From towing my car, that got hit by another driver in an accident, and reordering the right parts to get delivered, Her and the team got my car fixed up right in the nick of time before I had to leave to go out of the country! They spent three weeks working on my car, and and were so honest and supportive in taking care of me so that I was safe on the road again!Would 100% recommend them!

The Best repair service in the entire US. Lili and Kareem are great. Extremely professional and courteous. I was leaving out of the country and they accommodated my hectic schedule--from negotiating with the insurance to ordering parts to transporting back and forth from rental agencies. I am highly recommending this place to anyone victimized by the crazy generation of hit-and-run bad drivers floating around.

I am totally amazed with the results of the repairs on my vehicle. Along with the extremely helpful and friendly staff members at Metro Motor Collision.Havent seen my car so clean since I bought it. The detailing is unbelievable!

When I had an accident and needed immediate help, I called Metro Motor and they took all my problems away with getting my car towed and fixed. Karim and the office ladies were so helpful and greatly reduced my stress level. Without a doubt, if you had an accident and need honest and professional help, they will definitely take care of you!

If I could give a negative I would. This is probably the first review that I have posted in my life, but I had to write this to let future customers know what this business is about. I feel like a company/workers can have a bad day and mess up with an honest mistake but this company or I should say this particular location (every location is independently owned) is the shadiest bunch of people I have come across, from the supervisor to her son.So do yourself a favor and stay away from these people, even the reviews here are not real. If you scroll down you’ll see a review by someone call Joshua Kim...well, he actually works at the shop, better yet his mom is the manager there. You’ll be quoted something and then will start the cycle of infinite add-ons, they will try to add on items that are not damaged to your quote and when you call them out on it, they’ll refused to adjust it and pressure you by asking to either get your car fix based on the bogus quote or pay an astronomical storage fee. Again be very aware of who you are dealing with, just check they records with DCRA and the civilian court system, you will see how many lawsuits they have received from customers and even former employees.

Serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. Washed and detailed my car free of charge. Couldnt have asked for more, great customer service!

Got into an accident and they were hands down the nicest people I had to deal with this week. Were very accommodating during a stressful time and willing to work with me to assist me with the estimate process and discuss my options with me. Would recommend them to anybody.

They did amazing job on my car

You will get a 200 dollar cheaper quote but when you pay to tow there. Youre grabbed by injured toe and your quote all of a sudden is doubled because they didnt look deeper into the damage you pay full price for the job but you get about 70% work done. My hood does not line up and they finally fixed it which looks the same in the process my front bumper paint is cracking. (This is 2 months after the initial work)Pay the extra couple hundred and go else where please.

This place a hack...owner will fix your car cheapest way possible..dont care if your family have to ride in it as long as he save money ...insurance company pays for repair materials..he pocket the money and hack up the repairs..can someone say insurances freud...
