I had my vehicle towed to Imperial Body Shop on 9/8/2021. When I came to pick it up, I saw Mr. Bryce. He politely asked me to wait 15 minutes and they will bring the truck around. After 15 minutes, He escorted me outside to show me my truck and I was amazed because it looked like a brand new truck. The detail work was better than going to a car wash because the wheels were shiny. I was very happy with the service. I love the staff: Ms. Patricia, Mr. John, Hector, and Bryce. They were very professional and they kept me informed about everything about the truck. Mr. Bryce assured me that I have a lifetime guarantee on the work. Imperial Auto Body DC did an amazing job on my car!!! It was damaged by large tree branches during a storm, and now it looks brand new. They were professional, courteous, and super efficient! It also took them less time to fix my car than expected.Their facility is also quite pristine and lovely. I was very impressed. I highly recommend!

I went to this place through my insurance company after a hit and run on my car in the middle of the night. I was so impressed by their thorough customer service and how detailed they were with my car. Amazing experience having cosmetic body work done with this shop (car was side-swiped). Every interaction with staff was courteous and professional. They returned my car in mint condition, even cleaning the interior without charge. When I asked if they could finish on a tight schedule because I was leaving town, they beat their own deadline by two days.Ive never had body work done and I was wary about going with any shop in my insurance-providers network (figured theyd be more inclined to cut corners). Imperial AB totally put those fears to bed. Would recommend to anyone.

Imperial Auto body did the greatest job in my 2020 Corolla, they paint 75 % of my entire car and it look perfect. The best of all that the job is warranty as long you own the car. For them to give you that warranty that tell you how professional they are. The customer service is great.

My boyfriend Robinson and I took our car to them and we loved their customer service reps and the quality of the work done on our vehicle. This place is amazing. I live in Massachusetts and if I had to drive back to Washington to get my car fixed with them again, I would. Hands down the best.

WARNING: this place tried to seriously rip me off!!!! I have no idea how they have gotten so many five stars unless people just dont check prices elsewhere. I almost never give a review here, but had to this time. I got the most minor ding on my aunts car on the back fender and wanted to fix it before giving it back to her. I was told it would cost me around $1300 and that it would require getting a whole new part and that it was impossible to bang out the ding because of the special material Subaru uses. That sounded weird to me. Why would Subaru use such a failing material on their bumper that couldnt be banged out? I asked several times if the guy was sure since the dent was so minor. I brought it to a second place where the guy said they could replace it new for $775, or that they could bang it out for $475. OK, much better. Then took it to a third place which said they could bang it out it for $275 with painting, which is around what I had expected, and a day later, its absolutely perfect looking without a trace of the ding. Not even a the slightest hint of anything (its almost too clean looking now so my aunt might get suspicious). So Imperial may normally might do a good job and be fair, but absolutely not in my case. I am still bewildered and disgusted by their brazenness of how much more they tried to upcharge me. Maybe it was just one employee who looked at my car who was clueless, but they should be ashamed.

When I explained the problem on the phone, he quoted me $1400. When I brought the car in, Bryce evaluated the car and said it wasnt as complicated as he had thought and charged me $200. I appreciate, so much, his honesty.

These guys have fixed my car (front and back end) three times now. The first time was through my insurance Two other jobs I paid for out of my own pocket because I want my car to be perfect. I have a new car, but somehow these guys make my car look better than when I bought it. They are professional, generous, and super quick with the repair, but they dont cut any corners. They will provide you with a detailed estimate and answer all of your questions. They are very professional. I am extremely particular about my car and every job has been perfect. Absolutely amazing experience. We were able to schedule an appointment directly through our insurance. Dropped the car off of Monday after someone hit our front door, we promptly received an estimate and timeframe, and had the car back by Thursday afternoon. The dents and scratches perfectly removed, car washed, and most importantly very little paperwork. They worked directly with insurance and the work is guaranteed. Would highly recommend!

I was unfortunately rear ended after just detailing my car. By recommendation from Range Rover Bethesda I had my Evoque repaired by Imperial Auto. Between Imperial and Geico I didn’t have a single worry. I picked my Evoque up today and it looked better than before the accident! I even received a quote on some upgrades. Imperial is by far the best body shop that I have ever been to. Not only is there work flawless and quick but there customer service is truly extraordinary. I brought in my Range Rover Autobiography after it was side swiped and now it looks better than new. The process took less than 4 days and it was actually quite affordable (a lot of labor and custom paint on a $140,000 car for less than $2000)Honestly, I’m blown away by how much care these guys put into my car. You can tell they’re true car people and love what they do. They’ve earned a customer for life and I will always refer my friends to their shop.

Great repair on our minivan

Joe is the best Ive experienced in service and taking care of any high end car. He went above and beyond for my Audi S5 by taking care of the car from any missed items or just in detailing the work needed on my car and sending me to Rockville. He asked that I come back to get a last minute detail on the car another time since it was raining, so I plan on following up. Id recommend if you are a detail oriented person and want to make sure you get great body work done, come here instead of the other places.

Some rude person (keeping this clean) drove past my parked car and broke the side mirror and scraped up my car. No note left. No attempt at letting us know their mistake, so we had no choice but to pay for the repair ourselves. Thankfully Imperial helped us out. Their work was amazing, replacing the side mirror and fixing 2-3 panels. The mechanic said the buff job did not look good enough and so he painted and color matched further to make it perfect. I super appreciated that little extra attention to detail. My car is so much shinier now and the price was completely reasonable. (I wish I didnt have this expense, but at least Imperial did great work.)

Busy place with friendly and attentive employees. Great paintwork and coordination with Progressive. Lifetime warranty. Did have an issue at pickup with the bumper not being in place/with a varying gap from side to side exposing some portion of the tabs that hold parts in place. After adjusting it twice it was explained that this is normal - however no other jaguar I’ve seen has this varying gap in the rear bumper. It was adjusted a bit but still not like new. I’d come back for paintwork, but maybe they are a little too busy to get everything perfect for everyone.

It took imperial only 5 days to repair a significant part of my vehicle. It looked brand new when I got it back. Couldn’t ask for more. Impeccable customer service, polite staff, reasonable prices, excellent all around.

I came from out of state and needed holes drilled in the front of my car for my front license plate. I brought the frame and screws for my plate, and they drilled the holes and attached my front license plate to my car for free. Extremely generous, and friendly service. I will go to them for my future car needs.

I would like to start by taking Alex out the question. Since he did his job explaining and helping.Now to the core. Sorry imperial but, this time the job done in my Infiniti Q50 was decent to mediocre. Such an expensive job to look like a semi pro shop did it. With the amount charged, I could have bought brand new oem parts, have them painted at another professional shop and, have the remaining fixed. I am still waiting for a call from Imperial. You guys were supposed to tell me if the bumper was going to be take care of a small porting which was not fixed. I am disappointed and not happy at all. Costumer advice, dont you ever tell a potential costumer “if you’re not going to have your car fix here at imperial, we are not doing an estimate”.

I have had quite a few, ahem, incidents in the last 4 years and this business has always done a great job with repair, is always professional and gets down when they say they will. They may not be there cheapest but the do good work!

Imperial Auto Body of DC has renewed my faith in auto repair - they have kind and professional staff that have a keen understanding of what you and your car need.Example: the situation I was in was not pleasant - usually, having to take your car in isnt the most pleasant situation. For me, my brave little Toyota Corolla was a dented, but drive-able, wreck that insurance was in a battle with another insurance company over who-was-going-to-pay-to-fix-it. For the time being, since I stupidly did not get collision insurance (oh, you better believe I have it now) the poor schmuck who would have to pay to fix my dented quarter panel would be me unless I wanted to wait until WMATAs insurance adjusters finally returned the phone calls of my insurance adjuster (which hasnt been happening). Joe gave me the bad news that the initial estimate (which I had asked for earlier based upon a superficial survey of the vehicle) was too low because the damage was too great: I could either spend $4k to fix the car or, as he recommended, trade it in for a new one. Now, Joe and Imperial Auto would earn nothing if I took the second option--which turned out to be the best for me, but he still recommended it, they still put my car back together, and had it ready for pick up the next day - I only wish I could find a way to repay their kindness and honesty (I hope this post helps).
