I have no complaints with Kirby she was a little late other than that she did my double nose piercings and they look great. however i had an appointment at 1:30 and the man in the shop told me to just wait she was on her way. so me and my boyfriend waited around 2pm she got there but the man (he never gave his name) never told her i had been there literally at my appointment time so this mom and daughter cut in front of me. i’m 19 i’m not going to say anything to a mother with her daughter but i was a little upset.no one talked to me, just asked other people what they were there for until she finally got to me. mind you it was only the mother with her daughter and father with his daughter. if you’re looking for professional don’t go here. my appointment was 9/11/21 and i called and made an appointment the day before.

Kirby is awesome. I had my daith pierced here about a month or two ago and she was very friendly and welcoming. Everything seemed clean and the inside is super cool. There’s a lot of unique paintings all over the wall; overall this place is super cool and well cleaned. I definitely recommend getting a piercing here!! :)

My artist was Mark and he was super awesome truly. I felt comfortable, the staff were super sweet and it was practically painless and fast. They took me in earlier than my appointment was and Mark did extra with my tattoo when he didn’t have to. I plan on coming back. I definitely recommend.

Kirby had to do my cartilage piercing twice (!!) because the first time was lost in translation. I wouldve understood that it was a rare accident if she hadnt said I hate when I have to pierce people two times. If youre a professional you shouldnt have to pierce twice a ton of times, if at all. The second time was incredibly painful and very bloody. Thats not where it stops. My cousin was next and had a cartilage piercing as well, but the ladys hand was shaking so badly that she kept bending the piercing and wasnt even able to close it. Kirby also handed my cousin another earring piece in a package to go because she said if I touch it again itll break and Ill have to pierce you again so looks like my cousin will have to go somewhere else to get it redone. Honestly, Id give this place 0 stars if I could. It was a truly traumatic experience. I dont know why the reviews were half as good as they were online and in all honesty we think she was inadequately trained because even online she has a passive aggressive video saying that she wasnt trained to do a lot of the requests customers had. There were so many red flags including the fact that she was yelling at the phone to shut up every time it rang and ignored almost every call that came in. Super unprofessional, super aggressive, super painful, and we didnt even get the results we wanted. Go somewhere else.

I only gave it a 3 because online it says that they expect walk ins...but when you get there theres a note on the window that says appointment only.

Called a day ahead to try and book an appointment for two nose piercings and was told on the phone to just walk in. Showed up the next evening to all of the doors locked and nobody picking up the phones. Dissapointed to say the least

Not only did he match the design/style from the previous artist but matched the colors perfectly! He’s also done all my children’s names as well as part of my arm sleeve! He can take an idea and bring it to life on paper! Very professional, highly recommended and forever my tattoo artist!

This place is very unprofessional, the piercer was 30 minutes late to my appointment, they provided zero information whatsoever, and they didn’t tell me anything if i didn’t ask. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all

Excellent artist and I just love tattoo my beloved son it was my moms first tattoo.

I went here to get a sentimental tatt of my grandmother’s name and spent $100 to get something that’s equivalent to a basement or living room tattoo. It was sloppy and pretty much uneven all the way around. Not to mention, Mark was extremely heavy handed but yet, I have thick lettering in some places and very thin or missing in other places. I’ve tried calling before I waste my time going and being disappointed again. Myself and friends received piercings here and they were professional. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting a tattoo ESPECIALLY if Mark is the artist.

DAN did a phenomenal job reflecting the spirit of my grandma through this tat. Her nickname was Jackrabbit btw. I was almost in tears. The work is beyond awesome. And hes a really cool dude. He only charged a couple hundred for all this shade work. Awesome man.

My bestfriend & I were bound & determined to get spur of the moment piercings, we went here because everyone else charged more for septum piercings. I also know a couple people who had great tattoo experiences here. Ryan did both of our piercings. He was super nice & he made us both feel super comfortable. The young woman at the counter was also super polite. All around great experience. I would highly recommend going here & I will definitely be a returning costumer.

This is the only place I trust in metro Detroit!! The entire staff was great! I went there for some piercings done by Antonio. He was so professional. Answered all my questions, and had a super awesome vibe! Dan is also a great tattoo artist! Its hard to find someone so talented who listens to your needs. I highly recommend them and dont plan on going anywhere else.

Honestly, this was my first time getting a nose piercing and this shop made it a good experience. The guy that did my family and I piercing was great and he even laughed with us! Im glad that we went here and I thank this shop for making my experience a good one. The guy also told me to relax because I was kinda nervous and now im happy that I got a piercing from them! I have had roughly 12 piercings done at this shop in the last three years, my last session being about 10 months ago. Every single piercing besides two of them, rejected. I take IMMACULATE care of my piercings. I always have. I understand that it could be my body rejecting them, however, none of the piercings were done with enough care, precision nor patience. Not to mention, the first time my chest dermals were pierced, it took the guy roughly 45 minutes to do two dermals. When its suppose to take about 30 seconds to one minute to complete a single dermal. I was in A LOT of pain the entire time, & I have a super high pain tolerance. He was digging through my flesh the whole time, trying to put the anchor in..Anyways, I recently got some piercings done at a more professional shop about seven months ago, & they are showing no signs of infection nor rejection. My mother got some piercings done there about 10+ years ago, & they are all doing great.I gave this place some decent business, & its sad that I really dont have anything good to say about it whats so ever.It really pays off to go to a professional that knows what theyre doing with a lot of experience.

I got my lip done here 3 years ago and then got an addition to it (now have spider bites) on new years eve this year. Did good, super nice, the only thing that annoys me is everytime I call if no one picks up itll just ring and ring no voicemail option. I wanted to leave an important message. Other than that its a good place

I absolutely love this place. Ive been going here for about 5 or 6 years now getting all of my work done from Clyde. His work is amazing and theyre very reasonably priced. I am a customer for life. What I really dont understand is why people would go on here and lie about the place being dirty and the tats being bad. This is by far the cleanest and most organized tattoo shop I have ever been in. No jailhouse tattoos come out of this place. Only fine works of art. If your going to write a review, make sure your telling the truth.

VERY UNSATISFIED with CLYDES tattoo work on my hand. 😤 I had previous work done on my hand that I did myself and he did a cover up on it. The hand work looked okay at first but he just scribbled on random hearts the first time and did NOT take his time doing the outlining on them. Before he started to do the color on them I TOLD HIM that red and yellow do NOT take to my skin and he ignored my statement and proceeded to do them colors anyway and just did random scribble-scrabbles around the flower to color over the rest. As I told him the red and yellow did NOT take so I went BACK in today to have him fix what he messed up the first time and he basically just scribbled on my fingers and added purple, pink and white to it. I asked him to fill my hearts that he previously did in, in black and fix my outlining and he COMPLETELY ignored my requests AGAIN this time. I cant speak for any of the other tattoo artists in there but I do NOT recommend Clyde to anyone.

First of all I know some places charge by the hour they did not say that on the phone when I asked them and second of all when I showed up I had to stand outside while hes on the phone you cant even let me in real quick and second of all hes very rude he didnt even set up and hes talked about charging me 100 hour until like 7pm, basically 300 for a simple tat and Im referring to DAN,I will never go here again I dont recommend anybody going here theyre so unprofessional he was the only one in there locking the doors and that made me feel uncomfortable like at least put up like a sign or put something in front of THE DOOR MAYBE IF YOU WERENT SMART WITH ME YOU COULD OF GOT PAID

Our files get taken at the end of the month and I cant just go look for it and re copy it. You need your birth certificate no matter what if youre under age. Even if you come once a week. Its required. I tried being so nice to you but you were rude and mean because I was just doing my job here and following the rules, Im the manager here and would be happy to give you a free piercing if you bring your birth certificate,.... I was in no way rude to you.

Just got my nose piercing done and it was the quickest, easiest process ever. Let me tell you I am a SCARY MARY OK!? LOL I have a very low pain tolerance. The piercer was so nice and patient. We talked while he did the procedure and while my bleeding stopped. Small little pinch on a scale of 1-10 only hurted a 2 so if your nervous I highly recommend this shop. Will be returning! 😊 Wish I knew the piercers name 🤔

I just received a septum piercing here 2 days ago and I had to take it out because it was pierced in the wrong spot the guy who did it put it way to close to the tip of my nose. So now I have to wait for it to heal to get it all over again.

Very rude and unprofessional. They staff is very unfriendly Ive been here 3 times. The first time I got a nose piercing from a girl she was very good. Came back to get it repierced because it came out only to learn that she left..the new staff was rude. Piercing guy cut me off every time I talked and refused to do my piercing saying I need a birth certificate when I previously came I provided everything nessecary they copied it and put it on file. He refused to do the piercing and look for the file. Ill never be back!!!!

I went into their shop monday, and they had run out of jewelry. They offered us a discount for our trouble of $10 on a $50 piercing. The next day we went there again and they forgot it, again. They offered no more discounts and said theyd call the next day when their boss brought the jewelry. That day passed and still no call. Disappointed in their service, I wouldnt suggest this shop.
