nature.

I had a great experience with Fastsigns DC. I work for a hospital in DC and one of our satellite locations recently had a change in providers due to retirement of a physician. As we made changes to the office, we also needed to update the signage on the outside of the suite that we lease. After receiving the requirements from the management office where we lease space, I was also provided a quote by a company that they (the management company) referred. In researching our vendors, I noticed that Fastsigns is a preferred vendor for the hospital and wanted to maintain the relationship. After providing the specs to the rep assisting me, I was given a quote that was substantially higher than what I received from the management office. I then contacted Fastsigns and thanked them for their quote but advised that I received a lower quote and therefore would proceed with the other company. In an effort to remain a preferred vendor, Howard James (Fastsigns) contacted me and agreed to lower the quote to remain competitive and installed the sign within a couple of days of approval. The sign looks great! Thank you for your continued quality of service to our organization!

I had been using Fastsigns in New Carrollton as a provider, but found them to be unresponsive and difficult to work with. So, I had high hopes for the Fastsigns Rhode Island Ave location, when I called them to tell them of my issues with the other location and to ask whether they could handle my job. I was assured that they provided good customer service and that they valued their customers. The first few exchanges went well and I was pleased with Shaditas responsiveness, but it all went south from there. I provided our logo, along with detailed requirements, via email. I never received a reply to the email; I had to call the store to get confirmation of receipt. I was told that they were working on the project. Why they could not indicate that to me, is beyond me, and poor customer service. Once I finally received proofs, via email link, and indicated a change was required, I still got no indication as to whether my changes were noted or whether they, in fact, received my reply. I again called the store to ask whether they received the changes to the proofs. I called the store so many times that I actually committed their phone number to memory. Shadita never bothered to return any of my numerous calls. I was told several times that she was with customers and I was told that she was at lunch. A customer, in the store, is as much a customer on the phone and I expect to be treated to good service and responsiveness and follow-through.In the 11th hour, when I needed to leave the office and could not wait on them any longer, I finally told Shadita to send the proofs to my boss, so that we could have the signs in time for our event. It is unexceptionable for a business to operate this way.I will be looking to another company to provide signs in the future,
