Nice small yet comfortable lounge boasting a large humidor with a great selection and fairly competitive prices. Friendly staff offering good conversation. Although they can provide a small bottle of water, If you need a drink with your cigar or pipe while in the lounge be sure to bring your own. Not sure if alcohol is aloud in the lounge but an ice tea would have made my smoking experience much better.

Very large, well humidified and diversely stocked humidor. Wonderful smoking lounge area in the back of the store. Outside seating is also available if the weather suits your mood. Truly more than you could hope to find for not being in Pittsburgh, Erie or Buffalo. Staff was courteous. Humidification bags and wooden matches were provided with purchase. Will be back.

A great cigar store just outside of Buffalo. I visit here whenever time permits, wish it could be more often.They carry a wide selection of cigars and accessories. Much larger and extensive than anything I have come across here in Ontario.If I can make a recommendation ... ask for any of the hand rolled beauties by Gregorio, you will not be disappointed, they are fantastic but that also makes them a bit scarce. Well worth it though!Also, they have really good incentives on quantity discounts, as well sales and specials. Do yourself a favor ... and check them out.

Nice store good variety of cigars. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Anytime we are in Warren we stop in. I recommend nice Ash to all my friends.the only complaint I have is not open on Saturday.

Used Greg for our wedding reception and he did an amazing job! I would recommend him for any event! Interacted with the guest, and rolled amazing smooth cigars! Will use again for future events!
