Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.

WT Tool has prices lower then many others out there, and that is why I continue to shop with them. Good quality without the big price equals value.Shipping is reasonable, and plenty fast.If you are a small prototype fabricator like me, or even a large shop, dont waste your money someplace else. Wholesale Tool is great. They have very reasonable prices and I can find almost every brand imaginable in their online catalog. My husband and I are kinda tool junkies so we have an entire garage full of toys. We buy all of our products from Wholesale Tool Company because we get exactly what we are looking for.

Great service, easy to deal with, always a human on the line or responding to email.My advice would be to research the tool you are buying; if you are cheap like me and searching for a bargain, you can end up with some cheap tools. If you research and find out exactly what you want, then you can order it from Wholesale and get a quality tool at a cheap price.

Amazing selection of tools and hardware

I ordered a 5pc expanding mandrel set. The 7/8 to 1 mandrel arrived two days early, from an address that was not the Warren, MI location, and was missing the expanding sleeve. The rest of the expanding mandrels were fine, and arrived on time. Something funny must have happened with the shipping of this 7/8to1 mandrel; I definitely will consider this next time Im shopping for tooling.Thanks,Rob Reeve

Wholesale tool does a good job and if fairly competitive. They have better prices most of the time, but shipping needs to be done at a better rate. There are less expensive options.

I bought several small number drills and reamers. The tools performed very well and I would buy from them again, except their shipping price was too high. They charged me about ~$12 for shipping, and the tools arrived in a small padded envelope by USPS. The ~$4 postage was marked.... Not where I feel a company should be making their money. I would rather have a lower cost shipping option for the small items or the cost of the items slightly higher.

Tools looked like pretty good quality but were a Christmas gift for my son. Hell probably put them to the test this month, then well know more. A couple other things, seemed like a fair price and the shipping was really fast. Will probably order from Wholesale Tool in the future.......

I have been very satisfied with the products that I have purchased from this company. I would like more shipping options. US postal would be less expensive for the lighter and smaller items.

I ordered 25- 7/16 open / closed end wrenches. the closed ends were accurate but the open ends measured nearly 1/2Shipping on the wrenches was more than double what it should have been. $13+ vs. $6 if sent via US mail.

Great prices and products. One order had the wrong item. After a phone call, they had the right item out the next day (two day priority mail) with a UPS return label for the wrong item. Great service!

I recently purchased a mortise machine. The machine was advertised to be supplied with the mortise bits. I placed the order fort he machine and a day later I was contacted to let me know the bits were not available and that I could still purchase the machine at a reduced price. My personal contact with the sales team was pleasant and helpful. I agreed to the lower price and the machine was shipped to my house. When it arrived, several components were damaged or broken. The box was intact but it looked like it had received some rough handling in shipping. I personally needed to replace the wooden work surface, the down stop collar and the activating lever. Once the parts were replaced, the machine worked fine.

Tools were good,ordering was easy but one of my files came thru the shipping box. Could have been pack better.

Good selection of tools and at a reasonable price, however what they offer isnt always available contrary to what the website says. Around half the orders I have made required an item to be removed because it was out of stock, even though the website still claims it is in stock.

We got the parts we ordered, but there was a delay in shipping. The parts I ordered showed in stock when I placed my order, but a week after placing my order, I emailed them to see what the holdup was. The customer service person was friendly, but they just said there was a delay in the shipping and they were sorry. The parts came in two different shipments, a day apart. I thought it would have been fair if they offered to refund my shipping costs or give me a credit for them, but they didnt. They just said they were sorry.
