My hashbrowns are more like hashblacks. The icing on my donuts was scant, barely a smear of icing on all of them. As a fellow person who works fast food also, this is just appalling. Luckily for this location I have more tact in my little finger that they do in their entire bodies, or Id be making a scene. Also, the coffee tasted like someone ran urine through a coffee filter and poured it on some ice. If you value your taste buds, avoid this outhouse like the plague.

They get everything wrong and wont fix it plus the prices on their signs or at the drive through are NOT what you pay! You pay way MORE!

All I have to say is if they are going to offer a mobile app and they do not have what you ordered they should tell you instead of just putting whatever they feel like it in the box and sending you on your way, thinking that your order is right.

Very disappointed. I’m faithful to Dunkin’ but recently moved and tried this location and I have to say I won’t be ordering from this location again.I ordered $30 worth of Dunkin’ and my food was completely burnt.

Several times I have been asked to pull back around the drive through to get my food or to park in the parking lot to wait for my food to be brought out. Very busy location I understand but pull around the drive through a second time so you can serve cars behind me first! Food is also never great and often the coffee is running down the side of your cup. Get a pull up window dunkin if you can’t handle the location.

We got 3 large drinks, hash browns and a sandwich. There was a large hair in the hash browns and it had something black on it. We didn’t check the sand which though because we were disgusted. The drinks are not mixed at all, the sugar is at the bottom. The straws were so so tiny and we couldn’t even mix the sugar in. When we told the workers about the hair, they acted like we did something wrong. Don’t recommend going here.

Terrible service and employees have no accountability. They openly disrespect the customer. If your in the area, save yourself some trouble and drive to Champion.

Really long line in the driver thru, but really fast and really friendly.

The computers go down several times a day EVERY DAY for updating. That is atleast what they tell us. Ive gottwn barely warm hot coffee several times and, when I say something. I am told they cant fix it. I started driving to Youngstown rd Dunkin because at least I can get service there.

I go through twice a day and order the same thing every time. I never say sugar and they put sugar in it every time. Its also way overpriced for being in the hood. New managers and owners are needed! TRASH EMPLOYEES!

Place needs a new manager. Every time I come threw here they tell me to pull around back were busy and cant keep up an they mess the orders up every time takes a special kind of dummy to not follow the orders on the screen

The customer service is terrible. They always tell me their machines are down, and always mess up something with my drink. When theyre taking forever on my order they tell me to pull back around the drive thru which makes no sense. Save yourself and go somewhere else. They desperately need new management and employees!

Had to go back three times because the first forgot my chocolate swirl and gave me the wrong drink then forgot the donuts and when I got them they gave me smashed donuts. They need better staff that knows how to make a drink😤

Ordered a large coffee today before work. Cup stunk of cigarette smoke so bad I had to pitch it! Called to inform and was told it was probably a worker that didnt wash their hands. UNACCEPTABLE! Plus a cup doesnt stink that bad from the 20 seconds it takes to fill up a black coffee.
