Came in here to buy a pop and Tylenol and the guy at the counter took forever to sit up and ring me up. He’s a younger looking guy, kind buff, & looks like he does not want to work. He didn’t even give me back my change, which was only a few cents, he just kept it. He didn’t speak to me, he didn’t even want to acknowledge that I was at the counter. I should’ve took my business somewhere else. Every time I go in there I get bad vibes, rude customer service, & the people behind the counter has a sense of entitlement. I would only go in there a few times because of convenience but I won’t ever be going back again. I like the older gentlemen that works in the morning but everyone else there has terrible customer service. Shouldn’t be open for business.
Id love to give it 5 stars due to 96% of the employees that work there being kind and polite, as well as the cleanliness of the store, but the one younger guy ruins it for me, and its not the one with the glasses. The male Im speaking of is very very rude. for example, if you walk up to the counter and hes doing something else, be prepared to wait for him to finish what it is hes doing, no matter what it is. Ive had him semi-violently shove my change under the glass protector a couple of times, as well as give me attitude for saying anything along the lines of hey bro, how are you doing today ? Word of advice; if you dont like people, or dont like dealing with them, for the love of everything holy do us all and yourself a favor, step awaaaay from the customer service life
I tried to buy a granola bar, and the little girl behind the register tried to charge me tax on it, which IS ILLEGAL. Michigan is only allowed to charge tax on hot prepared foods. You CANNOT CHARGE TAX ON GROCERY. When I explained this to her, her response was well thats what the price sticker says! I dont care what it says, it is against the law. PERIOD. Ive owned a liquor store for 32 years, I know what the laws are.
Cheapest gas in town. Great prices for beer. Good selection of Craft beer. All of the snacks and drinks you could ask for! Service is always A1.
Great service. Large snack/drink selection. Clean station. Good area.
Large display on exterior window claiming $4.99 six pack of Coors light 16oz cans. They refused to honor this offer and said I was confused when I pointed out that they were overcharging me. I paid, thinking I was maybe wrong, until I got outside and saw the massive sign offering the six pack for 4.99 again. Terrible service, will never return.
Theyre discriminate against lower income people. I went in there and used my EBT card to purchase something because i was thirsty, The Lady told me to swipe my card when she seen i was using EBT, she told me to stop it wasnt working, i came in yesterday a young lady told me the same thing, i felt like it was bs so i pressured her to just try, and it went thru successfully. Today i told the older lady she freaked out and Insisted it didnt work, I informed her I know it works she said i was a liar and i didnt come in yesterday, i go accross the street now
Like a snack haven love going to get small quick snacks/junk food or drinks
Good station, polite service, the right price.
Most of the card readers are not working. However comparatively cheaper price from other pumps
Do not go here. Pumps double charge.
When prices are fluctuating, this is usually one of the last to raise prices.
