We had our check engine light come on in Escalante, UT while driving to Bryce Canyon. Our 2015 Sprinter had just gotten its 40K service in California so we were concerned. After chatting with our local shop they recommended getting to a reputable shop or dealership nearby.... We found this gem near Saint George, UT. Booked an appointment, provided them the codes we had, and stopped in. Keith and his staff were very professional and courteous. They scanned our system and found that this would be repaired with the recall currently underway. He charged us only for the time he spent scanning and evaluating. We could make it back to California and he recommended we get the recall done soon.After returning to California I got a text from Keith asking if we made it OK. WOW - I have never had follow up like this. I wish he was in our area, as Id take my vehicle to him!!! But we know we have a great on-the-road mechanic in southern UT now! Thank-you Keith! I needed a new transmission for a 2017 Maserati Ghibli and also needed some work on the radiator hose. The Vegas Maserati dealership was quoting me insane prices & Keith and his crew were able to do it all for less than half the price! And it runs great now! As a car collector, I take my cars to the best, and for my 1984 380 SL its Deutschland Autoverks.

Our Sprinter nearly broke down 10 miles out of St George. We called this shop and they told us to come in and they’d look at it. We arrived, popped the hood, and within 20 minutes they had fixed it and we were back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about Keith and the guys. If we lived closer, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Keith at Deutschland AutoWerks is not only a fair priced Mercedes mechanic, but he is also a wonderful person! My ex brought my ML350 to him while I was out of the country for business. He fixed multiple issues with the vehicle and even held the car at his shop until I was able to get back to town! Overall, its a awesome shop that is ran by a dying breed of people that genuinely care about you and your vehicle!

I purchased a pre-owned Porsche 996, long-distance, via the internet, through a dealer in St. George, UT and needed a qualified shop to perform a pre-purchase inspection on the car. Keith was very courteous and accommodating, working the inspection in to a somewhat tight timeline. The inspection was done well and to expectations and disclosed a handful of items requiring attention, which was important as I drove the car 1,500 mile back home. Keith, was not only honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. He is also has the best customer service I have ever seen in a mechanic shop. I am currently in Utah for work and my car needed to have its rear airbags suspension replaced. Not only did Keith and his team do a great job on my car he also took it to get washed. I have had my car work on by a few people, but no mechanic or shop has made me feel like money well spent. I wished I lived in St. George so I can have him be my permanent mechanic. These guys were great. Our MB Sprinter-based RV developed some nasty habits as we were passing thru St George. Had it towed here - Keith was able to diagnose the problem, order the part for next-day delivery, worked out a way for us to leave the RV there - the next day, he installed the part (a wheel motion sensor used for ABS, skid control, etc), took it for a test drive, gave us a reasonable bill, and sent us on our way. All in all, this was terrific.

Keith Levy is owner and master mechanic of Deutschland AutoWerks. Ive owned Mercedes Benz for over 40 years so have considerable experience with Benz repair shops. Dealerships do an and OK job, but nothing special and costly. Keith, on the other hand, is an exceptional mechanic, fair priced, and can diagnose accurately the first time. If you own a Benz you would be wise to call Keith for your next service.

Have to give a shout out to Deutschland Autowerks - Washington, UT and Keith Levy! Keith was fantastic to work with! I had some issues with my Mercedes and I got above and beyond. I had someone who wanted to buy my car and they actually took it to the Mercedes dealership here in St George and had it tested and inspected. It came back with the expected issues that I was already aware of. I took it to Deutschland and Keith gave me basically the same rundown when he looked it over. He was very friendly and kept me in the loop for all costs and troubleshooting. In the end he charged me around 20% less than what was quoted at Mercedes. It was funny cause I told the person that wanted to buy my car that I knew a great mechanic(Keith) who is certified Mercedes. But they kept saying, ya but this is Mercedes the dealership like it was a badge of assurance or something.
