Cal was the best and the oil change side was the best as well very honest very professional people that work here the owner is top notch. If you’re ever in the area and need work done do not hesitate to stop inn highly recommend this shop.

I got a flat tire today and drove to the closest shop which was Motor city auto. They quickly had a tire brought over and I was out of there within 45 minutes. I also got an oil change and they were happy to help.

I was told by another Shop that I had a dead cylinder in my engine, so they told me I needed a engine. So I took it to Even and he told me that I had a bad coil. I’m thankful for honest people like him. Also gave me a great deal on my brakes. I’ll be back for all my repairs!

Got my oil change today on my lunch break. Abe and his co-worker were fast, professional and seemed to work well as a team. Plus I am used to getting pressured as a female at oil change places to buy extra things/services. Not here. They were matter of fact about what they found with my vehicle, I didnt feel pressured. Right before heading to work, I realized I was nearly overdue for an oil change. Dominic and Mark (?) were so kind and got me right in. They were informative through the whole process (I had to ask my Dad what oil I needed because thats how limited my car knowledge is). The other guys there were also equally pleasant and kind - ran the codes to see why Ive been getting an error message these past few days (probably an oil reminder) and inflated my tires for free (not sure if thats typically done). Thanks again for your awesome service.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received, Chuck was nice as well and professional . Dominic is the best! very caring and informative help me with understanding the noise that was coming from my front wheel was not normal when another company I went to told me that the sound would go away. Dominic fixed the problem now my vehicle is running good. I will be going back to them for all my vehicle needs.

I have been taking my cars to Motor City for 7 years, I wouldnt go anywhere else! Honest and friendly! Love this place! I go for all of my car repairs no matter what! The owner is very kind and the employees very nice and professional.

Will not be going back to them.I was told it would take around 2 hours to do all the fluids that needed to be changed and would cost around $200.00. After 4 hours they completed 3 of the 6 that were suppose to be done and charged me $239.00. Very unhappy with them and will find somewhere else that will be able to do the job right.

That is correct there is no record of my vehicle being serviced at your location because when I arrive no one came to help or even acknowledged my presence of being in your shop! Very unprofessional! Your reply was rude as well. Especially not knowing the situation!

Chuck runs a great mechanic business, hes very reasonable and always goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is fixed properly. I stay on the westside of the town, but I like the service, effecieny, and professionalism.. Im aware everyone experience is different.. but I never had a issue with him or the quality of service

Im very dissatisfied with the service I got for my truck I paid 1040.00 dollars to fix what he told me my truck needed. supposed to fix manifolds with gaskets I found out by taking it to another shop that the manifolds had been crack had to pay additional 610.00 they also left ignition wires hanging. I wouldnt recommend this place for any major work .!😤

This is a VERY unprofessionally run business. They did not have my vehicle ready when agreed and gave me the run around when asked for an update. The woman answering the phone is rude and can provide no information.

Stay away from this place, they will tell you one price and the next minute over charge you... There prices are way too much to start with... I rather go to the shop on 9mile and Hoover Rd (i forgot the name of the place) they have better price too and they show their costumers love... Be aware and stay away from MotorCity Auto service

My favorite place to stop for a quick, reasonable oil change! Consistently efficient for more than a year!

Got an over priced tune up $216.00, for a 6 cylinder. Had a transmission leak, turned out my lines were rusted, got a price for 1 line, over $500, gave out literally on the way home, took it to a transmission place, $280 to replace all lines. Im pretty sure they had a puddle of trans fluid in their garage and didnt tell me. They go by the computer price here, I got charged for 1.5 hours and was called to pick it up in 45 minutes. Arab thieves.

Will never go here for anything!!!! My daughter had her oil changed being young they did not let her know she needed a oil sensor replaced, when taking her car back to them because it was leaking oil they told her oil was leaking from the starter? Never heard of such a thing which was not true, after talking with them rhey were rude and very unfriendly ithey closed her hood with the oil cap not even on which caused her hood to be jammed..... very unprofessional would not recommend these people to anyone

I popped a brake line. I dropped my car off here. I came in to pick it up a couple days later. They had replaced all my brakes without my authorization and blindsided me with a $500 bill. Not once did they call me to let me know what my car needed to have done or how much it would cost.
