They refused to honor their own warranty they sold me with some lame excuse of uneven tread wear. They refused to honor the manufacturers Warranty even though the tires only had 11k miles when they blew. After I left a review about the terrible integrity of the staff in not honoring the companies warranties; somebody from the company wrote a review praising the warranties and gave it five stars. Imagine the coincidence! They proved themselves to be crooks in my book.

Set up an appointment and buy your tires if they dont have them in stock there shipped to the store before your appointment. I had a great experience and got quite a few rebates from online too

As always, theyre the best Tire company in the country. Ive been a customer of theirs for more than 50 years in a number of states. Ive never been disappointed. They deserve a 5.

They are almost always busy, I recommend making an appointment always or you will be waiting for a few hours. The tires are great and usually at a great price, but sometimes the techs arent on top of their game. They cross threaded my spare tire on the roof rack and it told me they werent responsible for it after the fact and couldnt get it off when I went back to have it fixed. (Ultimately I took it somewhere else where they were able to untorque it and put anti seize on it.)

Normally good but I had some wheel shaking and they said it was my suspension. Went to the dealer who balanced a bad tire. Problem solved. Youd think a tire place could fix a tire!

They will not Honor the Installation & life of tire MaintenanceAs it is printed on my receipt. Because the tires are now going to a different car. these tires have less then 1,000 miles on them and the car they were first installed on is dead!

Will not be buying my tires from there again! We had recites from previously tires from them the guy told me we never bought them there and all I wanted was to patch a hole would of paid and all that but acted like I expected it cause I was pregnant very rude and not willing to help and judge mental!!!! So I went to eagle tire instead they gave me 2 new tires for $75 and were so kind and understanding

The employees of this Discount Tire were swamped today. They had appointments all day plus quite a number of walk-ins. I was a walk in and needed tires today. They stayed late and took care of my needs. I really appreciate that extra effort. I also apologize to the employees on behalf of those customers who complained because they had to wait a few hours. I waited four hours and drove away happy.

I’ve used this Discount Tire for years. I have spent thousands of dollars here. My family has used them and in the past they have been great. As of late, this location has dropped the ball. I recently went in to get a simple balance and rotation and they told me it would be a 4 hour wait. I looked out the window to where bays are at and almost all the bats were available. I counted at least 5-6 guys out there. I told them that 4 hours was not going to work and I needed it done ASAP. They then told me I would have to schedule an appointment for a simple balance and rotation. I called Southern Utah Tire Mart and they got me in same day and within minutes of pulling into their shop. I’m not sure who is managing Discount Tire but making people wait 4 hours for a simple balance and rotation is not going to fly, especially when you have open bays and guys not doing a thing. Really disappointed.

Took my dodge dually in today. Got the tires rotated. The wheels are black and I asked them to make sure the black wheel was on the outside and not the inside. Got it back and the black wheel was on the inside. Drove to Costco and my brake light came on. Took it back and my break line was split. I just had all new brakes, lines, and rotors put in. They couldn’t help me and made it as it was not their fault! Now I’m at BIG O TIRES paying more to have their screw up fixed.

These guys are amazing!!!! Helped me patch my tire 10 min before they closed with no issues about time. They had customer after customer in after they closed and they helped them out. DO NOT ORDER YOUR TIRES ONLINE. They say it will save you time. Thats not possible since their system doesnt seem to be connected to inventory. The day after I ordered online, they called and said they were backordered and to pick different tires. So I did. This was 9/10. They say it will take 5-7 days to get them. I didnt get a call on 9/17 (7th day). I called today 9/21 and it turns out only one of my 2 tires showed up. They said they would get back to me. Well, its after closing and I did not receive a call. I have done business here for years.

I’ve been going to discount tire for years and have purchased tires from multiple different locations throughout the salt lake area. Recently moving to St George and needing new tires I go to discount without hesitation. I’m used to being greeted and having an employee go out to my car and check my tires. Instead the assistant senior manager tells me that everything is now done online and that’s where all the answers to my questions will be. I asked if he would pull up my car and suggest some tires that previous customers have been satisfied with. He seemed to be upset with this suggestion but went ahead and pulled it up and continued to tell me I can pull this info up myself and encouraged me to do so once again and didn’t recommend anything. I went in the following day hoping to get some better customer service and ended up getting the same unsatisfactory service. This location clearly doesn’t seem to care about the customer. I could go on and on with my unsatisfactory experience at this location about them refusing to credit my warrantied tires because “they have too much tread”, different tread opinions from different employees, etc. I recommend people to go anywhere else they possibly can.

Great techs who know what they are doing. They always fix my flats for free. It was time to upgrade the tires on my 2019 Grand Cherokee, so I gave them my business.. We upgraded to the Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws. They were super fast. I was in and out in an hour. Thanks guys. They even gave me a great quote for tires for my wrangler.

After waiting hours for our turn in the bay they got our 2 new tires installed. After we got the truck back we noticed the new tires were smaller. They had to pull it back in and put the new tires on. Now, you’d expect that they would put the spare back up underneath the truck... the guy tried but decided it was too difficult so he just threw it in the bed of the truck while I was watching him. I talked to a guy in the store and made him have the guy put the spare back where it belongs. After leaving I noticed that he had put it upside down so the tire wouldn’t snug up underneath the body so I had a tire dangling while I tooled on down the road. Hard to find good help these days I suppose...

Where do I start? Im on my 2nd full set of tires that I bought through Discount Tire, the quality and service was so amazing in CA that I bought my 2nd set at the St George location without concern. I have the warranty which requires regular maintenance through Discount, I live in Cedar and make special trips to St George just for the regular maintenance. I usually go on Saturdays but the wait time has become ridiculous! So I got off work early on a Wednesday and made the trip down and arrived 1.5 hours before they closed. The 1st question the rep asked was do you have an appointment? Per Google maps walk ins are welcome, which was my response. He replied they were behind schedule and he could make me an appointment for the following day, I told him I just drove 50+ miles and I need the service done today, he said I could wait, but they lock the doors at 6 and if it hasnt been serviced by then and we werent waiting in the lobby that the work wouldnt be done, so I was in a sense a hostage from that point. The lobby was packed and you could tell everyone was just as irritated as I was. After waiting 2 hours my car was done, rotation, inspection and repaired a tire with a nail in it. I go to leave and all my tires were at 32 pounds, I didnt think much of it until the low pressure light wouldnt turn off, apparently the tires need to be at 35 pounds post rotation otherwise the sensors dont realize theyve been rotated and the light wont go off (super convenient) so AFTER going to a tire professional I get to pay to fill my own tires, post service, thats required by their warranty. Ive never been so disappointed by a service and shop that Ive paid extra money for. I added a picture to confirm that the tires should have been at 35 MINIMUM.My advice to you*Make an appointment regardless of what their site says, walk ins are not welcome.*Bring activities as you will be there awhile.*Inspect all work thats done to insure it was done properly.*Dont be surprised when youre treated poorly because Discount doesnt seem to have any customer service post sale.

Ive been coming to this location for 10 years. Love it. The service is by far the best in all of Southern Utah. I would strongly recommend that you get an appointment due to them always being so busy. They are popular. Usually four new tires with an appointment will take about an hour. I never feel like they try to upsell me on anything or take advantage of my lack of tire knowledge. Always get the warranty with each tire. You wont regret it. I have had screws ruin a tire and I have had maybe 3 or 4 new tires over the years for almost free because or the warranty. Get it every time! Rotations are always free and they send you a text reminder when its time for a rotation. Again this is the best place to go for all your tire needs. Ive never had a bad experience. Keep being awesome!

Our Yukon definitely needed tires. I priced quite a few places in town, Discount Tire was the cheapest. They tend to be very busy, so I would recommend making an appointment for service.

They pressure you to replace your tpms sensor and charge you way more than the parts cost even though it takes them almost no time at all and then they dont even bother to reset them for you. Just take it to the dealer if you want new tpms sensors.

I also had paid for a tire warranty to cover a blow out tire. The rim that was broken had some significant road rash on it. They told me that I had to move my spare tire with a new rim to replace it. To make the move they were trying to force me to pay an additional $40 to move it. While doing that, the technician broke my back up camera cover that was near the wheel.I understand there was labor to move it, but it sure seems like a shady practice to force someone to pay $40 to accommodate what the warranty should cover. I asked if they would even meet me half way, and the employee was rude and unwilling to consider the situation any other way but his own.

HELP! We are from out of town and dropped our car off for a new tire. They said it would be done at 5. We called at 4 and said we couldn’t come until 5:30 and they SPECIFICALLY agreed to leave the keys in the car so we could pick it up after hours. We arrived and the car was unlocked with no keys inside!!! We need to leave town tomorrow and can’t access our car! This is so frustrating.

Discount is awesome. Dealt with Jerry and he was great, suggested options but didnt go against what I wanted to do. They got me in the next day and my car was ready a couple hours after I dropped it off. My car is my baby and they took good care of it. I also had plastidipped wheels and they held up pretty well, just a couple spots where is came off. A+

Ive generally had good experiences at many Discount Tire franchises, including this Discount Tire in Washington, Utah, when I purchased a complete set of four new tires for my Subaru in March 2020. Subsequently, one of the tires developed a slow leak that required adding air every two or three weeks. Finally, after getting yet another warning light about low air pressure, I returned to this same franchise and reported the problem. I got prompt attention when I entered the store, but then had two disagreeable experiences:1) When I tried to point out how it was unfair and not right for Discount Tire to require me to sign on their electronic pad my agreement to purchase the products, pay the fees, and authorize the service and repairs at the final costs specifically listed in this electronic invoice, when I could not view said electronic invoice the clerk at the counter next to me said in a voice loud enough to carry throughout the lobby, If you dont sign, we wont work on your car! There was no interest in or consideration for the point I thought was valid about requiring a customer to agree to something that they could not review. All I really wanted was for them to think about and acknowledge this abusive, albeit wide-spread practice.2) After waiting a full hour after the clerk took my keys and watching four customers who came into the store after me get served before me, I went in and asked if there was a problem. Maybe they were mad at me for not signing their form without a complaint? No, the clerk explained that the customers who had appointments were being served first. Oh, I said, If you had told me in the beginning that I would have to wait an hour or more before you could even look at my problem, I would not have stuck around. I took my keys and left.

Excellent fast service. No nonsense trying to sell extras. Just have to see people in line every morning to know they are best in town.

Well, after having an appointment scheduled online for 8 a.m. Saturday I found myself standing in line for a half hour before someone could talk to me about putting on set of tires I bought from them. Spent an hour and a half all told. Their appointment system needs work.

Our first 2 experiences here were great. We have come 3 times subsequently and probably wont return again. The customer service reps the past few times have acted like we were putting them out. I would rather go to my local guy even if I have to pay more.

I have worked in the same industry for nearly 30 years so I am familiar with what they do. The amount of people working there shocked me! There was plenty and they were very helpful, especially the young man that worked on my car. Very knowledgeable and polite! Busy place but they looked fully capable of keeping up. The balanced my wheels and I was good to go. Problem fixed! thank you!

Usually my experience here is good, have in the past taken all of my vehicles here. However today my son took his care there because the tires purchased there failed. It failed. The tire failed. And somehow this was his fault and they would not stand by their product. Cost me money to fix their failed product. Looks like I have to find a new tire shop.

I called this morning asking for an appointment during next week where I could come in and out within an hour. Darren (I don’t really remember his name, sounded like Darren) told me on the phone that he would go ahead and check me in and to come in an hour, then I would only wait 30 minutes. I thanked him, waited the hour at home with my toddler and then came in. As soon as I came in, I said I was here and Darren told me “it’s going to be about another hour and 45 minutes” I asked if I could come back and do some errands and the guy told me “your kid will be fine, you got her food and a book”. I waited about an hour and asked how much longer, I was then told 2-3 more hours. So I called and was picked up. Legit within 20 minutes of me leaving they tell me my car is ready. Such an inconvenience for me, my toddler, and the person who picked me up.I get my car, as soon as I pulled out of the parking spot I heard a thunking and the tire pressure light was on in my car. I then pulled up to the entrance, walked in and asked what did they do to my tires. That guy was nice- he did not tell me his name- he came out and legit told me that I had probably ran over a nail and caused the problem. I told him all I did was drive from one spot to another, so if they have nails in their parking lot, they need to clean the lot so this does not happen. I don’t know how they managed to do it, but they flattened my tire and tried to make it seem as though I did it within driving like 5ft in their parking lot.Luckily they fixed everything, but so mad at their customer service. I wanted to come in at a good time, that worker on the phone told me I would be because he checked me in early. Total BS, we moved here from Georgia, the one in Buford is WAY better than this one.

Made an appointment for 9:00 am to get 4 new tires. My car was on the rack by 9:10 and finished by 9:50. The drive home was awesome. Perfectly balanced and a nice smooth ride. Very friendly service and great crew.

Easy online appointment scheduling for routine balance and rotation.. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Explanation of how tires were rebalanced was given and out the door. While waiting watched staff clean windows and surfaces. Never an issue at this store.

I made an appointment there for a Saturday. When I got there, DT was slammed. I didn’t think there was any way they would finish my tires same day. I was about fifth in line and thought I’d stand in line for an hour. Let me say, I was in line maybe five minutes before being helped. The service attendant told me it would take about an hour, which really surprised me. They texted me about 30 minutes later and were done. I’m not kidding when I say efficient. Every employee there was working hard to get things done. I’m extremely impressed!

I went and had to get my two front tires replaced. I worked with Tyrel and he was SO SO helpful! He saw that I was a mom with young kids and went the extra mile to ensure that it was an enjoyable experience for everyone. He brought out coloring supplies for my kids, quickly had my tires fixed and then when it was time to go he had the other employees bring my car right up to the door so I wouldn’t have to navigate my small children through the parking lot. I was so grateful for his extra effort and help. I definitely would recommend Discount Tire!

I got a flat tire over the weekend. Took the SUV in with the spare tire mounted on the rear drivers side and the flat tire/rim in the cargo area. Rather than placing the spare tire back into its mounting rack they put it in a bag and placed it in the interior cargo space. I didnt notice until I was almost home and Im disappointed that now Im going to have to spend the time and effort to place the spare tire into the mount beneath the vehicle myself. It was a very quiet day at the store when I was there so time shouldnt have been a factor.

I have used the Washington, UT discount tire location for five years now and have always received excellent service. Mitch has always gone above and beyond when helping with the purchase of new tires and/or servicing problems with existing tires. A common complaint is that they are busy, but any shop that is good is going to be. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

We love discount tire! I put 4 new tires on my car through them about a year ago and bought the insurance. Then I had bad luck running over nails on the road TWICE in the next six months where they couldn’t fix it and had to replace my tire. They honored my insurance policy both times and my tires that I bought work fantastically on my car. Their customer service is awesome and their tires are great prices for good tires 🙂

Brought the vehicle in one week, they said they couldnt find anything wrong. Vehicle kept alerting me that tires were low. Took it back in the following week and now they say all 4 tires need replacing. One week shouldnt make that big of a difference.

After nearly an hour of waiting for the tires to be installed I was told there was a defective tire in their inventory and would have to wait 3 days for a replacementVery poor attempt at an apology, just repeatedly told there was human error and it was not their fault. I have purchased my last set of tires from these guys. My last couple of rotations have been two hours. If you want a place that treats you like your time had no value, this is your place

Indicator light for low tire was on they said they would check all air in tires and reset. The mechanic had no clue what he was doing on resetting. Its a $80,000 dollar car. I have no sound system, no phone numbers, no address, wiped out so much of my settings and system. Talked to Brandon I go in tomorrow I most certainly know a tire store dont know the system. Im sure they will provide the correct expert to be sent to fix it back to original. I cleaned up the things he took from my glove box it was in disarray on the front seat. It done seem like all the car books are in it. Im very unhappy right now.
