ADT updated our security system. They arrived promptly at the appointment time. The Technician was very efficient, knowledgeable, & very professional. He installed all the equipment & instructed us on how to use the system. He answered all our questions & concerns!! We are very satisfied!! We will highly recommend ADT services to our family & friends.

Whole process of getting alarm system that was tailored to my house was smooth. Technician that came out was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Camera quality very clear. Highly recommend!

I definitely learn from my mistakes after one of my neighbors suffer a break in while she wasnt home I decided to move quickly and protect my home I called ADT SECURITY SERVICES i wanted more information in regards a promotion i see every week on the Sunday paper stating they offer all the system and equipment free the assistant on the phone says yes that promotion is only $27.99 I said yes thats exactly what Im looking for she took in advance my installation fee ($100) and she said Ill get a prepaid Visa with 100$ back no problem make the appointment 2 weeks after the payment(that was the soonest they had) the technician comes to my house to tell me that promotion is no longer valid they dont even offer the same equipment anymore everything is digital and the promotion expired months ago, he then asked if I still want him to do the installation but the price will be $60 not $27.99 so I had to decline to that offer since I was lied to and it was not what I agreed to pay from the beginning can you say FALSE ADVERTISEMENT very aggravated about the situation but I was at work and couldnt call to complain about it never again thanks ADT Im pretty sure I will still see the advertisement in the Sunday paper

Shows up and lies about price of service they didnt even install the system and already charged me multiple times for a system i dont even own

Do not sign a contract with this company.They told me lies about their products and services and I signed the contract based off those lies. The company is flawed and dishonest from top to bottom
