This place sounded good as a start for my first real job, but I will say I certainly didnt enjoy it here that much. My last day (less than a week ago) I was basically clapped at and told chop chop as if I were some kind of maid when I was just shown how to do a task. This place is very fast paced but the supervisor seems to want everyone to move faster than humanly possible. Machines are always breaking down and they half-way fix it and I dont believe there are enough workers there to push out as much product as theyd like. I met some decent workers here but I wouldnt reccomend that anyone works here even if it is through a temp service.

Dont recommend this place to anyone very short staffed the supervisor is very rude and expects someone to just get on a machine and know everything about it, machines always breaking down, kept moving to machine to machine due to lack of employees.

This a a terrible place to work, I agree previous post of racism in management, They will lie about raise to keep you hired in, also to over work you, then drop hard workers that show up on time everyday, for no reason. Jeff C. is a terrible person to work for, if your not not well connected with upper management or the VP then don’t waste your time, if I could give it zero stars I would.

Terrible company to work for. management never does what they say they will, rampant racism throughout the plant. HR is completely clueless and upper management has no idea how to run a stamping plant. raises are never given, no bonuses, this is the worst place to work!
