I’m really upset my car when I got it had 92,000 miles first week I got it start to shutter then stall while at stop and shut off or driving on the freeway then just stall and loose pier and shut off very unsafe and I feel scared to drive this car I took it to so many shop and they all can’t find the issue on why it stalling and shutting off told Cadillac dealer they said it needed update guess what did update and guess what still happing I’ve done all required Maintence change spark plugs keep up on oil. Change and etc still stalling while driving and at complete stop it not safe car to drive it just stalls and turn off took it to Cadillac still nothing now it back in shop for the 14 time with Cadillac Gilbert AZ to see if they can find the issue and the fix I think this is GM Cadillac issue with the computer that causing my car go into some type safe mode and make the car stAll and shutter then turn off but when it on highway it drives fine then stalls . I’m for sure this is mechanical issue that has to do with something Cadillac did and they need be responsible with this issue everyone tells me go dealer because the check engine like codes they don’t recognize only Cadillac well Cadillac makes no since I think my computer system is making the car go into some type safe mode and shut off I’ve seen many complaints about this and it crazy and unsafe I’ve reported this to highway safety board and better business bureau and other places this doesn’t make since you guys need provide solution for this issue .

Customer Satisfaction-(document #4060832) SUNROOF DRAIN HOSE LEAKSMy 2011 SRX had a hose shrink and pull off causing electrical issues with my tailgate lift motor. Under the doc and my car failed then bec i live in Illinois my VIN wasnt covered but states in the Eastern US, canada & S outhern States were? My VIN wasnt covered bec my car wasnt sold in that covered state (22 USA states).Really, Cadillac as the marque brand of General Motors you failed. Why buy this brand if it maybe, kinda, sorta covered depending on your location.Think about it the next time you purchase a “dependable” SUV, “Whats my service after the sale going to be”?Mine won’t be easy to scratch off the brand that didn’t cover my State for a Cust. Satisfaction fix bec they didn’t.

I have personally owned three GM vehicles, and every single one has run into a very expensive engine and transmission problems. My two Chevrolet minivans had intake manifold problems. Then, one of the minivans had engine gasket failure ($2,900 repair). Latest in the saga is that my 8-year old Saturn Aura had transmission failure due to failed wave plate ($3,700 repair). There is a technical service bulletin (TSB 14404) out there for this well known manufacturing defect. But GM gave a runaround, did not fix it, and did not want to reimburse for repairs.

I was a loyal customer until 2018. I purchased a 2017 Silverado 3500 new off the lot, 11 months later when it wouldnt run anymore I began a long frustrating ordeal. After months of repeatedly bringing the vehicle to 3 different dealerships one of which refused to work on it anymore I began the process of having it repurchased by GM. General Motors and Chevy will advertise themselves as producing Americas longest lasting trucks until it is time to repurchase one. I was told by GM that the life expectancy of my $64,000 truck was 120,000 miles, therefore GM deducted 47 cents per mile I had drove it. In the end I was out over $20,000 not including interest or maintenance, costs. These people are criminal in my mind! I have purchased 8 brand new vehicles from GM since 1999, I now own two Fords. I would rate zero stars if I could.

My wife drives a 2010 Chevy Suburban, and weve trusted her and our 3 children in that vehicle here in Texas. I have to say Im now hugely disappointed that after only 120,000 miles the engine has failed. We have consistently changed fluids and maintained the vehicle. After speaking with Chevrolet, its a Known problem with their VLOM that causes a Lifter to Collapse. I am having to pay $5,000+ to rebuild an engine that is not even to 130,000 miles. Chevrolet customer service let me know, its a known issue, but failures happen, they will not help. I will not be purchasing any more GM products, I cant believe GM has faulty engineering in their modern engines, knows about this issue, and will not help their customers, Im disappointed in GM and Chevy.

I’m shocked GM doesn’t have a policy to keep their dealerships in check. I reached out to GM customer service and was told all they do is make the dealership aware of the complaint.Carl Black gmc Worst service department ever. And the service manager refuses to call me back. They changed the oil and crushed the filth with the oil wrench a couple months later the crease doing a leak. I lost 90% of my oil going down the interstate. One year old Yukon xl denial kept getting service engine light and doesn’t run right. Carl black said it was my fault. The said I some how perfectly crushed the oil filter while driving. They refused to take any responsibility and said their gut feeling my car was ok.YOUR JUST A NUMBER AT CARL BLACK. AFTER YOUR COUNTED THEY DONT CARE

We own a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. We purchased it new in 2009 from the dealership. This vehicle has 134000 miles on it and has been maintained exceptionally well. Since 2014, my wife has been experiencing brake light malfunctions with this vehicle. The brake lights will stay on and not go off, or not even work at all!!! After the first Service Bulletin in 2014 was accomplished, it went away for a little while, but then returned. After taking to a dealership about a month ago, we were notified that the BCM (Body Contol Module) has failed and most likely due to the fluctuating voltage going to the BCM. Oh, did I mentioned we paid out of pocket to fix the Brake Sensor!!We recieved a letter from GM about 2 weeks ago that mentioned a repair for this, so we had hope. After taking it to the dealership, they informed us that the BCM was pretty much shot and we needed a new BCM. This is $500 repair. After mulitple calls to the GM customer service number, we were basically told to go and pound sand... This is an issue that GM (Chevrolet) has known about for some time now and refuses to acknowledge that it has a problem. A few things bother me here... To start, the customer service department is in the Philippines! Thats absolutley the most idiotic thing Ive ever heard of! Second, Chevrolet (GM) has lost this customer for life!! I will be an advocate to as many people as I possibly can about steering clear from GM. There customer service is horrible, and their products are garbage!! Theyre not what they used to be when I was growing up... Ill carry this through as high as I need to!
