I called on Saturday and spoke with a representative to place my Birthday Balloons order. The Balloons were pretty expensive...I had ordered balloons on Tuesday for delivery; these I was picking up. When I got there, I found that the young lady had placed my order incorrectly...hence why it was so expensive. While disappointed, because I thought I was pretty clear about what I wanted, I brought the balloons to my office. Today, I return to the office to find ALL of the latex balloons deflated, laying on the chair! It has been just 24 hours since I purchased these balloons--I would expect that these would stay inflated for at least a couple to few days. I am very disappointed...as these are a gift for someone who had a terrible actual birthday and I was trying to brighten his spirits--I dont think deflated balloons will do the trick! He is coming to my office on Tuesday to pick up these sad little balloons. I guess I will have our receptionist cut off the latex balloons and HOPEFULLY the Mylar balloons will still be inflated. Not what I would expect from Caruso.

Blossoms are new, delightful, and very reasonable. Ive requested a few times from them and they have never baffled me. Consistent web-based exchange and it was followed through around the same time. I totally cherished how quick the conveyance was and the flower bundles looked astounding. I would arrange from them once more!

The roses and flower bundles that I requested from this bloom shop yesterday were truly quite reasonable. Truly made my arrangements go a great deal smoother than I envisioned, didnt need to go through such a lot of problem. I unequivocally prescribe them assuming you need to fulfill somebody. Ill arrange here again that is without a doubt.

Ive used Carusos since 1976. Even used them for my wedding in 1996. Just used them the other day to send a bunch of yellow roses to a friend that was turning 55. I know she has a cat, so I said the flowers were for the putty tat. Anyway, she called gushing about their beauty. Carusos has NEVER let me down. Love this place.

This florist is AWFUL and does NOT give you what you pay for. I paid over $110 for a beautiful ride arrangement on their website, and they delivered an arrangement that looked like it came from Safeway for $9.99. I tried to reach them about it, and they totally ignored me. They shouldn’t even be in business, and I’ll be complaint to the Better Business Bureau about them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FROM THEM. You can get better floral arrangements and better customer service from your local supermarket. Stay away!Added 18 October: I have screenshots of all the emails I have sent that have gone unanswered. My fiancé sent me a flower and chocolate from this store, but I asked him to stop ordering any thing from them. The flowers look bad and the chocolate too, as the first expression for the service is zero even they replaced the order with something new later

Received flowers from this florist because my beloved pet passed. The flowers didnt last and when I called them, the manager, was insensitive and said I needed to call within 72 hours of delivery. I called on the 6th day. When youre grieving the last thing youre thinking about is calling a florist about bad flowers. Shame on Caruso Florist! Im sure the sender paid for good flowers not ones on their way out.

I receive a bouquet yesterday for my birthday and when I sent a picture of the bouquet to my niece, she told me that it was not the bouquet she saw online. The vase was the color, (off white) when it looked like a pumpkin in the picture.Overall, a bouquet that was not..... pleasant to look at.Disappointing!!!

Ordered the flowers in the first photo. Received the ones in the second photo. When I complained to the owner, he blamed fromyouflowers.com. and ignored my request for a new one. Last I ever knew the florist is responsible for poor quality, and this arrangement was of extremely poor quality. I would NEVER use this florist again. I visited the Twilight Zone today... I would say about my experience that it was a joke, but it wasnt funny at all to pay 100$ for such a mess. Ive read a few reviews - unfortunately after my purchase - where the owner describes the employees as world-class designers, but Ive never seen anything like this in my entire life before. I walked into the shop, and ordered a dozen roses. I even asked my world-class designer to make a nice bouquet out of it. After that, he, the designer took the roses out of the pot, threw two greeneries and one more decorative element on the side, and immediately, without any arrangement or tying it together, started wrapping it around with a paper. I asked him if this is his idea of an organized bouquet, and to please do something with it, but he just wanted to cut the stems. I was told to pay before it was ready, and being in a rush, I didnt want to start an argument, so back in my office later, I rearranged it myself. I should have gone to a grocery store in order to save about 70$ and make it decorative. Disgusted.

I ordered a sympathy standing spray on a Saturday for a funeral service in Washington, DC on Monday. Given the ongoing pandemic I was concerned that the flower delivery would not arrive on time.When I arrived at the service I saw that it had not only been delivered on time, but the flowers were lush and vibrant and the arrangement was lovely. Very pleased with Carusos service and would recommend them highly!

I ordered a Goodness and Light bouquet for my wifes birthday. It was prepared and ready on time, and was a nice large arrangement, both of which I very much appreciated. The service was prompt and attentive. Its winter, which can change the flower options; however, I wasnt wild about the substitutions. I specifically chose a bouquet at the premium level that would be filled with color without lilies because my wife is rather scent-sensitive and is always concerned about stains from the pollen. Instead, the bouquet relied heavily on lilies, most of which were closed, and some flowers that were green-tinged, so the entire arrangement seemed sparse and lacked color. The vase was a more traditional heavy glass vase rather than the clear cylinder shown in the photo example. It is pretty and Im sure will be very nice in a day or two, but it diverged from the photo more than I would have expected.Ive got to give thanks and recognition to the outstanding repsponse from Caruso to my original review. Well done, and in the end my wife was pleased with the bouquet. Thank you for the attention and service. Ill be back.

We live outside of Philadelphia and I ordered flowers for a friend’s Mother who was 100 years old. CECE called from Caruso’s to report the driver said the house was boarded up! She had two drivers check the address and it was confirmed. We were not getting answers on our friend’s phone. I called the Washington DC police for a wellness check and discovered our friend and his mother were taken to the hospital on Tuesday and the police determined the house was unsafe. I found our friend’s mother at Washington Hospital but no finding of her son. I called Caruso and again spoke to CeCe and she was so so kind and caring she assured me the flowers and Candy would be delivered to the hospital!! I said I would be glad to pay an additional delivery charge and CeCe generously said absolutely not. Now I know why Caruso Florist is the best in Washington DC!

Im in Los Angeles and needed to send flowers to a teammate in Washington to congratulate her on a win. Caruso was recommended by a friend in DC. The flowers were gorgeous and my teammate was so impressed, she even showed them off on our zoom meeting. Timely delivery during a busy time in DC. Will definitely use them again.

First google review ever because I am so irate. I spent 75+ dollars on a something that looks thrown together last minute. First, I asked for no Lilys of any kind because I have a cat. There were Lilys - they were removed infront of me and then not replaced with anything. Less flowers, money down the drain. Number two, I said my partner loves pink roses and to center it around pink roses. There are two pink roses in the entire bouquet. The majority of the bouquet is green leaves. I wanted to support my neighborhood shop but that wont happen again. Very upset - this anniversary gift isnt so special

I ordered flowers fro mothers day. Was told it would be delivered on on the afternoon of mothers day. Instead was delivered at 9pm and came wilted and highly unprofessional arrangement. Called in was told I would get a call back, which didnt happen. Called back again to speak to the manger and he or she did not want to come to the phone despite many years of support that Ive shown to the business. Taking my talents to Lees flowers from now on.

Not only are the arrangements fresh and stunning, but they last for over a week! In addition to the beautiful quality of the flowers, the ease of ordering and communication about the delivery process makes ordering flowers seamless. Especially with the pandemic and people not leaving the homes and checking mail as often, it is helpful to be alerted via email when a delivery has been made so the recipient can be made aware of it.

Poor Quality and Wilted flowers deliveredAgainst by better judgement I skipped the usual Urbanstems delivery to try and support a local florist. I ordered a basket and grand arrangement via proflowers, I have ordered from third parties before, never have I encountered this issue before.I expect to received what I ordered no exception.The arrangements on both orders where not what I ordered and the vase was not what was shown. I spent well over $200 dollars and I and extremely disappointed. I am a business owner and this is certainly not how one conducts business. I spoke with Sue, Who never apologized she just suggested that I call back the next day. since they were closed already .please save your money and frustration.I am still awaiting a resolution .

My husband sent me flowers for a work anniversary. It was a lovely surprise but it was not even an arrangement: just 6 poor quality Tulips and a few Alstroemeria, no bow, plain vase (see photo of Tulips just 2 days after delivery). My husband didn’t even notice the flowers when I placed them on the dining room table because he thought I’d grabbed some old flowers from the grocery store! He’s so disappointed the flowers were such a flop but I’m grateful to him for the lovely gesture. We won’t be using this florist again.

Needed a single balloon for a surprise valentine message. The staff was quick to help with paper, assorted pens, and (of course) a helium filled balloon. Finding quality service and goods in D.C. is always a struggle so stumbling across this great little store made my day. I would highly recommend them for all your flower or gift needs! They had a lot of beautiful arrangements to choose from or custom options if you need that too!

DISGUSTINGLY TERRIBLE!!! Truly disappointed with this florist. My Husband ordered me a surprise and was told it would be delivered to my job 8/13/19 before 3pm.A young female called me earlier in the day asking had I gotten my order, stating the driver just told her he delivered it. That was NOT the case and did NOT receive ANYTHING.She said she was going to call him and get back with me. An hour went by no phone call, I decided to call them instead. At that time the story had changed to “oh he (driver) hasn’t been answering the phone all day”. I was absolutely confused, then she says let me try him again. Again did NOT call me back.I placed another call to them & I let her know another hour went by and still No delivery. To which she rudely replied “ well he’s not answering the phone so I don’t know what to tell you” I was completely shocked & at that moment realized this place didn’t deserve my husbands money.I called my husband and asked him to get a refund. When he called he was told a refund wasn’t necessary, that it was Just delivered. Again another LIE! Security confirmed NO delivery was made or attempted. At this time it’s literally 4:55 & I’m still getting the run around.Finally spoke to the “manager” he said he needed to see what the problem is and give me a call back. Call never happened. Totally been robbed

I placed an order through Teleflora and was disappointed. I ordered a Premium Timeless Cheer Bouquet - and what I received looked like a standard. Not to mention, there were no white alstroemerias, white cushion chrysanthemums, variegated holly, flat cedar, silver lemon leaf, nor frosted pinecones. For the amount I paid to get a premium I expected to receive a premium.

Called to place an order... told them to hold off on finishing as I had to confirm that I had the right address. They processed payment anyway and now i have to dispute the charge with the bank. Thats a couple hundred dollars of my money tied up for 2-4 weeks!!! They never answer their phone. I called several times before they were supposed to close for the day and no one ever answered. They must lose a lot of business not answering calls. Never shopping here again!!!!!!!!
