Clean, good choice of fresh fruits & vegetables, meat department decently priced, good selection fresh meat. Get there early, meat specials will be empty later. Check fresh fruit, generally needs eaten within a day, two at most, before moldy or its a fruit fly festival on your countertop. If you need something, theyll have it, and theyre open till midnight, which is SUPER helpful for moms with picky eaters, like mine, AND for those, whose shift work is always changing shift hours.

Tops should take store layout engineering pointers from Walmart. And make prices more competitive at that level as well. Not much of savings when shelf cost is hiked up

This is quite a large store and they have just about everything. The store is very clean and neat. Employees are very friendly and knowledgable. The aisles are wide enough for two carts with space spare. Which I personally find nice. There is plenty of parking space. I really like this store and I think you will to. So stop by and give it a try.

This is the second Tops Ive been to (the first one was in the small town near the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon). And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. For starters, its enormous. And with a store this size, usually comes a pretty good selection. The young lady at checkout was pleasant and helpful. I feel like they deserve a good rating on Google!

I stopped for a card for a coworker leaving and was completely disappointed in the selection of cards they had. There was only one card for a new job.

I didnt like the initial idea of Bilos becoming a Tops. I thought it was totally unnecessary and that Tops was just another overpriced grocery store chain, HOWEVER, I absolutely love Tops. Always neat and clean and organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. And the have the self checkout.

Warren store cashiers much to be desired, either older and hates every minute of their life or a chatty trainee whos stalling for time til a manager can answer questions. Store well stocked but cashing out always a nightmare.

It pains me to not give this store five stars. Its one of the oldest continually operating grocery stores in town, and also kept very clean and in good repair. The selection of items is terrific, it has a great deli, wonderful bakery, a fabulous meat department, and it has a fully operational pharmacy...But its also one of the most expensive stores to shop at in town. I love stopping there, but on my meager income theres no way I can make it my regular place. Even the specials they run, while a great deal on the face of it, are lessened by the base prices they charge on common items.

Ok place to shop, prices are too high on most things. The buy one get some free sales are a rip off. You pay so much for first item it covers the cost of the get free items!🤬 Insulting to shoppers intelligence.

Everything was great

It had many empty spaces for spices which included the one I was looking for! Everybody was very nice and it was clean.

It was clean, well organized, not crowded. I like that they are open later again, I prefer to do my shopping at night when its not busy.

The store was clean and they were taking the covid restrictions seriously. Staff was friendly and courteous.

This Tops is smallish, but right sized for the community. Several other stores in the plaza, including a car (and dog) wash, Dollar General, and two liquor stores, one is an annex at Tops. Shop their flyer first as they have some good sales and coupons. Get a loyalty card, even if youre from elsewhere and have no other Tops around. It can save you 10-15 percent on just one trip, even if thats all you ever make.

They will not fix any issue or problems with their delivery service!! They hire out a company to do their online shopping and deliveries but if there’s a problem they do not even try to fix it!!!Called the manager over issues with my last delivery and he blamed the delivery service and really had no empathy nor did he even try to remedy the issues!!! I’m an elderly person and that’s why I decided to have my groceries delivered with this virus and to find that Tops does not care is very disheartening!!! He even told me to come into the store to discuss this!! Does that NOT totally defeat the purposes for ordering home delivery!!!

Just picked up a beautiful half sheet cake for my sons birthday. It was a beautiful cake and delicious! Very friendly bakery worker too!

Its a clean grocery store what can I say

Very clean and with Covid19 they keep the registers wiped off for every person. They are very perfessional in their customer service.

I stop by here every so often and more often than not I end up just turning around and heading to either Aldi or Walmart. The prices here are just to high for me. The staff at the beer and wine counter seem to be overly stressed out and Ive noticed a few times them taking it out on other customers.

Well stocked and clean. I always find good bargains, and my family enjoys their Tops brand Italian sausage for sandwiches and cooking.

Clean store, good size, but maybe too big. It can be hard to find what you want. They have dozens and dozens of hot sauce brands that takes up a large section of shelf space, but only a travel sized bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce, which didnt register at checkout. They now offer beer and wine, but no accessories such as bottle stoppers.

Started work there today.. Only lasted 2 hours, first of all orientation was a huge mess the lady who did the orientation last week was extremely unorganized we basically sat there and twiddled our thumbs for about an hour and a half before she even got started and she was supposed to take us around and show us where to go on our first day she did not do this and when I first arrived I could not even clock in because nobody put me in the system. I was to work in the deli, the girl training me did not know how to train properly and only showed me where food was kept in the freezers for the first hour and a half she did not show me how to work the slicers or the scale that printed off the prices so I was incapable of serving a customer on my own and both the deli manager and her left me alone and went to a meeting which resulted in 2 customers very upset with me, I was humiliated and disgusted and . Terrible place to work!!!!!!!

My fiance and I really like the weekly sales Tops has especially the super coupons. We also like the ease of shopping compared to the big box stores such as Wal-Mart.

Produce is over priced for the quality. Ladies at the cash register are more concerned with what Im buying than just checking me out, so I only go when there are self checkout now.Often if I go early in the morning and they arent busy I have to wait for the congregation to stop before I can finish checking out.

The best newly opened store for the biggest variety of items, the best place for sales from the ad. Buy 1 get 2 free or buy 2 get 3 free. To save the most while shopping there only buy whats on sale. Other items not on sale are a little higher in price. Sale price of specials can make up for that, but to get the best bang for your buck, stick with purches from ads

I ordered a cake for my daughters graduation party, get to the store to pick it up and there isnt one there. Incredibly disappointed. This never happened when this store was Bilo.

The store was nice, but they only had one lane open with a cashier, forcing shoppers to use the self-scanners. I HATE self-scanners, if I wanted to work at Tops, I get a job there! They take away jobs from people wanting to work.

Their gluten free and organic section is quite nice. Pricing middle of the road. Rest of offerings of good quality.

Great store and good specials. Always clean.The only thing is it smells like dead fish throughout the store. Where is your air intake system? Is is by a dumpster?Your store in Youngsville use to have that problem when you first walked in and it was corrected.

This store looks nicer than the old Bilo, but the quality has gone downhill. The produce is good. I was happy to see more vegetarian and organic items but the prices are ridiculous. Ive seen flies in the bagel and donut case several times. The people in the deli dont wear hair or beard nets. I bought frozen yogurt and it was frost burned. Not going back.

I had a question about my sewer bill. I stopped by Warren County Courthouse on Saturday August 26th at 4:30 p.m. . The officer on duty in the office refuse to help me. Went down to Tops to ask the lady at the service desk. Thalia. She was extremely kind. And did everything in her power to help me. We were unable to resolve the issue at the time. But her willingness to help me calmed me down from the lack of action of the officer at the Warren County Courthouse. I then later was able to resolve the issue. Solely due to the attendant at the service desk of tops.

Friendly employees, wide selection of groceries, and a gas sation with beer coolers. If they had a sushi bar it would be perfect.

This is a large store with a nice bakery, deli, organic food depts as well as the regular departments other grocery stores offer. I love their rotisserie whole chickens that they have, as well as the in-store salad bar on Mon thru Fri.(would be nice to have it on weekends too.)

Dont like parking on the right side entrance or the 2 handicapped spots on the left very dangerous for vans and trucks. Sometimes difficult to find all sale items as they are not always in stock enough.

Very poor customer service. Ive had a very rude cashier which Ive had to notify the manager. The service desk closes at 8:00 which made it difficult to get a rain check and could not cash in my scratch ticket to purchase a Powerball ticket. I tend to do pretty close of all my shopping a Walmart because of their service.

When I got in line to check out there was only one lane open and 3 customers in front of me. I waited a long time. When I finally had a few of my items on the belt they opened another lane and 2 customers, who would have been behind me, breezed through before I did. I didnt have a ton of groceries...but too many to self-check-out. Frustrating 😠😠😠

The pharmacy is absolutely awfully rude

Weve lived in the area and shopped occasionally at Tops for a year now. I will no longer be shopping there. More often than not, interactions with clerks have been negative. They are often brusque, snappy, rude, and downright insulting to people. I even had a checkout person criticize my choice in purchasing organic produce. I will make the trek to Wegmans rather than continue to support a business that cares so little for courtesy towards its customers.
