Ive always taken all of my vehicles here and have never been let down. They wont rip you off, nor will they waste your time. My family and I have sent people to Ellis Bros. for years

Ellis Brothers was called to tow my vehicle and sent Curt to do the job. Everybody at Ellis was professional, honest and courteous. Curt was all that in spades. He started my car, got it towed and shared all the relevant and accurate information with my auto repair shop. I am so appreciative and I highly recommend their service.

People like these people are reason people dont feel bad when tow guys get hit and killedVery rude company. Give tow workers a bad name hopefully they dont have a family because I sure feel bad for them! Plus broke into my car with a screwdriver... I was not even 50 feet away coming to get the car. Its one thing to tow but to break into the car is out of line. Gave 5 stars just so people see my review

I drive a 2015 freightliner cascadia I accidentally locked myself out of my truck and it had turned off and my cat was inside I was freaking out because it was hot out and I was worried about her took a whole hour of calling and calling places to come open my truck even called the police and they never showed up the place I was delivering too called this tow company told them the situation and didnt hesitate for a second to say we will be right there and within 5mins Brian had showed up had different keys and thankfully had one that opened my truck my cat is my child and words cant even begin to explain how grateful I am Brian had showed up so quickly and was very nice I only wish we had called them first thank you so much for the quick service and for being so kind🙏

They never showed, told me they would be hen in an hour and when I called said the would be a couple more hrs so I called back and they told me they werent able to get out here. Horrible service I will not recommend them at all

Worst storm hit the other day and blew my water pump at around 10pm. Called Ellis Brothers who had a tow truck to me in under 10-minutes. Tow operator was beyond professional and courteous. Very early that morning I already had a voicemail saying my car was on the rack. Couldnt make it to them by close due to work, but when I went to pick up my car it was secured and my bill and keys were in our agreed location. It is impossible to find old school, fast, professional and courteous establishments these days.

These guys were professional and did a great job of unlocking my car quickly.Ive had bad experiences with other tow truck companies in the past when Ive been in a jam, but these guys were very fair and helpful- a pleasant surprise in this industry!

Customer service needs work!

Not only did they save my dad after is accident. They came and got my out of my car when I got looked out. Now he just fixed my controll arm and made sure I had my car back to get my kids from school!!!!!!!!! In all of the years in my family I have never had any trouble with them. Would go back 100 times over.

Well I called them to come pick up my vintage truck no one came or ever answered the phone again and the next morning my truck was broken into and was attempted to be stolen so that was my experience

Very thoughtful driver. I was in a car accident recently. After I got home I realized that my new cellphone and wallet was missing. The next day, it was a Saturday and they closed earlier, I called to inquire about my phone and wallet and he said he found my phone by my car and drove to my house 11:30 that night, nobody answered, Short end of the story is my car was trashed not worth fixing and I got back both my phone and wallet. And they waited pass their closing time till I arrived.Thank you.

Was the fastest towing service I ever experienced

I’ve called them a few times. They have sat with my son after an accident. I called last minute tonight and was picked up with in 20 minutes. Great reliable service! Super friendly drivers! Definitely a number to store in your phone!

These people are amazing. I own a concrete leveling company and both of my trucks went down. Not only did they tow me yesterday but today when I asked if they would pull my trailer for me they did not hesitate. Im a 22 year old business owner. One of the best experiences I ever had with a tow and repair. These guys were helpful informed and saved me alot of money. Plus everyone was actually nice. I would recommend Ellis Brothers services and definitely use them again.

So here is my experience with Ellis Brothers, and why I felt compelled to write about it. Covid-19 is in full swing, many shops are closed and after a horrible week of car troubles and personal strife my car stalled on the side of the road and would not start.Not only did they tow me after 6pm on a saturday when most other shops were closed. They were prompt and, I felt like the tow driver took good care in picking up my vehicle.I recieved a call the next day, (even though they were swamped) to tell me the status of my car. They were accurate in diagnosing the issue with my car even though I left it with them with the vague: it wont start.The receptionist was kind and personable, and reassured me along the way.All in all they are worth giving a shot.

I took my car in for an alternator replacement to a repair shop that told me it would cost over a $1000 to fix it because of where the alternator was allocated amd all the rust on thecar other parts would start breaking So I called Ellis Brothers. Not only did they come tow it for free, they only charged me $380. They are definitely the best. Ill never waste my time with any other repair shop again. Ellis Brothers is my go to for any repairs again.

Tows without any signs posted about no parking nor any signs about a vehicle being towed if parked here. Nasty management as well.

They regularly charge 10$ for a car battery charge but I got mine for FREE. They even offered to sell me another battery for ONLY 20$. Gotta love their hospitality. GREAT PLACE!

The man that towed my vehicle was nice, but $65 for just 4 miles down the same road seems like a little to much....

Warren municipal code is messed up and has no legal controls, you towed my car while you were closed for holiday yet still had a truck and driver running, charged me stowage fee for the night you picked up my vehicle, barely three hours and then also the half-day that I came in, but were unable to release vehicles until Tuesday. The flat-rate tow fee is big enough, why play stupid numbers games over $20? Whomever it was that manned your phones Dec 31 was somewhat rude and unhelpful in verifying you had my vehicle. Police conducted no inventory of items on seizure, your impound lot is poorly secured, and you have a liability waiver on the vehicle sign-out- absolutely zero quality control or accountability from anyone involved; shoddy practice.Aside from that you were amazingly polite when I came in the door, so one star for that. Im sorry I cant rate your primary service, given the circumstances, but youll forgive me if I avoid your city and any with laws like it for the next century or two.

I bought cars from their auction they were supposed to been impounds but the cars were missing parts, engine was swapped in one. Wires cut. How was someone driving this car at the time of impound if its in this condition?They are extremely dirty and sketchy.

Way too much for police tow. My caliper bolt broke (didnt know that at the time) so my tire wouldnt move and cops wouldnt wait on my tow truck. $215 for the tow. How they stay open. One day karma will get yall.

Had my car fixed here great prices and service

Had a woman total my truck and the police dept had them tow it. When i called they stated a 251$ tow bill on top of the fact my truck is totalled. Takes advantage of people in a bad situation and will tell you thats just how it is. Spoke to in a rude manner on top of it all. Shame.

What a rip off scam artist. At first I was told itd be 397$ to get car out of impound then ended up having to pay 417$ jus to have it out & towed to home which is only 1.5 mile away. Wow really!??

Called for a tow cause my car no longer was running and it was too late to get my tow person when I received my vehicle 650 dollars I had hidden away was missing and they switched out my battery with a cheaper kne that held no charge

If you can avoid this place do They are a scam they charge you for today for one day service
