Had new wheels put on at a great price. They were very professional and courteous.

Had them totally replace my steering system & new shocks. Truck drives great, received truck when promised and their price was very competitive! Good experience - would definitely recommend!

These guys do great work at reasonable prices. And theyre honest. I had agreed to a qoute on a job that was over $400. They called me back and told me they were able to fix the car for half the price i had already agreed to pay. There are still honest folks out there and eastside auto care falls squarely into that category.

Did good exhaust work on my 2014 ram sounds great

I have a 2003 Nissan 350z had inner and outter tie rod ends replaced and alignment done work was excellent and done in a few hours. Price was fair also. Would def recommend and will use them again.

Went in to have a TPMS sensor replaced fair price and got in before my appointment time very happy with there service.

They fixed an issue with my jeep that another auto repair shop was not able to. With a fair price as well. Will be returning here

Ive taken my high milage Sonata for repairs at Eastside twice since Ive recently moved to Washington. The guys in the shop have done a great job with diagnostics & repairs. Front desk is always attended, with helpful staff.A large, comfortable customer waiting area is located in the main office area.

We were passing through Southern Indiana when we started having car troubles 5 hours from home. First off, Eastside was the only shop in about 20 calls that would even look in their schedule to try and fit us in. When we wandered in to the shop, they spent a good amount of time looking at our car, test driving it, and then gave us an option for repair. When we decided to try to make it home, they did not charge us anything for their time. The employees were so kind and helpful. Thank you guys so much!

Had a great experience with East Side Auto. They gave me a quote for my service a few days ahead. Had no problem scheduling around my work schedule. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will continue to use this as my regular service location in the future.

Just moved here from Arizona. These guys at Eastside Auto took care of everything. Oil change, belts and even rotated and balanced my tires. They are honest, reliable and priced fairly. Will be coming back and do reccomend.

I have new wheel cylinders and brakes and drums put on the back of my car a new brakes and rotors put on the front of my car and a new master cylinder and I took it to these people to bleed the air out of the brake lines took it to them twice the second time they said a brake line busted imagine after pumping the brakes that hard that many times it probably did give up they charged me for the first 2 rounds and that didnt get it so I took it to him the third round and they told me they thought that was good as it got with a car thats got a brand new brake system so I got back a hold of them and told him maybe the new master cylinder might be defective and I would stand the price and put in another one on and ask what they would charge me to get rid of the air out of the system and they told me about $100 are they out of their minds thats four times taking it there on something that should have been done right the first time very disappointed mainly because I thought I found somebody I could trust since I posted this Ive talked to a few other people and one of them had exhaust put on his pickup and keep in mind it was a diesel they messed it all up and even put cherry bombs on it he had to take it somewhere else and fix what they have done I cant imagine expense o f that and they in no way shape or form wanted to make it right with him leaving him with a terrible expense when it was all them the other guy had a tie rod end put on a few months later it fell off thats incredibly dangerous and now I had to take my car back to another shop because when it was there I had them put a fuel filter on the fuel line has a rubber o-ring in it at the fuel filter has to go through they pulled it out with the old fuel filter and didnt put the oil ring back in I noticed my gas mileage wasnt as good as what it was supposed to be and I kept smelling gas I forgot to put that old ring back in and my car was spraying gas underneath from the line that goes to the fuel filter that they disconnected and put back together without the Oil ring letting the car spray gas everywhere Im putting this on here because its the truth and my car could have easily caught on fire maybe even blowed up Im very angry at him and very frightened by their work because what if you are not as lucky as me and caught it it could be your car that caught on fire blowed up they are a bunch of dangerous script please beware theyre mistakes could cost you your life I do not trust them and neither should you please beware and its never their fault and I was told if they knew I really wasnt done right but the people that was in charge what is all about the paperwork I will never be back I will never recommend then and my friends will never go there because I value their safety to much best of luck to all
