We go here as a family almost twice or thrice times a month. Usually the food is very good and the cheesecake is to die for. However over the past 5 years weve been going to this place weve noticed that the hash browns at breakfast are completely and utterly unedible. Theyre neither hashed or brown but rather under boiled potatoes still kind of hard thrown out of flat top mixed with oil and then served lukewarm. Everything else however is fantastic. But I really like hash browns and I really wish that if I pay $11 for a breakfast meal that comes with hash browns that the hash browns could at least be hashed and browned. I can recall two occasions slightly before covid-19 hit when the hash browns were actually hashed and browned and they were delicious. I will continue to eat at this establishment and continue to try the hash browns in hopes that one day they will at least be hashed and browned. Also by the way the tiramisu cheesecake is the best cheesecake. And the caramel frappe is delicious. Also the caramel cold brew would caramel sweet cream is my jam.

Take an appetite. Great big portions. Fabulous value. Forget the diet and get the dessert.

One of the best places to eat in Southeastern Ohio! The food is very good here, and it is reasonably priced too. They offer a wide variety of options including daily specials, entrées, hand-crafted drinks, and cakes/pastries that are as delicious as they are beautiful.The atmosphere is rather warm and cozy, relaxed and quiet enough for easy conversation to be had. I found it was a lovely place to sit and catch up with my friends. The Mocha House staff are kind, friendly people that really care about their customers. We got checked on multiple times throughout our visit, and anything we needed was quickly delivered to our table with a smile. I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try!

Made my 2nd trip there today. And for the second time...never even got waited on. Servers walk by and just keep on walking. At least got water the first time. Didnt even get acknowledged today. So if you have 20 minutes to spend sitting at a table being ignored then I highly recommend, otherwise dont waste your time here.

Best cheesecake in the area! Love their white chicken chili! Always a delicious experience. Great place to meet up with girlfriends for coffee also!

The food was really good but I have a bad back and the seats are wooden so that didnt help. Other than that I recommend it and you must try ANY of their deserts.

I cant say enough good about the owners and their staff. They came to the rescue after our caterer cancelled last minute and rocked our event. Been here several times and always get great service and great food. Had the Mocha burger today and it was huge! Great value for the money. And they had gluten-free pastries too! Highly recommended.

I, as a contractor for Doordash and Grubhub, am completely unsatisfied with the process we are required to go through to receive the orders we are to deliver. I was made to wait in the customer line when we are on a time limit, placed by the companies we contract with, to complete the deliveries. By not achieving completion of said deliveries, we are given a contract violation in which affects our ability to continue to contract with said delivery companies.Suggestion: Either section off space (separate line/ rapid pick up shelf/etc) for contracted drivers to pick up orders so that our livelihoods are not affected by the long customer line of those wishing to place their own orders. WE. ARE. NOT. CUSTOMERS.

This place from back in the day has its charms and foibles. The aesthetics are pleasant! The ADA access is not (the restaurant is elevated, like a split-level home, so it is what it is). The food selection is lengthy and varied! Its online menu looks like it was hunt-n-pecked on a manual typewriter. The desserts are AMAZING!!!Get the carrot cake on October 24th, which is my sisters birthday (Dr Susey, to those with pets in the area who knew her from the Town & Country Veterinary Hospital)...

One word...YUM!! You will not be able to sample their entire menu in one sitting. From full meals, to light fare, to coffee, to desserts...you will be back multiple times and find yourself stuffed and satisfied each time. Can I give them 6 stars...cause they rock!

The Mocha House is SO much more than a coffee shoppe! Everything about it was comforting & tasteful, from service to decor, and the food, starting with DOUBLE dessert cases, was not only appetizing and delightful to peruse, but delectable as it looked/ sounded! We loved it & will return, despite the 45 min drive from home!

One meal was good, one was totally average, and the last one was cooked down to chicken jerky. Considering we waited 55 minutes for our food, Im not at all surprised it was way overdone.

This is an easy place to get a quality meal fast. Many of the menu items are ready in minutes, if not by the time you get to your seat. The seating is kind of like self seating, guided by the host/hostess. Come ready to order once you get to the front line though because you pay before you sit. You dont want to hold up any regulars waiting behind you. Finally, get one of those scrumptious looking cakes and dont regret it!

Staff here are friendly and fast. No matter what I order its always good. The cakes and pies are amazing and their specialty coffees and teas are unique and delicious. Always have a milkshake or frozen coffee during the summer.

We always love the atmosphere, foods, desserts, coffees, teas and cold drinks. But, today, we had a new employee named Zipporah. She was patient and kind, and never stopped smiling, as she was verbally instructed by her manager ‘only once’ in how to make a fancy-yummy cold coffee into a hot coffee version for me. Oops- I didn’t know it was only listed as cold on the menu. It was perfect and soooo good! Then, another employee named Angel brought our food order to our table with a smile and returned to check to see if all was to our liking. Again, with a smile. She never stopped running from table to table. Efficient and smiling. Neither young lady knew we had just arrived from the cemetery where we placed florals for both of our beloved Dads... and, I had shed my tears all the way to the front door of the Mocha House. These ladies uplifted my heart. Our hearts. Thank you, Zipporah & Angel. You, both, deserve more than our thanks and tip. You deserve a raise. 💕

This place is a gem in Warren with probably the best cheesecakes I have ever tried! They have several flavours and also cater with a day notice. The California, classic and blueberry cheesecakes are my favourite. Definitely a must try if you are in the area.

I always go to the Mocha House for their chicken walnut croissant sandwich, the only chicken salad i will eat. Waitresses r very nice and helpful there plus they have the best cheesecake around here.

This is one my absoulte favorite places to eat. We love their desserts, sandwiches, and especially the breakfasts. Saturday my husband and I went for breakfast and I dont know if they got a new cook or something but we were extremly dissapointed with everything except the coffee. My blueberry french toast was soggy and undercooked, and had just a few bluberries. It was pretty sad. My husband had the western omlete and the eggs were hard an rubbery. Left much to be desired. Service was great, but I really hope they work out whatever issues they are having in the kitchen.

The macaroons are crazy delicious. I dont even like macaroons but everytime im near this place I have to stop and grab one.

I love the homemade mac&chs,but cant never seem to get there when the lady is there to make it,it should be an everyday menu item especially on Sundays after church services is usually when I want to pick some up

Oh my word...unbelievable dinner from Mocha House tonight. The three of us ordered the Roast Beef dinner. It was AWESOME! Two huge cuts of beef about an inch thick that was so fork tender it melted in your mouth. So delicious! Along with that came green beans that we actually ate ( we dont like the greeny green beans - these were tender and tasty) and homemade mashed potatoes with a delicious generous portion of gravy. For dessert it was blueberry pie and strawberry shortcake cake...equally delicious. Thank you Mocha House for an outstanding and delicious dinner!

The drinks and deserts were delicious! However the food was not. Got a waffle and was so hard that I couldn’t even cut it with the knife.

My most recent visit to The Mocha House - Warren was Awesome i ordered their fabulous cheese cakes and the workers there helped me outside to my car in the freezing cold and snow with my order they were friendly helpful and kind God Bless them.

The Pomegrande & Blueberry smothee remind me of kids medicine,the rest of the stuff was alright, but the attitude of the waitress was off hands so can you guys fix it(I mean the owner of the store) but the place is beautiful.

Lately its been my quick to go lunch spot. Happy with it.
