Im rating them one star because they seem petty. I usually take my Amazon returns here. I have all my things in order such as QR codes saved on my phone so its very quick and effortless on their part, I make it as easy as possible for them. I even save and repackage the products for them which is more so than some other do.However, one day Amazon had me print out a ups label. I explained at the UPS store how I printed it but accidentally left it at home in my printer. He said no problem we can print it if you email it. I thought myself this is still inconvenient because I already have the label printed, I could just bring it back next time as there is no hurry, but hes trying to nice about it so I took him up on his offer. I had to stand outside because there is no cell reception in the store to email it to them, he has me wait while helping another customer to print it then finished checking in my packages and charges me for printing the label. I ask about the charge he tells me there is a charge for printing a label.So he wasnt upfront about the char, So for the pettiness of a dollar is why I rate them one star. Ill still bring my returns there out of convenience but for my shipping needs Ill likely go somewhere else.

Easily the best UPS store in the entire area. Randy and his team have great attention to detail - if you are a frequent shipper I highly recommend bringing packages here.

I sent very, very important documents from this UPS store with overnight shipping. Tracking number shows it didn’t leave there store but a label was created. They been giving me the run around! Just making a bunch of excuses! Telling me call this person, that person! It’s not even about the cost I paid! These documents are very important and they are time sensitive! Never dealing with UPS AGAIN! Let alone this store! Very unprofessional! Oh one more thing! Apparently if you ship from a UPS STORE and it’s going to P.O. Box it’s not a guarantee that it will reach to its destination! Keep that in mind because they claim everyone is told that but sure as hell didn’t mention it to me!

As other reviews have stated - they arent up front about charging a dollar to print a sheet of paper with the shipping label on it. Hope being petty for a dollar is worth the one star reviews. And dont ask your customers to fetch things in the store, thats the workers job. Go to a different UPS store, theres plenty others.

I called the store today and to my surprise, my call was quickly return and all my questions were answered. We arrived at the store and were greeted with friendly hellos from Randy and Sandy. They quickly helped us, just as promised over the phone. I fully recommend and endorse this UPS store as customer-friendly. Moreover, I want to give a shout out to the lovely lady and her niece who acted as our witnesses. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to help us with our documents.Once again thank you Randy and Sandy!

The guy that seemed to be running it was awesome! Had a lot of extra space in my package and he found me a smaller one to save on the shipping cost. The employee that was originally helping didn’t seem to care too much at all and wasn’t friendly.

If I could give it a 0, I would. Absolutely horrible service. UPS is lazy, unethical and all they do is lie. All three of my packages have been sent to the access point claiming that I wasn’t home, we are literally in the middle of a pandemic and I haven’t left the house in months. Sitting and waiting every single day looking outside waiting for packages. It’s like they pick and choose which packages get sent to me because only the most expensive ones have been lied about and lost. Every time I call they tell me the same lie about having it redelivered.

Ordered something at night and got sent to the wrong location, made a new order and had it sent to the right one, when i called the next morning to have the first order canceled he was already working on it but canceled it for us, we get to the right location (11 mile and ryan) around 430pm and i told the lady i was here for a print pickup, she immediately snapped back send it to our email even though it should have been ready because the order conf. said ready by 2pm. they couldnt find it in the system, the guy barely knew what he was talking about, had to re send my order and then they didnt have the right size of the lamination that i ALREADY PAID ONLINE FOR AND SAID THAT SIZE DOESNT EXIST. Just over all a horrible experience compared to the other ups stores ive been to. on top of all of that multiple staff members were not wearing masks even though customers were required to.

The best around. Helped me out when FedEx didn’t know how to deliver my package correctly. These guys at UPS on 11 mile are pros. Check them out

Service was fine. The store has a sign on the door requiring masks. The 3 customers inside were wearing masks. The 2 employees were not. Very disappointing.

Came here a few times to drop off packages and I never know where to park since its next to a gas station and Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s a parking behind it but it’s small and I am not sure if it is only for employee or both so I just park in one of the gas pump.
