Just wanted to relay that Roman did a great job at the university yesterday. He took the time fully understand the configuration and made sure that everything was up and running before he left. He is very pleasant to work with and even answered a few other questions that we had outside of the job. CommLink gave us a fast turn around on our issues and did an outstanding job.

Hello, Roman Genkin was here today, and was able to diagnose that the line for the phone was likely dead. He ran many tests, and the a/v equipment Biamp and video system itself seems to be working well. I submitted a request with the Bank to get the phone line re-activated. If we still have issues with the phone after it has been activated, we would love to have Roman back.
