I highly recommend Motozilli, they’ve legitimately been the best dealer experience I’ve had in my 30 years of riding. Places that treat you like family and take a personal approach the way Motozilli does are getting extremely hard to find. I purchased two new Triumphs from them in the last 6 months and I can recommend them to any potential buyers without hesitation. To put it in perspective, I have two Triumph dealers that are much closer (I’m in PA) and I continue to make the trip to Ohio. It’s worth the trip, those other dealers aren’t in the same league IMO, Motozilli’s the best around!

After doing research, I zeroed in on the bike I wanted. I tried to contact my closest dealer, but could not get any response. Their website said they were doing business by appointment. I called, left messages, and sent email. Nothing. So I moved on to dealer #2. Stopped by and they were busy. I was there like an hour before I could get any help. Turns out they had sold the only unit they had in stock a couple of days before- fair enough. When I asked about getting another one in, the guy was like Give me $500 cash up front and we can get one in about a week or so.. I had already lined up financing and didnt want to put that much down. Even though Motozilli was a little ways away from me, I called them up the next day. Spoke with Aaron right away. They had the bike I wanted in stock. I went down there and I was very glad I ended up doing business with them. Aaron got me a great deal on the bike and the entire transaction was effortless. They even filled up the tank for me. Chris helped me select a helmet and the Service Manager Dwayne helped me secure my new bike in my trailer. It was great! Found a bike on their website and had a deal worked out over 2 emails. Could not have been better to deal with. Took about a month to get it from Ohio to Oregon because of COVID and the fires out here but Keith and Aaron helped out every step of the way. Overall a great experience and cannot recommend them enough.

These guys are awesome! They’ve helped me and my wife from the start of our motorcycling hobby. I just purchased our fifth bike from them and Aaron was a huge help with giving me information on the bike, helping me compare the R3 that I bought to a previous motorcycle of my wife’s. After having the experience that I’ve had all along with these guys, I honestly don’t think I’ll purchase a motorcycle from anywhere else.

I was in here with the intention of buying a shoei helmet and a dislike of bell helmets well long story short the amazing staff had me try on the bell star line which is Snell aproved and to me is just like a shoei I loved the helmet then. As they where looking around to see if they helemt could have the visor color switched they pointed out they had one that was a 2017 helemt that never sold and they would do 200 for me on it! It is a beautiful helemt they also ordered the mirror visor for me. I love this place beautiful helpful staff I cant thank them enough! (I went in with a 500$ budget and only spent 290 for helemt sheild +tax)

Chris in parts had all the royal enfield parts I needed to finish my int650 build. They had a complete section of S&S parts in stock on the wall.

I was in from out of town and trying to purchase a Kodiak 450, and Keith was fantastic to work with. He accommodated my schedule, and is very knowledgeable about the machines! He made the decision and buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommend Motozilli if you are in the market for some power sports equipment! I will defiantly be coming back for a smaller ATV for my kids in the near future and using them for all my service and mechanical work.

Very disappointed. We bought a new Mayo four wheeler for my 6yr son. The sale rep said it was one of the best and they never have any problems with the brand. We had nothing but problems with it. When we went back in for the warranty. They would not fix anything on it. I would never recommend the brand or the customer service.

It seems hard nowadays to find a salesperson that doesnt seem to be pushy or take off when they are not going to make a sale. When I do make another purchase Triumph of Warren will be one of the first places I go.

My first visit to Triumph Yamaha. I was there to work a trade for a 2004 BMW R1150R and a Yamaha Majesty 400 scooter. I had never ridden a scooter before. They showed me the scooter,explained its maintenance history how to operate it and suggested a good test ride route. When I returned the negotiation for the trade was easy and straight forward with no games. I had done my research and homework on both bikes and I feel I got a fair deal. All the staff was friendly and showed interest in all my questions.

Over the top friendly staff! I happened to find a listing online for a hard-to-find part that they had in stock, so I called and made an offer. They accepted. When I went to pick it up the following weekend, they treated me like I was doing them a huge favor by buying it! They knew I was from out of town, and could have just handled the transaction and gone about their other tasks, but they were super friendly and helpful and took their time making sure we had a positive experience. I dont know if Ill be able to get back to this store anytime soon, but I definitely recommend you check them out!

I am in Michigan so everything was done over the phone and he got back with me right away. Got the deal that I wanted. Original Post: If youre a motorcycle enthusiast, youre missing out if you havent checked out Motozilli. I cant say enough good things about the owner and the staff. Everyone who works here loves motorcycles and shares in your excitement when talking about them, even if its a bike they dont sell. The entire staff has a ton of knowledge about bikes in general, but will be quick to admit if you ask a question they dont have an answer to. Instead of pretending, theyll do the research and get back to you. They dont pressure you to buy, and have a genuine desire to do what they can to make sure youre making a good decision before going forward with a purchase from them. Everyone Ive had the pleasure to meet (the owner, parts, sales, service, etc) has been ridiculously accommodating, to the point that I would be embarrassed to expect anything else from them. Ive only bought 2 bikes from them (simply because they are pretty far from me and I only recently discovered them a few years ago), but I feel like Ive been a lifelong customer! I cant say one way or the other if they would offer the absolute lowest price on what they sell -- maybe they would. Ive never had any trouble working out a reasonable deal. But, I do know that if you buy from them, you can count on them to follow through on taking care of you as a valued customer long after the sale. And that, from my experience based on buying a lot of bikes from a lot of different places in the last 20 years, is an invaluable amount of peace of mind that I have yet to find at any other dealership. -SteveEdit added 9/9/21, since original post: I still have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Ive made a few more purchases, including service work, and they never let me down. Recently, I had a new tire installed, but noticed something wasnt quite right when I rode home. I called the next morning and spoke with Dwayne (service manager). He had me bring the bike in later the same day, took it for a test ride himself immediately after I checked in, and then took it back to the service area to finishing checking it over. He quickly determined that the tire was defective and replaced it with a new one on the spot. This is just one of many consistently positive personal experiences Ive had at this dealership.

Ive dealt with these guys since I was 10 years old with my first bike - a YZ50. They offer great service, first rate knowledge of parts and product, are friendly, and have many financing options for new and used purchases. One of a few dealerships in the area still around for a reason -- they are honest, treat customers right, have parts you need in stock, and offer special services like storage, test rides, dealer promotions and weekly specials. I know people who drive 50+ miles just to deal with this dealership over another larger place. Ive bought 2 quads and three bikes from them and they always treat me right.

Called Aaron in the sales and made a market-based offer on a used bike. Said he would discuss with his manager and call me back later that day. He did not. Called the next day to say: he didnt discuss w/ manager, didnt counter, but he did sell it to another out-of-state buyer who called after us. Based on earlier reviews I expected more. Super disappointing. Very low.

Even better: my bike broke down in Western Kansas. The closest dealership in Denver, CO couldnt get the part in less than 7 days. They swapped out front and rear sprockets ( from 15 tooth to 16 on front and from 45 to 40 on rear ) so my Virago 250 could easily cruise at freeway speeds. Also installed a bullet mini tachometer. Only took two hours. They even fabricated a mounting bracket for the tach (since the bracket shipped with the tach wouldnt work in the location I wanted). Very Happy with the service guys and thought the parts prices were reasonable (their parts department located and ordered the same parts on line that I was going to order on line and even saved me a few bucks). Great Job! Im recommending my son-in-law takes his Triumph to Warren for his first scheduled maintenance since its closer than where he purchased the bike last August.

Had my Silverado tuned in there last year. I would not recommend the Service Department. They said that the put in gas after tuning in, 1 mile into using my bike, my gas ran out. Went back to ask for explanation. The main guy(Younger one, thinks hes in-charge), was insulting and did not even offer an explanation but an insult. He was disrespectful to customers. He had bad attitude. I talked to the owner and he apologize. Harm already done. Would ask motorist to think twice working with this crook.
