My husband had his truck repaired there a few years ago so referred them to me. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Secretary was very helpful and knowledgeable and Mike was pleasant and helpful. Their work was fantastic, my car looks great! The work was done very timely and the whole process was smooth. I would highly recommend them.

I stopped in with a pretty badly damaged bumper and was promptly met with a very nice gentleman who assured me he could try to heat it up and get the dent out. After a short time they brought out the car and it was almost good as new. When Offered to pay they said it was a small job and no money needed. I had some work done several years ago after my mom used my car and was hit.I was never happy with the insulation added to the passenger door side so I asked them to add more insulation and they did.It seems there work is guaranteed for the life you own the car. I like that...

My husband and I have been going to this place for a few years now, for different cosmetic repairs-- from the occasional fender bender to damage from tree branches. They always do a really good quality job. My last service with them was for a car door replacement around March, after one of my back doors sustained damage at a parking lot. As always, they made the process easy from managing paperwork, scheduling, all the way to scheduling car rental. However, a few things were overlooked in this last job which, when called on, they immediately and apologetically corrected to my utmost convenience. While the goal is to do things right the first time, I have no issues with this because of my overall experience with them over the years. The fact that they did not give me a hard time and that they demonstrated how regreftul they were over the oversight by bending over backwards with arrangements so that there is little, to no interference with my regular schedule, made their service recovery outstanding. From the intake receptionist, to the affable production manager, to the mechanics, this place scores. I highly recommend Lakewood Auto Body.

Great service. People were very nice to deal with.

The body work they performed on my company vehicle was poor. The passenger side of the vehicle was damaged from swiping a guard rail. After their repair neither the front or rear doors close properly now.
