Yesterday I watched their employees endangering others by not wearing masks or social distancing. They charged the customer in front of me approximately $146 for a replacement window. I asked simply for a 33 x 24 pane of glass uninstalled. They attempted to get $70 for a piece of glass. They are not worth the drive.

Dont waste your time or money. Were a small residential contractor and they have cost us so many headaches. The attitude of the staff is appalling. Ordered three small custom cut glass shelves, when picked up the first set they apologized because they werent pretty cuts, but the size wasnt even right. The shelves shattered snapped when placed in the cabinet because they were off in size by quarter inch. The woman that works there had the audacity to say well cutting those is too hard. Why would they take on the project if they cant actually do the work? Second set was off by half an inch! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. As a small, DC immigrant-owned small business we try to support the similar but this group is a piece of work.

On time polite got the job done quickly without rushing. Quinn is excellent. a window had to be pulled and brought to the shop for replacement glass. total price was not outrageous. will use again...

Prematurely posted a one star review, but upon leaving the business, the manager emerged to do her best to resolve my windshield problem.

This is a great business. Very accommodating to your specific sizes and types of glass. Very knowledgeable staff they follow through and get tou back to work!!

This place is amazing!!!I just got my windshield done on my car and it was done quick and fast. Called for an estimate and was scheduled 2 days later. I am so happy with the work that they have done on my vehicle and the establishment is very pleasant. The customer service was and the owner, Ms Thompson was very knowledgable.if you ever need any glass work done on your vehicle, home or business this is where I suggest you get it done. Prices are very reasonable.

I had called several companies to find a fix for a window with a mangled sash and broken glass. Several recommendations to replace window with a wait time of more than 3 weeks. One estimate topped $1000. Thompsons repaired the sash and replaced the glass in one day and at a fraction of the cost. Owner was straight forward and explained how she fixed it and how installation works. Will definitely use again whenever I have an issue with glass.

Not easy finding custom glass suppliers in DC proper. This establishment is easy to work with, can cut mirrors, glass and window replacement. You have to stop by to order but they are nice when you arrive and try to get things same day.

I was extremely happy to find a glass replacement company right in my neighborhood. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly.

Called for a quote for a table top project Im doing. The lady that answered the phone was so rude and seemed bothered by my questions and my asking her for a quote. Then she put me on hold for ten minutes for no reason. Based on that initial interaction they dont deserve my business.

Hire somebody who knows how to answer on that phone, instead of yelling at people !

They replaced the window in my home that was cracked and did it very nicely. They were fast, and they did a good job.

The lady on the phone was so rude. She immediately concluded that the re-gluing of a mirror had to be caused by water damage. Always interjecting scenarios that had nothing to do with their ability to re-glue a mirror on a wall. Horrible! I like to do business with my neighbors in DC and live just minutes away from their place of operation.. Not this one!
